Further, as shown in fig. 5, in the modular panoramic lens 100 provided by the present invention, a first waterproof sealing ring 2216 capable of being sleeved on a connecting member is disposed in each second mounting hole 2213C disposed on the upper housing 211 and fixedly connected to the metal frame 11. The first waterproof sealing ring 2216 is a silica gel ring, and is sleeved on the connecting member for fixing the upper housing 211 and the metal frame 11, and is locked in the second mounting hole 2213C of the upper housing 211 through the connecting member, so as to provide a waterproof sealing function for the joint of the upper housing 211 and the metal frame 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the present invention provides a front shell assembly 22 in which a first annular projection 2212C is provided on the first mounting surface 2212 of the upper shell 221 around the edge of the upper shell 221. As shown in fig. 8, an annular groove 1121 for fixing the upper case 221 is formed on the lens mounting surface 112 of the metal frame 11. As shown in fig. 6, the first annular protrusion 2212C is embedded in the annular groove 1121. In this embodiment, the metal frame 11 and the upper case 221 are not only firmly connected by the connecting member. A second waterproof sealing ring 118 fixedly connected with the upper shell 221 is further arranged in the annular groove 1121 of the metal frame 11. As shown in fig. 6, a third watertight sealing ring 2214 is disposed on the inner wall of the second annular protrusion 2213A and can be attached to the fisheye lens 21. The third watertight sealing ring 2214 is disposed between the upper casing 221 and the fisheye lens 21, and when the fisheye lens 21 is fixed on the upper casing 221, the third watertight sealing ring 2214 is pressed between the fisheye lens 21 and the second annular protrusion 2213A of the upper casing 221, thereby achieving a waterproof sealing effect on the fisheye lens 21. The third waterproof sealing ring 2214 arranged between the upper shell 221 and the fisheye lens 21 is a soft elastic silica gel ring, and when the fisheye lens 21 is fixed on the upper shell 221, the soft elastic silica gel ring is pressed by the fisheye lens 21 to be tightly attached between the fisheye lens 21 and the upper shell 221, so that the waterproof and sealing effect is achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the second mounting surface 2213 of the upper shell 221 provided in the present invention is further provided with a third annular protrusion 2213B disposed around the edge of the upper shell 221. As shown in fig. 6, the upper case 221 is provided with a fourth watertight sealing ring 2215 sealingly connected with the outer cover 222 between the second annular projection 2213A and the third annular projection 2213B. The fourth waterproof seal 2215 is provided on the second mounting surface 2213 of the upper case 221, and is positioned on the upper case 221 and the outer cover 222. In this embodiment, the fourth waterproof sealing ring 2215 is a waterproof double-sided adhesive tape disposed between the upper shell 221 and the outer cover 222, which on one hand serves to fixedly connect the upper shell 221 and the outer cover 222, and on the other hand, can also achieve a waterproof effect between the upper shell 221 and the outer cover 222, so as to prevent external moisture and dust from entering the upper shell 221 from the connection between the upper shell 221 and the outer cover 222, which may cause erosion to the fisheye lens 21.
In the modular panoramic lens 100 provided by the invention, four waterproof sealing designs are sequentially arranged from outside to inside, so that the waterproof requirement of the whole panoramic lens 100 can be met. In the front housing assembly 22 of the panoramic lens 100, a fourth waterproof sealing ring 2215 is disposed between the outer cover 222 and the upper housing 221, and a second waterproof sealing ring 118 is disposed between the upper housing 221 and the metal frame 11. This fourth waterproof sealing ring 2215 and second waterproof sealing ring 118 all are the structure that adopts waterproof double faced adhesive tape, when playing to prevent steam and getting into the gap, can also compromise the effect of connecting two parts simultaneously. Meanwhile, in the fixed connection between the upper casing 221 and the metal frame 11, a first waterproof sealing ring 2216 is disposed in the second mounting hole 2213C, and a third waterproof sealing ring 2214 is disposed between the upper casing 221 and the fisheye lens 21. This third watertight sealing ring 2214 and first watertight sealing ring 2216 all are the material that adopts the silica gel elasticity flexible glue, through the locking of connecting piece and fisheye lens 21 fixed, the compression sealing ring to play the waterproof sealing effect to setting up the department.
The two lens modules 20 in the modularized panoramic lens 100 are symmetrically arranged along the center, are compactly arranged, fully utilize the internal space, and distribute the vertical circuit boards 211 of the main heat dissipation parts of the two lens modules 20 on two sides of the middle frame component 10, and the vertical circuit boards 211 are provided with heat dissipation copper exposure areas 2111, so that the heat dissipation effect of the fisheye lens 21 is improved, meanwhile, the heat insulation frame 12 is sleeved on the outer side of the metal frame 11, so that the heat insulation effect is ensured while the heat dissipation is ensured, and the influence of overhigh touch temperature on the user experience is avoided; the multilayer waterproof design scheme is designed in the whole panoramic lens, and a better waterproof effect is achieved.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A modularized panoramic lens is characterized by comprising a middle frame component, two lens modules symmetrically arranged along the center of the middle frame component, and a connector component which is positioned in the middle frame component and electrically connected with the two lens modules;
the lens module comprises fisheye lenses and a front cover assembly used for fixing the fisheye lenses, vertical circuit boards electrically connected with the connector assembly are arranged on the fisheye lenses, the vertical circuit boards of the two fisheye lenses are symmetrically arranged on the side surfaces of two sides of the middle frame assembly, and a heat dissipation copper exposure area is arranged on the side surface of one side, close to the middle frame assembly, of each vertical circuit board;
the middle frame assembly comprises metal frames fixedly connected with the two front cover assemblies and heat insulation frames buckled on the outer sides of the metal frames, and installation spaces for accommodating the two fisheye lenses and the connector assemblies are formed in the metal frames.
2. The modular panoramic lens of claim 1, wherein a slot for the thermal insulation frame to be sleeved is formed on an outer side surface of the metal frame, and a heat dissipation protrusion extending towards one side of the fisheye lens is formed on an inner side surface of the metal frame.

A modular panoramic lens of claim 1, wherein the connector assembly includes a horizontal circuit board disposed within the metal frame and a connector secured to the horizontal circuit board extending from the bottom of the metal frame, the horizontal circuit board being electrically connected to the vertical circuit board of the lens module by a flexible circuit board.

The modular panoramic lens of claim 3, wherein a strip-shaped hole is formed in the bottom of the metal frame, the connector can extend out of the strip-shaped hole, fourth mounting holes are formed in two sides of the strip-shaped hole and used for fixing the connector assembly, and the connector assembly is fixed to the bottom of the metal frame through a locking piece.
5. A modular panoramic lens of claim 1, wherein the front cover assembly includes an upper shell fixedly connected to the fisheye lens, a lens cover covering the front side of the fisheye lens, and an outer cover fixing the lens cover to the upper shell.

The modular panoramic lens of claim 5, wherein the upper shell comprises a central hole for the fisheye lens to pass through, a first mounting surface connected with the metal frame and a second mounting surface connected with the outer cover, and at least two first mounting holes for fixing the fisheye lens are arranged on the first mounting surface at intervals around the central hole.

The modular panoramic lens of claim 6, wherein the second mounting surface of the upper shell is further provided with second mounting holes connected with the metal frame, and each second mounting hole is internally provided with a first waterproof sealing ring capable of being sleeved on the connecting piece.
8. A modular panoramic lens as recited in claim 6, wherein the metal frame has two opposing lens mounting surfaces for securing the front cover assembly, an annular groove is disposed on the lens mounting surfaces for securing the upper shell, and a second waterproof gasket is disposed in the annular groove.
9. The modular panoramic lens of claim 6, wherein the upper shell further comprises a second annular bulge arranged on the second mounting surface and surrounding the central hole, and a third waterproof seal ring which can be attached to the fisheye lens is arranged on the inner wall of the second annular bulge.
10. A modular panoramic lens as defined in claim 9, wherein a third annular projection is provided around the edge of the upper shell on the second mounting surface of the upper shell, and a fourth waterproof sealing ring is provided between the second annular projection and the third annular projection to be connected with the outer cover in a sealing manner.
