Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to a preparation method of a disinfectant.
Background
At present, the new coronavirus epidemic situation enters a relatively severe and complex period, and in order to resist the spread of the virus by hands, the frequent washing of hands is one of simple, feasible and effective methods for controlling the spread of diseases and preventing infection. In many cases, there is no condition of flowing water in many public places and in some daily medical operations and examinations, so that the hand-washing-free disinfectant is widely used.
In the north, the temperature can reach minus 20 to minus 30 ℃ outdoors in winter, icing can be avoided due to high ethanol content (namely, the weight ratio of ethanol in the components of the hand sanitizer reaches more than 40%), but the higher the ethanol content is, the more irritation the skin is, and the hand can be dried and even cracked due to the fact that the hand is used for a long time, and the grease on the skin of the hand can be removed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide the hand sanitizer which has low ethanol content (namely, the weight ratio of the ethanol in the hand sanitizer is less than 35%) and has a sterilization effect. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a low-ethanol compound hand-washing-free disinfectant applicable to low temperature comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
30-35% of ethanol;
0.4 to 0.5 percent of parachlorometaxylenol;
ethoxylated alkyl sodium sulfate 0.2-0.5%;
1-1.1% of glycerol;
citric acid 0.0002-0.0005%;
the balance being water.
The purity of the ethanol is 95%; the purity of the ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate is 70%.
Preferably, the components and weight percentage are as follows:
30% of ethanol;
0.4 percent of parachlorometaxylenol;
ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate 0.5%;
1% of glycerol;
0.0005% of citric acid;
the balance being water.
The invention further discloses a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps:
a. accurately weighing the water in the formula into a stirring tank, and adding 90% of ethanol in the formula for later use.
b. Accurately weighing ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate, adding the rest 10% ethanol, stirring uniformly, adding parachlorometaxylenol, pouring into a stirring tank after all the parachlorometaxylenol is dissolved, adding citric acid and glycerol, and stirring uniformly.
The invention has the advantages that: the problem that the disinfectant with low ethanol content can not be used due to freezing under the low-temperature condition is solved.

TABLE 9
As can be seen from examples 1 to 9, the antifreeze effect is gradually increased with the increase of the alcohol content; although icing can be avoided by increasing the alcohol content, the higher the alcohol content, the greater the irritation to the skin, and the hand can be dried and even cracked due to the removal of oil from the skin of the hand after long-term use. Therefore, under the condition of low alcohol content, such as less than 35%, the content of ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate needs to be increased, and citric acid is used for adjusting the pH value to be closer to the pH value of human skin, and glycerin is used for moisturizing and protecting the skin.
The invention changes the former water-soluble preparation method and adopts ethanol for dissolution in the aspect of preparation process, thereby shortening the preparation time, improving the productivity and saving the energy.
