1% of glycerol;
0.0005% of citric acid;

Therefore, under the condition of low alcohol content, such as less than 35%, the content of ethoxylated sodium alkyl sulfate needs to be increased, and citric acid is used for adjusting the pH value to be closer to the pH value of human skin, and glycerin is used for moisturizing and protecting the skin.
The invention changes the former water-soluble preparation method and adopts ethanol for dissolution in the aspect of preparation process, thereby shortening the preparation time, improving the productivity and saving the energy.
