Referring to fig. 1-9, the present invention relates to an indicator light assembly for an automobile instrument desk, where the indicator light assembly is specifically applied to an electronic device to indicate an operating state of the electronic device, for example, applied to a mobile phone charging device, and the indicator light assembly can be only a charging state of the mobile phone charging device, for example, charging or full charging; the indicator lamp assembly specifically comprises a mounting panel 1 and a back shell 2 which are mutually covered, a circuit board 3 and an indicator light-transmitting piece 4; for the specific electronic equipment applied by the indicator light assembly, the mounting panel 1 is the panel of the electronic equipment, when the electronic equipment is mounted on an automobile instrument desk, the front surface of the mounting panel 1 can be directly observed from a main driving position, and the mounting panel 1 can be flush with the surface of the instrument desk or can be lower than or higher than the surface of the instrument desk; in a specific embodiment, the electronic device may be located close to the dashboard or the center console, and the mounting panel 1 is preferably flush with the display surface of the dashboard or center console that is located close thereto, and may be higher or lower than the display surface of the dashboard or center console.
The installation panel 1 is provided with a hollowed indication window 13.
The circuit board 3 is provided with an indicator lamp 31, the circuit board 3 is mounted on the back surface of the mounting panel 1 and avoids an indicator window 13 (shown in fig. 8), and the indicator lamp 31 is positioned on the side far away from the mounting panel 1.
The indication light-transmitting member 4 is mounted on the mounting panel 1, and the indication light-transmitting member 4 closes the indication window 13, and the indication light-transmitting member 4 is arranged side by side with the indication lamp 31 (shown in fig. 2).
The back shell 2 covers the circuit board 3 and the indication light transmitting member 4, the back shell 2 comprises a light reflecting structure, the light reflecting structure comprises a first light reflecting plate 21 and a second light reflecting plate 22 which are arranged and connected along the side-by-side direction of the indication light transmitting member 4 and the indication lamp 31, a first light reflecting plane 201 facing the indication lamp 31 is arranged on the first light reflecting plate 21, a second light reflecting plane 202 facing the indication window 13 is arranged on the second light reflecting plate 22, in the side-by-side direction, the first light reflecting plane 201 is inclined to the side close to the installation panel 1, and the second light reflecting plane 202 is inclined to the side far away from the installation panel 1, so that light emitted by the indication lamp 31 can be emitted from the indication window 13 through the indication light transmitting member 4 after being reflected by at least one of the first light reflecting plane 201 and the second light reflecting plane 202.
In the prior art, the indicator lamp 31 is mostly LED, the light of the LED is strong, so the LED cannot be directly arranged at the indicator window 13, and the indicator light-transmitting member 4 needs to be arranged at the indicator window 13 to reduce the light intensity and play a role in homogenizing light; in addition, the indicator lamp assembly can generally indicate multiple colors, so that a plurality of indicator lamps 31 with different colors need to be installed on the circuit board 3, and the light rays of the indicator lamps 31 can be irradiated onto the indicator light transmitting member 4, therefore, the circuit board 3 is generally installed on the back shell, a certain interval is reserved between the circuit board 3 and the installation panel 1, the indicator lamps 31 are installed on one surface of the circuit board 3 facing the installation panel 1, and therefore, after any indicator lamp 31 is lightened, the indicator light transmitting member 4 can be irradiated through the interval. But the space occupied by the indicator light assembly is increased significantly due to the presence of the space.
For convenience of description, in the present invention, the outward facing sides of the mounting panel 1 and the circuit board 3 are the front sides, and the opposite sides are the rear sides, so that the front sides of the circuit board 3 face the rear sides of the mounting panel 1, and the side of the circuit board 3 away from the mounting panel 1 is the rear side of the circuit board 3.
The whole circuit board 3 is parallel to the mounting panel 1, the indicator lamp 31 is arranged on the back surface of the circuit board 3, and therefore the indicator lamp 31 emits light towards the side far away from the mounting panel 1, and therefore the space between the circuit board 3 and the mounting panel 1 is not required to be reserved, so that the circuit board 3 can be tightly attached to the mounting panel 1, and the circuit board 3 and the mounting panel 1 can be more compact; the circuit board 3 avoids the indication window 13, so that the circuit board 3 cannot block the indication light-transmitting member 4, the indication lamp 31 and the indication light-transmitting member 4 are arranged side by side, the first light-reflecting plane 201 of the light-reflecting structure faces the indication lamp 31, and the second light-reflecting plane 202 faces the indication window 13, so that most of light rays emitted by the indication lamp 31 irradiate the first light-reflecting plane 201, are reflected by the second light-reflecting plane 202, and are reflected by the second light-reflecting plane 202 to the indication light-transmitting member 4, and the light rays can be emitted from the light-transmitting member; of course, in the above process, a part of light emitted by the indicator lamp 31 directly irradiates onto the second reflective plane 202, then is directly reflected to the indicating transparent member 4, and a part of light directly irradiates onto the indicating transparent member 4 after being reflected by the first reflective plane 201, and also a part of light is repeatedly reflected by the inner side surface of the reflective structure (both the first reflective plane 201 and the second reflective plane 202 belong to the inner side surface), and finally irradiates onto the indicating transparent member 4, and in any case, most of light emitted by the indicator lamp 31 is reflected by the inner side surface of the reflective structure and finally irradiates onto the indicating transparent member 4, thereby ensuring that the specific working state of the electronic device can be effectively represented. The invention utilizes the original back shell to reflect the light rays emitted by the indicator lamp 31, so that the directions of the light rays are changed by 180 degrees, and finally the light rays are emitted from the indicator light-transmitting piece 4, and the original back shell is utilized to reflect, namely, no additional light-guiding piece is added to guide light, so that the occupied space of an indicator lamp assembly is not increased, and secondly, the indicator lamp 31 is arranged on the back of the circuit board 3, so that a space is not required to be reserved between the circuit board 3 and the mounting panel 1, the occupied space of the indicator lamp assembly is reduced, and the electronic equipment with the indicator lamp assembly can be applied to an automobile instrument desk; in the invention, the circuit board 3 is directly arranged on the back of the installation panel 1, the back shell 2 is covered with the installation panel 1, so that the circuit board 3 is positioned in a space surrounded by the installation panel 1 and the cover plate, the circuit board 3 can be connected with the installation panel 1 firstly, then the back shell 2 is covered with the installation panel 1 and the two are connected, and the back shell 2 can be separated from the installation panel 1 firstly and then the circuit board 3 is separated from the installation panel 1 when the back shell 2 is detached, therefore, no matter the indicator lamp assembly is assembled or disassembled, the assembly and the disassembly of any part of the indicator lamp assembly can not influence other parts, so that an ordinary user can independently disassemble the indicator lamp assembly, and the assembly and the disassembly are convenient after sale.
The back shell 2 and the back cover of the installation panel 1 are covered and fixedly connected with each other, and the connection mode between the back shell and the installation panel can be at least one of bonding, clamping and screw connection. Preferably a combination of snap-fit and screw connections is used so that the back shell 2 can be detachably connected to the mounting panel 1.
Referring to fig. 5, the first light reflecting plate 21 and the second light reflecting plate 22 may have a plate-like structure, preferably have a plate-like structure, and the inner side surface of the first light reflecting plate 21 and the inner side surface of the second light reflecting plate 22 are both planes and face one side of the circuit board 3, or the inner side surface of the first light reflecting plate 21 and the inner side surface of the second light reflecting plate 22 are both front surfaces, because the first light reflecting plate 21 and the second light reflecting plate 22 are both located at the back side of the circuit board 3, the inner side surfaces of the first light reflecting plate 21 face one side of the circuit board 3, wherein the inner side surface of the first light reflecting plate 21 is a first light reflecting plane 201, the inner side surface of the second light reflecting plate 22 is a second light reflecting plane 202, the first light reflecting plane 201 faces the indicator lamp 31 specifically, so that the light emitted by the indicator lamp 31 can be irradiated onto the first light reflecting plane 201 basically, the first light reflecting plane 201 and the side where the indicator panel 1 is located have an angle, and the first light reflecting plane 201 is inclined toward the indicator 4 side where the indicator 1 is located; the second light reflecting plane 202 faces the indicating light-transmitting member 4, the second light reflecting plane 202 and the surface where the mounting panel 1 is located also have an angle, specifically, in the direction from the indicating light-transmitting member 4 to the indicating lamp 31, the second light reflecting plane 202 is inclined to the side far away from the mounting panel 1, and in the thickness direction of the mounting panel 1, the first light reflecting plane 201 and the second light reflecting plane 202 are at least partially overlapped, so that part of the light reflected by the first light reflecting plane 201 can be irradiated to the second light reflecting plane 202, and the reflected light irradiates to the indicating light-transmitting member 4 through the second light reflecting plane 202, so that the indicating light-transmitting member 4 can emit light to the outside.
It should be emphasized that, the light reflected by the first reflecting plane 201 will be directed to one side of the indicating transparent member 4, and since the light emitted by the indicating lamp 31 has a certain divergence angle, part of the light reflected by the first reflecting plane 201 will be directly directed to the indicating transparent member 4 (this part of the light is called a first light), part of the light is reflected to the second reflecting plane 202 and is reflected to the indicating transparent member 4 (this part of the light is called a second light) via the second reflecting plane 202, and the rest of the light will be reflected to the circuit board 3 or the mounting panel 1, and finally reflected to the transparent member (this part of the light is called a third light) via multiple reflections of the circuit board 3, the mounting panel 1 and the reflecting structure; most of the light emitted by the indicator lamp 31 reaches the indicating light-transmitting member 4 along the paths of the first light and the second light, that is, most of the light emitted by the indicator lamp 31 can be reflected once or twice to irradiate the indicating light-transmitting member 4, so as to reduce the loss generated by light reflection and ensure the brightness of the indicating light-transmitting member 4.
Further, the included angle between the first reflecting plane 201 and the plane on which the mounting panel 1 is located is preferably smaller than 45 °, so that most of the light rays emitted by the indicator lamp 31 are reflected by the first reflecting plane 201 and then are irradiated to the indicating transparent member 4, so that the proportion of the light rays reflected only once (the first light rays) are enlarged and irradiated to the indicating transparent member 4, and the brightness of the indicating transparent member 4 is improved.
The angle between the first light reflecting plane 201 and the plane in which the mounting panel 1 is located (hereinafter referred to as the first angle) may be 18 ° -45 °, for example 18 °, 20 °, 25 °, 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, etc.
For example, the angle between the first reflecting plane 201 and the plane of the mounting panel 1 is 20 °, and the indicator lamp 31 irradiates to the first reflecting plane 201 along the normal direction of the mounting panel 1, and after being reflected by the first reflecting plane 201, the indicator lamp directly irradiates to the indicating transparent member 4 on one side.
Of course, the angle between the second light reflecting plane 202 and the plane of the mounting panel 1 (hereinafter referred to as second angle) may be 30-60 °, for example 30 °, 35 °, 40 °, 45 °, 50 °, 55 °, 60 °, etc., in the side-by-side direction, the size of the indicator lamp 31 is larger than the size of the indicator light transmissive member 4 (the indicator lamp 31 is plural side by side, see below), and the second angle is larger than the first angle, so that the first light reflecting plane 201 covers a larger extent than the second light reflecting plane 202 (projection onto the plane of the mounting panel 1, the projected area of the first light reflecting plane 201 is larger than the projected area of the second light reflecting plane 202), and so that the second light reflecting plane 202 can reflect the light irradiated thereto to the indicator light transmissive member 4.
In addition, the end of the first reflecting plate 21 near the indicating light transmitting member 4 is connected with the end of the second reflecting plate 22 near the indicating lamp 31, so that the first reflecting surface is connected with the second reflecting surface, an included angle is formed between the first reflecting plane 201 and the second reflecting plane 202, and the included angle is preferably an obtuse angle, so that the reflecting structure is flatter in the thickness direction, and the occupied space of the indicating lamp assembly is reduced.
By the above arrangement, 70% -80% of the light emitted from the indication lamp 31 can be made to be the first light and the second light, thereby ensuring the brightness of the indication light transmitting member 4.
Moreover, the first light reflecting plane 201 and the second light reflecting plane 202 are both mirror surfaces, that is, after the light irradiates onto both light reflecting planes, specular reflection occurs to reduce scattering loss of light, so that more light can irradiate onto the indicating light transmitting member 4, thereby ensuring brightness of the indicating light transmitting member 4.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5, the indicator lamp 31 protrudes from the back surface of the circuit board 3.
The light reflecting structure further comprises a first side plate 23, wherein the first side plate 23 is arranged parallel to the normal direction of the installation panel 1, one end of the first side plate 23 is connected to one end of the first light reflecting plate 21, which is far away from the second light reflecting plate 22, the other end of the first side plate is propped against the installation panel 1, and the indicator lamp 31 is far away from the installation panel 1 compared with one end, which is connected with the first light reflecting plate 21, of the first side plate 23 in the normal direction.
The first side plate 23 is arranged such that the first light reflecting plate 21 abuts against the mounting panel 1 through the first side plate 23, that is, the distance between the first light reflecting plate 21 and the mounting panel 1 is increased; moreover, because the indicator lamp 31 protrudes out of the back of the circuit board 3, and one end of the first reflector 21 connected with the first side board 23 is far away from the installation panel 1 than the indicator lamp 31, any position on the first reflector 21 is far away from the reflective panel than the indicator lamp 31, that is, when the back shell 2 is connected with the installation panel 1, the first reflector 21 cannot touch the protruding indicator lamp 31 at all, and safety of the indicator lamp assembly in the assembly and disassembly process is improved.
Of course, the light reflecting structure may not include the first side plate 23, and the end of the first light reflecting plate 21 away from the second light reflecting plate 22 abuts against the mounting panel 1.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 6, the light reflecting structure further includes a second side plate 24 and a third side plate 25 which are oppositely disposed, the second side plate 24 and the third side plate 25 extend along a direction parallel to the normal line direction and the side-by-side direction, and are respectively located at two sides of the indicator lamp 31 perpendicular to the side-by-side direction, and are connected with the first side plate 23, the first light reflecting plate 21 and the second light reflecting plate 22, and are abutted with the mounting panel 1, and the first side plate 23, the second side plate 24, the third side plate 25, the first light reflecting plate 21, the second light reflecting plate 22 and the mounting panel 1 jointly enclose a relatively closed space.
The reflective structure is composed of the first side plate 23, the second side plate 24, the third side plate 25, the first reflective plate 21 and the second reflective plate 22, so that the space surrounded by the reflective structure is only open towards the front, and therefore when the back shell 2 is covered on the display panel, the back of the display panel basically seals the opening, thereby forming a relatively sealed space, the indicator lamp 31 is positioned in the sealed space, and therefore light rays emitted by the indicator lamp 31 only reflect in the sealed space, thereby ensuring that more light rays can irradiate the indicating transparent member 4, and further ensuring the brightness of the indicating transparent member 4.
Of course, in some specific implementations, the size of the circuit board 3 is much larger than the size of the indicator light 31, and at this time, the second side plate 24 and the third side plate 25 abut against the back surface of the circuit board 3, and at this time, the reflective structure and part of the circuit board 3 and part of the mounting panel 1 together enclose a relatively closed space.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first side plate 23 may abut against the back surface of the circuit board 3. The second side plate 24 and/or the third side plate 25 may also abut against the indicating light-transmitting member 4.
The second side plate 24 and/or the third side plate 25 are/is abutted with the circuit board 3, so that the circuit board 3 is pressed on the back shell 2 and the bracket of the mounting panel 1, and the circuit board 3 can be fixed; similarly, the second side plate 24 and/or the third side plate 25 may abut against the indication light transmitting member 4, and the indication light transmitting member 4 may be fixed to the indication window 13.
The space is divided into a first area where the indication lamp 31 is arranged and a second area where the indication window 13 is arranged; the first region has a larger size than the second region in a direction in which the second side plate 24 is opposite to the third side plate 25. Wherein the first area corresponds to the first light reflecting plane 201, and the second area corresponds to the second light reflecting plane 202; the indicating light-transmitting member 4 is located in the second area, and the size of the second area is smaller in the opposite direction, so that after the light emitted by the indicating lamp 31 in the first area is reflected and then is emitted to the second area, the size of the second area is smaller in the opposite direction, and the second area has a gathering effect on the light, so that the brightness of the indicating light-transmitting member 4 is improved.
