The invention discloses a preparation for skin isolation protection and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation comprises the following active ingredients in parts by weight: 25-65 parts of betalain composite particles; leucine 1-10 parts; 12-30 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose; the betalain composite particle comprises: polyurethanes, betalains, and hyaluronic acid; coating betalain and hyaluronic acid by polyurethane; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding betalain composite particles and leucine into a solvent, uniformly mixing, and adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to obtain a preparation for skin isolation and protection; the preparation is red, can be used as body makeup painting of the offshore sportsman, forms a sunproof and protective coating on the skin when forming makeup, and effectively resists damage of the offshore sunlight to the skin.

8 parts of leucine;
25 parts of sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
