4. A cutting dropout prevention means according to claim 3, wherein a side of said clamping portion adjacent to said force lever is provided with an arc-shaped face.
5. A cutting dropout prevention means according to claim 4, wherein said arc-shaped face is provided with a non-slip tooth.

The cutting dropout prevention means according to claim 1, further comprising a top bracing mechanism provided with a support ring, the lower end of which is provided with a telescopic assembly; the support ring comprises a first position state and a second position state, wherein the first position state is that the support ring is abutted against the acting rod, the second position state is that the support ring is separated from the acting rod, and the telescopic assembly can drive the support ring to be changed between the first position state or the second position state when moving.
7. A cutting dropout prevention means according to claim 6, wherein said support ring is provided with a groove which limits the lower end of said force lever.
8. A cylinder cutting method applying the cutting drop-off prevention device of claim 7, wherein the cutting drop-off prevention device comprises a clamping unit and a top supporting mechanism;
the barrel cutting method comprises the following steps:
s10: mounting the lower end of the barrel on a rotary table of a machine tool, and arranging N clamping units at the upper end of the barrel; wherein N is more than or equal to 3;
s20: adjusting the vertical height of the acting rod based on the height of the annular cutting groove to enable the central position of the avoiding section of the clamping unit to be the same as the central position of the annular cutting groove in height;
s30: detecting the distribution positions of the clamping units on the barrel part through a detection mechanism based on the rotation of the rotating table;
s40: based on the distribution position of the clamping units, acquiring a maximum distribution density area of the clamping units on the barrel part, and setting the cutter at the axial symmetry position of the maximum distribution density area of the clamping units on the barrel part;
s50: the machine tool collects the feed amount of the cutter and the rotation number of the rotary table to judge the depth of the annular cutting groove, when the barrel part is to be cut off, the support ring of the jacking mechanism rises, and the support ring is abutted against the lower end of the acting rod; when the cartridge is completely cut off, the support ring descends, disengaging the support ring from the lower end of the force rod.
9. The cartridge cutting method according to claim 8, wherein in step S10, the gripping units are provided at least in 6, 4 of the gripping units are arranged in equal parts, and the rest of the gripping units are all provided within 1/4 of a circumference centered on any one of the equally arranged gripping units.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein in step S50, when H-S T is less than or equal to 1.2T, H is the wall thickness of the barrel, T is the feed amount of the cutter, and S is the number of revolutions of the rotary table, the telescopic assembly starts to move to control the support ring to abut against the lower end of the force application rod.
