The cutting anti-drop device according to claim 1, wherein the movable claw comprises a slider portion slidably disposed in the chute, an arc-shaped groove is provided at one end of the slider portion, a thread is provided in the arc-shaped groove, and a clamping portion is provided at the other end of the slider portion.
4. A cutting anti-drop device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the clamping portion is provided with an arcuate surface on a side thereof adjacent the force bar.
5. The cutting anti-slip device of claim 4, wherein the arcuate surface is provided with anti-slip teeth.
6. The cutting anti-drop device of claim 1, wherein the support ring is provided with a groove that limits the lower end of the force bar.
7. A method of cutting a cartridge using the cut-off prevention device of claim 6, wherein the cut-off prevention device comprises a clamping unit and a jack mechanism;
the barrel cutting method comprises the following steps:
s10: the lower end of the barrel is arranged on a rotary table of a machine tool, and N clamping units are arranged at the upper end of the barrel; wherein N is more than or equal to 3;
s20: based on the height of the annular groove, the vertical height of the acting force rod is adjusted, so that the central position of the avoidance section of the clamping unit is the same as the central position of the annular groove;
s30: detecting the distribution position of the clamping unit on the barrel by a detection mechanism based on rotation of a rotary table;
s40: based on the distribution position of the clamping units, obtaining a region with the greatest distribution density of the clamping units on the barrel, and discharging cutters from axially symmetrical positions of the region with the greatest distribution density of the clamping units on the barrel;
s50: the machine tool collects the feed amount of the cutter and the rotation cycle number of the rotary table to judge the depth of the annular cutting groove, and when the barrel is about to be cut off, a supporting ring of the jacking mechanism ascends and is abutted against the lower end of the acting force rod; when the cartridge is completely severed, the support ring descends, and the support ring disengages the lower end of the force bar.
8. The cartridge cutting method according to claim 7, wherein in step S10, the gripping units are provided with at least 6, 4 of which are equally arranged, and the remaining gripping units are all provided within 1/4 circumference of the center of the gripping unit of any one of the equally arranged gripping units.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein in step S50, when H-s×t is less than or equal to 1.2T, the telescopic assembly starts to move, and the support ring is controlled to abut against the lower end of the acting rod, where H is the wall thickness of the cartridge, T is the feed amount of the cutter, and S is the number of rotation cycles of the rotary table.
