Claims (10)

1. A lost article management system, said system communicatively coupled to a preconfigured external scanning device, comprising:
the article registration module is used for acquiring article information recorded by the external scanning equipment;
the searching management module is used for establishing searching work order information;
and the automatic matching management module is used for automatically matching the article information with the article searching work order information to obtain an article matching result.
2. The lost article management system of claim 1, wherein the external scanning device comprises:
the video analysis equipment is used for identifying and inputting the information of the article by the image; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the audio acquisition equipment is used for acquiring the article information input by the user; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the certificate card reader is used for scanning and inputting the article information of certificates; and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
and the handheld terminal is used for scanning and inputting or manually inputting the article information.
3. The lost article management system of claim 2 further comprising:
the message notification module is used for notifying the passenger of reservation and getting according to the contact information in the found work order information successfully matched in the item matching result;
the reservation receiving module is used for registering the passenger receiving information and changing the article state of the article information which is successfully matched;
the lost article claiming module is used for inquiring article information corresponding to the state to be received based on the passenger receiving information, and sending the inquired article information to the handheld terminal so that a management user can search in a storehouse to determine articles to be delivered out of the storehouse;
and the ex-warehouse module is used for scanning the article identification codes of the articles to be ex-warehouse so as to carry out ex-warehouse sales processing on the articles to be ex-warehouse.
4. The lost article management system of claim 3 further comprising:
the goods delivery module is used for acquiring a pickup mode selected by a passenger, and if the pickup mode is a self-pickup mode, generating an electronic delivery list according to the goods information of goods to be delivered out of the warehouse for the pickup person to carry out electronic signature and take a picture for storage;
the article delivery module is further used for recording the express bill number or the transfer work order data corresponding to the article to be delivered from the warehouse if the receiving mode is a mailing or transferring mode.
5. The lost article management system of claim 1 further comprising:
the article management module is used for generating and printing an article identification code based on the article information, and binding and warehousing the article identification code of the lost article and the warehouse location bar code;
and the article inquiry module is used for inquiring the lost articles based on the article information, fuzzy inquiry or condition combination.
6. The lost article management system of claim 5 further comprising:
the statistical module is used for counting the recovery rate of the lost articles, counting the quantity and the types of the lost articles in the article library management module according to different statistical periods, and displaying the lost articles in a list or a graph;
and the display module is used for displaying the article information, the article information which is not taken by people and the article searching worksheet information.
7. The system for managing lost goods as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said finding work order includes the finding work order information issued by the passenger transportation management information system and the finding work order information created manually at the station, and the said system for managing lost goods is connected with the said passenger transportation management information system in communication.
8. A lost article management method applied to the lost article management system according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
acquiring article information recorded by external scanning equipment;
and automatically matching the article information with the created information of the article searching worksheet to obtain an article matching result.
9. The method for managing lost articles according to claim 8, wherein after said automatically matching said article information with said created information of said order of seeking articles to obtain an article matching result, further comprising:
informing passengers according to the contact information in the successfully matched found work order information in the item matching result, registering passenger pickup information, and changing the item state of the successfully matched item information;
inquiring article information corresponding to the state to be picked up based on the passenger picking-up information so that a management user can search in a warehouse and determine articles to be taken out of the warehouse;
acquiring an article identification code of the article to be delivered to the warehouse so as to perform warehouse-out and sales processing on the article to be delivered to the warehouse;
and generating an electronic delivery list according to the article information of the articles to be delivered from the warehouse so as to be signed by the retriever, photographed and stored.
10. The lost article management method according to claim 8, further comprising, after said obtaining the article information entered by the external scanning device:
and printing an article identification code based on the article information, and binding the article identification code of the lost article and the storage position bar code for storage.
