The ordering user 110 and the collecting user 120 can use the terminal device 101 and the terminal device 102 to interact with the server 104 through the network 103 to submit order information and identification code information of the to-be-delivered items corresponding to the order information and upload identification code information of the current to-be-delivered items.
The terminal devices 101 and 102 may be installed with a communication client application, for example, the terminal device 101 is installed with ordering software capable of providing a network ordering service, and the terminal device 102 is installed with software for collecting articles to be delivered.
The terminal devices 101, 102 may be various electronic devices including, but not limited to, personal computers, smart phones, smart watches, tablet computers, and the like.
The server 104 may be a server providing various services, for example, associate order information uploaded by the terminal device 101 of the ordering client with identification code information of an article to be delivered corresponding to the order information to obtain a collecting task sheet, and search the order information corresponding to the identification code of the article to be delivered in the collecting task sheet in response to receiving the identification code of the article to be delivered uploaded by the terminal device 102 of the collecting client.
The server 104 may be hardware or software. When the server 104 is hardware, it may be implemented as a distributed server cluster composed of multiple servers, or may be implemented as a single server. When the server is software, the server may be implemented as a plurality of software or software modules, or may be implemented as a single software or software module, and is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the present application is generally executed by the server 104. Accordingly, the cable receiving device provided in the embodiment of the present application may also be disposed in the server 104. And is not particularly limited herein.
It should be understood that the number of servers 104, terminal devices 101, 102, and networks 103 in fig. 1 is merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminal devices, networks, and servers, as desired for implementation.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart 200 of an embodiment of a pull-in method that can be applied to the present application. The acquisition method comprises the following steps:
In the embodiment, the execution main body (for example, the server 104 shown in fig. 1) receives order information uploaded by the terminal device of the order placing client through a wired or wireless connection manner and identification code information of an article to be delivered corresponding to the order information.
The terminal device of the ordering client may be a terminal device capable of providing a network ordering service for a user in the prior art or a future development technology, such as a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
Here, the order information may include order information of one or more orders. The order information is used to indicate delivery information of the item to be delivered. For example, recipient information and sender information may be included. In a specific example, the order information may further include information such as the weight and type of the item to be delivered, in addition to the sender information and the receiver information.
The order information for an order may correspond to identification code information for one or more items to be delivered. The ordering user can correspond the order information with the identification code information of the articles to be distributed, and the order information and the identification code information of the articles to be distributed are uploaded to the server through the terminal equipment of the ordering user side.
The identification code information of the articles to be delivered is used for distinguishing different articles to be delivered, and has uniqueness, so that collecting personnel can distinguish the articles to be delivered from other articles when collecting. The identification code information of the article to be dispensed can be obtained by an identification code preset on the article to be dispensed. The identification code of the article to be dispensed may be an identification code recorded with data symbol information in the prior art or in the future development technology, such as a number/letter sequence, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In some alternative forms, the identification code information of the items to be dispensed includes identification information of individual items to be dispensed.
In these alternative implementations, the identity information of the individual items to be delivered may include information about the origin, manufacturer, type, etc. of the items to be delivered.
Here, the identification code information of the item to be delivered, which includes the identification information of the individual item to be delivered, is generally obtained by a manufacturer that produces the item to be delivered, an identification code that is arranged on the item to be delivered at the time of shipment of the item to be delivered.
In particular, the identification code on the item to be dispensed may be a commodity barcode. The commodity bar code is a mark composed of a group of regularly arranged bars, spaces and corresponding characters, and is used for marking a certain symbol of commodity information. Wherein, the corresponding character is composed of a group of Arabic numerals. The commodity bar code generally consists of a prefix portion, a manufacturer code, a commodity code, and a check code. The prefix code is a code for identifying a country or a region.
If the identification code on the article to be distributed is a commodity bar code, the order placing user can scan and read the commodity bar code through a bar code reading device or input corresponding characters through a keyboard to obtain the corresponding identification code information of the identification code for representing the identity information of the single article to be distributed.
In this implementation, the identification code information of the article to be delivered includes identity information of a single article to be delivered, so that the identification code information of the article to be delivered can be obtained from an identification code of the article to be delivered itself, for example, an identification code of the article to be delivered, which is sprayed on the article to be delivered by a manufacturer that produces the article to be delivered when the article to be delivered leaves a factory. The identification code may be a part of the outer package pattern of the article to be delivered, and the identification code may include the identity information of the manufacturer, the type, and the like of the article to be delivered. Therefore, when ordering the order, the ordering user does not need to manually add a display object (such as a sticker, a radio frequency electronic tag and the like) for distinguishing the items to be distributed on the items to be distributed, and the identification code information corresponding to the identification code can be directly uploaded to the server, so that the additional operation of the user is reduced, the user experience is effectively improved, and the collecting efficiency is further improved.
In some alternative ways, the identification code information of the item to be dispensed is obtained by: and receiving an image which is uploaded by a user and comprises an identification code of the current article to be delivered, and identifying an image area containing the identification code in the image to obtain identification code information of the article to be delivered.
In the implementation mode, the execution main body receives an image which is uploaded by the ordering user and contains an identification code of an article to be delivered and shot by the camera device, and identifies the identification code in the image to obtain identification code information of the article to be delivered.
The image capturing device may be a device that converts an optical image signal of an object into an electrical signal for storage or transmission in the prior art or future development technologies, for example, a camera, a mobile phone, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
Here, the executing body may use an image recognition algorithm in the prior art or in the future development technology to recognize the image containing the identification code of the article to be delivered, for example, FAST (Features from Accelerated segmentation Test) algorithm, SURF (Speed Up Robust Feature) algorithm, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In the implementation mode, the identification code information of the to-be-distributed article is obtained by identifying the image containing the identification code of the to-be-distributed article, so that when a user ordering the article lacks of scanning equipment, the user only needs to upload the image of the identification code of the to-be-distributed article to the server by shooting, the user does not need to manually input the identification code information, the acquisition efficiency is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, if the order information uploaded by the order placing user received by the executive main body only includes the order information of one order, the executive main body can associate the received order information of one order with the identification code information of one or more corresponding articles to be delivered, so as to obtain a collection order.
If the order information uploaded by the ordering user and received by the executive main body comprises the order information of a plurality of orders, the executive main body can correlate the received order information of the orders with the identification code information of one or more to-be-distributed articles respectively corresponding to the order information of the orders to obtain a collection task list.
In this embodiment, the execution main body searches the order information corresponding to the identification code information of the current to-be-delivered object in the collection task list in response to receiving the identification code information of the current to-be-delivered object uploaded by the terminal device of the collection client.
The identification code information of the current article to be delivered can be obtained by scanning the identification code of the current article to be delivered through scanning equipment by the terminal equipment of the collecting client, or can be obtained by identifying an image of the identification code of the current article to be delivered through an image of the terminal equipment of the collecting client, which is shot by the camera device, and the application is not limited to this.
Here, the terminal device of the package receiving client may be a terminal device installed with software capable of providing package receiving services for users in the prior art or future development technology, such as a personal computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
The scanning device may adopt a device in the prior art or in the future development technology, such as a scanning gun, a mobile phone, etc., which converts the graphic or image information into a digital signal in a scanning manner, and the application is not limited thereto.
And 204, executing preset collecting operation on the to-be-distributed articles in the searched order information.
In this embodiment, the preset collecting operation performed by the main body may be an operation of collecting the articles to be delivered in the prior art or in the future development. For example, receiving item confirmation information, receiving customer confirmation information, generating an electronic waybill, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In some optional manners, the performing a preset collection operation on the to-be-dispensed item in the searched order information includes: and generating the electronic waybill according to the searched order information and sending the electronic waybill to a collection client side so that the collection client side responds to the received printing request and sends the electronic waybill to printing equipment for printing.
In this implementation, the way of submitting the print request by the collector may include various ways. For example, the pull-in person may submit the print request by inputting a click operation on a print option through a presentation device disposed on the terminal device of the pull-in client, or may submit the print request by inputting a print input operation through an input window disposed on the terminal device of the pull-in client, which is not limited in this application.
The printing device may be a device that prints the result of the computer process on the relevant medium in the prior art or in future developments, such as a stylus printer, a laser printer, an inkjet printer, etc., and is not limited in this application.
In some optional modes, generating an electronic waybill from the searched order information and sending the electronic waybill to the acquisition client, so that the acquisition client responds to a printing request input by an acquisition person and sends the electronic waybill to a printing device for printing, wherein the printing request comprises: and generating the electronic waybill according to the searched order information and sending the electronic waybill to a collection client, so that the collection client responds to the received printing request and sends the electronic waybill to printing equipment for printing in a wireless connection mode.
In this implementation, the wireless connection may include, but is not limited to, a 3G/4G connection, a WiFi connection, a bluetooth connection, a WiMAX connection, a Zigbee connection, a uwb (ultra wideband) connection, and other wireless connection methods now known or developed in the future.
Specifically, if the above-mentioned non-connectable manner is bluetooth connection, the printing device may be a bluetooth printer.
In the implementation mode, the searched order information is sent to the collection client side so that the collection client side responds to the printing request, and the electronic waybill is sent to the printing equipment for printing in a wireless connection mode, so that the collection flexibility is improved.
In some alternatives, the electronic waybill includes an identification code for characterizing order information.
In this implementation manner, the electronic waybill may include an identification code for representing order information, in addition to the information such as the sender information and the receiver information. The identification code may be an identification code recorded with data symbol information in the prior art or in the future development technology, for example, a number/letter sequence, a two-dimensional code, a bar code, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
Therefore, the collecting personnel can directly read order information such as the sender information, the receiver information and the like from the shipping receipt to perform subsequent collecting operation and information input, and can also query the order information such as the sender information, the receiver information and the like to perform the subsequent collecting operation and information input by acquiring the identification code information.
The electronic freight bill comprises the identification code for representing the order information, so that the order information entry efficiency in the collecting process is improved.
In addition, the electronic waybill may also include only an identification code for characterizing order information. The collecting personnel can only inquire order information such as the sender information, the receiver information and the like by acquiring the identification code information to carry out subsequent collecting operation and information input.
By including only the identification code for characterizing the order information in the electronic waybill, the privacy of the sender and the receiver can be better protected.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the pull-in method according to the present embodiment.
In the application scenario of fig. 3, the server 301 receives order information uploaded by the order placing user 302 through a terminal device 303, such as a mobile phone, of the order placing user side and identification code information of an article to be delivered corresponding to the order information. The items to be distributed may include one or more, for example, a television. The identification code information of the article to be dispensed can be obtained by the ordering user 302 according to an identification code preset on the article to be dispensed, for example, the identification code can be a string of numbers pre-marked on the television to be dispensed by the ordering user 302. The server 301 associates the received order information, such as the sender and the receiver of the television, with the identification code of the article to be currently distributed, such as the identification code of the television, to obtain a collection order. The server 301 searches the order information associated with the identification code information of the television to be distributed currently in the cable collecting task list in response to receiving the identification code information of the television to be distributed uploaded by the cable collecting personnel 304 through the terminal device 305 of the cable collecting client. After finding the order information corresponding to the identification code information of the television to be distributed, the server 301 executes a preset collection operation on the television to be distributed, for example, receives confirmation information of the article to be distributed, receives confirmation information of the order user, generates an electronic waybill, and the like.
The acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the disclosure receives order information uploaded by an order placing user terminal and identification code information of an article to be delivered corresponding to the order information; associating the identification code information of the to-be-distributed articles with the order information to obtain a collection task list; in response to receiving the identification code information of the current object to be delivered uploaded by the collection client, searching order information corresponding to the identification code information of the current object to be delivered in the collection task list; and executing preset collection-accepting operation on the to-be-distributed articles in the searched order information, so that the matching efficiency of the to-be-distributed articles and the order information is improved, and the collection-accepting efficiency is effectively improved.
With further reference to fig. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of a pull-in method is shown. The flow 400 of the acquisition method of this embodiment may include the following steps:
Unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the identification code information of the items to be distributed includes identification code information of the items to be distributed having the same identification code information and quantity information of the items to be distributed having the same identification code information.
