Background

The water-based ink takes water as a main dispersion medium, after the ink is transferred to a printing stock, moisture is volatilized into the environment or permeates into the printing stock, and the ink is dried along with the volatilization of the moisture, so that the water-based ink has the characteristics of no toxicity, no harm, environmental protection, safety and the like, and the water-based ink of the PVC floor film has become the trend of the development of the current industry.

S1, preparing color paste: adding polyvinyl alcohol grinding resin, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, water-based epoxy resin, a wetting agent, a cosolvent, purified water and a surfactant into a stirring device for first-wheel mechanical stirring, and adding water-based PVC glue, a nano titanium dioxide dispersion liquid, polyethylene wax powder, ethanol, ethyl acetate and a pigment after the first-wheel mechanical stirring for second-wheel mechanical stirring to obtain a color paste mixture; s2, grinding: putting the color paste mixture obtained in the step S1 into a sand mill for sand grinding dispersion and repeated grinding; s3, detecting and discharging: and (4) performing various detections on the molding ink dispersed by the sand mill in the S2, and filtering and packaging after the molding ink reaches the standard.

weighing the above components, pouring into a stirring device, stirring for 50min with a mechanical stirrer, dispersing with a sand mill, grinding until the particle size is below 1 μm, if the particle size does not reach the standard, continuing grinding, detecting various indexes and performances of the ink, filtering, and packaging to obtain the final product.
