Abstract
一种隔离膜及其制备方法,以及包括所述隔离膜的二次电池、电池模块、电池包和装置,所述隔离膜包括基材(A)和设置在所述基材(A)至少一个表面上的涂层(B);所述涂层(B)包括无机颗粒(B3)和有机颗粒,所述有机颗粒包括第一种有机颗粒(B1)和第二种有机颗粒(B2),所述第一种有机颗粒(B1)和所述第二种有机颗粒(B2)嵌于所述无机颗粒(B3)中且在所述涂层(B)表面形成凸起;所述第一种有机颗粒(B1)为二次颗粒,且所述第一种有机颗粒(B1)在所述涂层(B)中的数量记为A,所述第二种有机颗粒(B2)为一次颗粒,且所述第二种有机颗粒(B2)在所述涂层(B)中的数量记为B,则所述隔离膜满足:0.05≤A/B<1。
