Claims (10)

1. An impeller polishing apparatus, comprising:
the polishing device comprises a base (1), wherein a device cylinder (2) is fixedly connected to the base (1), the device cylinder (2) is used for storing polishing solution, a plurality of groups of grinding ball particles (3) are arranged in the device cylinder (2), and a lifting disc (4) is arranged in the device cylinder (2);
further comprising:
the rotating mechanism (5) is arranged on the lifting disc (4) and used for fixing the impeller and driving the impeller to rotate and polish in the polishing solution of the device barrel (2);
the screening mechanism (6) comprises a screen (7) and a filter plate (8) which are arranged on the lifting disc (4), the screening mechanism (6) is used for driving the lifting disc (4) to lift, impurities are leaked below the lifting disc (4) through the screen (7) when the lifting disc moves upwards, and solution is filtered above the lifting disc (4) through the filter plate (8) when the lifting disc moves downwards, so that the impurities are continuously left below the lifting disc (4), and automatic separation of the impurities is realized;
the pushing mechanism (9) comprises a rotating disc (10) rotatably connected with the bottom of the device barrel (2), a plurality of groups of pushing pieces (11) are uniformly and fixedly connected to the side surface of the rotating disc (10), and the pushing mechanism (9) is used for driving the rotating disc (10) to rotate in a matching manner when the rotating mechanism (5) moves downwards, so that the pushing pieces (11) push impurities separated from the bottom to the periphery;
the collecting mechanism (12) is used for opening after the lifting disc (4) moves downwards to a set position, so that impurities pushed to the periphery by the pushing piece (11) are collected and stored, and the opening is closed when the lifting disc (4) moves upwards, so that the device cylinder (2) is ensured to be in a closed state.
