Description

Cow nipple disinfectant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the application field of disinfectants, in particular to a cow nipple disinfectant and a preparation method thereof, and the application field of the disinfectant is A61K 33/18.
Background
The quality of the dairy products is directly related to the health of the dairy cows, which are especially the teats. The dairy cows need to be disinfected before and after milking every day, if the disinfection is incomplete, the incidence rate of the dairy cow mastitis can be increased, and if the irritation of the disinfectant is too strong, certain irritation can be generated on the mammary gland skin and internal tissues of the dairy cows, and then certain damage is caused on the breast related tissues of the dairy cows, so that the milk yield of the dairy cows is affected.
The currently applied cow nipple disinfectant is mainly iodine disinfectant and mainly comprises polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), iodine, potassium iodide, glycerol, ethanol and a thickener. Patent CN201910819255.3 discloses a cleaning disinfectant for cow nipple medicated bath and a use method thereof, the cleaning disinfectant consists of sodium chlorite, anhydrous citric acid, anhydrous sodium citrate, high molecular polymer, anhydrous magnesium sulfate, guar gum and sodium dodecyl sulfate, an acidic buffer system formed by the anhydrous sodium citrate and the anhydrous citric acid promotes sodium chlorite and hydrogen ions to react, and generates chlorine dioxide to play a role in killing viruses and bacteria, and the disinfectant has good stability after film formation and can also prevent skin chapping to a certain extent. Patent CN201210183433.6 discloses a cow nipple disinfectant with film-forming nursing function and its preparation method, the disinfectant is composed of iodine, potassium iodide, chlorhexidine, high molecular polymer, surfactant, emollient, hydroxy compound and water, and the sterilizing effect is enhanced by compounding iodine and chlorhexidine, and the disinfectant has good stability, safety and no irritation. However, the disinfectant only depends on the formed film to realize sterilization, and cannot improve the self-defense function of the dairy cows.
The plant extract has rich active ingredients and no irritation, and can be used for research and preparation of disinfectant for cow nipple. Patent CN201610532939.1 discloses a cow nipple disinfectant, which is prepared from houttuynia cordata extract, safflower extract, alum and activated iodine powder, wherein the houttuynia cordata is used for realizing bacteriostasis, the activated iodine powder is used for realizing sterilization, the safflower is used for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and promoting milk duct healing, the alum plays a role in collecting milk, the opening time of the milk duct after milking is obviously shortened, and the self defense system of the cow is improved. However, the disinfectant can not form an effective protective film on the nipple surface of the dairy cows, and plays a role in long-term disinfection and protection.

(2) The inventor finds that the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the disinfectant can be obviously improved by adding the plant extract into the cow nipple disinfectant, and particularly, when the plant extract is a mixture of the safflower extract, the turmeric extract and the dandelion extract, the defending function of the cow can be improved at the same time. The reason is presumed that the safflower extract has the effects of promoting blood circulation, dredging channels, removing blood stasis and relieving pain, is beneficial to promoting the healing of milk ducts of cows and shortening the opening time of the milk ducts, and can further improve the antiviral immunity around the nipple of the cows by the synergistic effect of the safflower extract and the dandelion extract, thereby effectively reducing the incidence rate of the mammitis of the cows. Surprisingly, when the mass ratio of the safflower extract, the turmeric extract and the dandelion extract is 1:3:2, the obtained cow nipple disinfectant has optimal sterilization, antibiosis and self-defense function, and can inhibit the oxidation reaction of iodine and other components in the disinfectant, thereby further improving the stability of the cow nipple disinfectant.
(3) The polyvinyl pyrrolidone and iodine are combined to form amorphous povidone iodine, so that the polyvinyl pyrrolidone iodine has stable usability, no irritation and no irritation to mucous membranes and skin, but the film forming property of the povidone iodine is poor, and the inventor finds that the film forming property of a disinfectant can be improved by adding polyvinyl alcohol with viscosity average molecular weight of 10000-17000, viscosity of 3.0-4.5mpa.s and alcoholysis degree of 86-90%, and the polyvinyl alcohol has better water solubility, can be completely dissolved at normal temperature, but the formed film has poor flexibility and is easy to crack. After the xanthan gum is added, the viscosity of the disinfectant and the flexibility of the film can be further improved, the combination degree of the disinfectant and the cow nipple is improved, and the firmness and long-term protection of the disinfectant on the cow nipple are improved.
(4) The cow nipple disinfectant is prepared by blending iodine, potassium iodide, hydroxyl compound, high molecular polymer, thickener, emollient, calcium-containing compound, alum and plant extract. The selected components are safe and have no stimulation, the sterilization and bacteriostasis effects are obvious and durable, the preparation method is simple, the conditions are easy to realize, and the preparation method can be used for industrial production.
