Example 1
Referring to the drawing, the central dust collector of the water ring vacuum pump comprises a motor 1, a pump body 3 and a water tank 5, wherein the motor 1, the pump body 3 and the water tank 5 are all mounted on a base through bolts. The base connects the three structures into a whole, so that the installation and the transportation are convenient, as shown in figure 1.
The output of motor 1 has the output shaft through shaft coupling fixed mounting, the output shaft stretches into the inside of the pump body 3, the internally mounted of the pump body 3 has suction disc 4 and exhaust disc 2, suction disc 4 and exhaust disc 2 have seted up induction port 18 and exhaust hole respectively, blade 8 is still installed to the inside of the pump body 3, blade 8 is located between suction disc 4 and the exhaust disc 2, blade 8 passes through the flat key or spline etc. and the output shaft passes through the key-type connection together, the output shaft can drive blade 8 and rotate, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3 and fig. 5.
The output shaft and the blades 8 are eccentrically arranged in the pump body 3, a proper amount of water serving as working liquid is filled in the pump body 3, the blades 8 are thrown to the periphery by the impeller when rotating, and due to the action of centrifugal force, the water forms a closed circular ring with approximately equal thickness depending on the shape of a pump cavity. The inner surface of the upper part of the water ring is just tangent to the impeller hub, and the inner surface of the lower part of the water ring is just contacted with the top end of the blade, so that the blade has a certain insertion depth in the water ring). As shown in fig. 7. A crescent space is formed between the impeller hub and the water ring, and if the space is divided into a plurality of small cavities with equal blade number by the impeller, the volume of the small cavity is increased from small to large when the impeller rotates 180 degrees before the impeller takes the upper 0 degree of the impeller as a starting point, and the small cavity is communicated with an air suction port on the end surface, at the moment, air is sucked in, and when the air suction is finished, the small cavity is isolated from the air suction port; when the impeller continues to rotate, the small cavity is changed from big to small, so that the gas is compressed; when the small chamber is in communication with the exhaust port, gas is exhausted from the pump.
The pump body 3 outside the air suction disc 4 is an air inlet cavity, an air inlet 17 is formed in the air inlet cavity, and air can enter the air inlet 17 when the impeller 8 works. An air outlet 16 is arranged on one side of the pump body 3 close to the exhaust disc 2.
The water tank 5 is internally provided with a water pump 7, a water inlet pipe 6 is fixedly arranged at a water outlet of the water pump 7, a valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe 6, and the valve can control the opening size of the pipeline, so that the speed of water flow in the pipeline is adjusted, as shown in figures 1-2.
The water inlet pipe 6 extends into the air inlet cavity and pumps water into the air inlet cavity, and when the blades 8 in the pump body 3 work to suck air, water and air can enter the interior of the pump body 3 from the air suction port together. The water is in the intake chamber, at the maximum opening of the suction opening 18 of the suction disc 4, as shown in fig. 8, and enters the pump body 3 together with the gas from the maximum opening of the suction opening 18.
The water enters the interior of the pump body 3 from the position with the largest opening, and when the water moves outwards under the action of centrifugal force, the water is mixed with all the gas, so that dust particles in the gas are taken away as much as possible.
Water enters into the intracavity portion of admitting air after, can follow the biggest opening part of induction port and gaseous entering into blade 8's space together, at this moment, gaseous in the space that can fill whole blade 8, water can pass from blade 8's space hole when getting into to mix together with the air between the blade 8, moreover under the effect of centrifugal force, water can toward the direction motion of the inside wall of the pump body 3 (outside motion promptly), thereby take away the dust in the air.
One side that the inside of the pump body 3 is close to exhaust disc 2 is provided with drain pipe 9 (namely drain pipe 9 sets up in the cavity of the installation blade 8 of the pump body 3, and is close to exhaust disc 2), and drain pipe 9 can discharge the inside water of the pump body 3, avoids water to amass more in the inside of the pump body 3. The drainage speed of the drainage pipe 9 is substantially consistent with that of the water inlet pipe 6, after water enters the pump body 3, under the action of the drainage pipe 9, the water inside the pump body 3 moves towards the drainage pipe 9 gradually when moving to the inner side wall of the pump body 3 under the action of centrifugal force, as shown by the arrow in fig. 1. And is discharged from the drain pipe 9 so that water can be continuously introduced into the pump body 3 and dust in the air can be continuously treated.
The water discharge pipes 9 are all provided with valves 10, and the valves 10 can control the opening size of the pipeline so as to adjust the speed of water flow in the pipeline.
In this embodiment the inlet opening 17 opens in the upper side wall of the inlet chamber, into which dust-laden air enters from the upper inlet opening 17. The air inlet 17 can be provided with a pipeline according to actual use requirements.
In a further embodiment, a spray pipe 12 is fixedly installed at the water outlet of the water pump 7, the spray pipe 12 extends from the side wall of the water tank 5, as shown in fig. 3-4, one end of the spray pipe 12 extending out is inserted into the air inlet cavity, a water spray head is fixedly installed at the top of the air inlet cavity, the water spray head is preferably an atomizing water spray head, the spray pipe 12 is communicated with the water spray head, and the spray pipe 12 continuously supplies water to the water spray head.
The sprinkler bead forms water curtain or the water smoke that flows down, water droplet etc. in the chamber of admitting air, and when taking the gas of dust to enter into the chamber of admitting air, the dust in the gas can be taken away by water under water curtain, water smoke or water droplet effect to flow to the bottom in the chamber of admitting air under the effect of rivers and gravity, and gas then can directly enter into the inside of pump body 3 from the induction port.
When the air suction port sucks air, if the spray head sprays water mist, the water mist and air are sucked into the pump body 3 together, in the suction process, the water mist and the dust in the air are combined together to form larger particles, the weight of the dust can be increased, and when the blades do centrifugal motion, the water enables the combined particles to directly move into a water ring of the pump body.
The bottom fixed mounting in chamber of admitting air has waste pipe 11, and waste pipe 11 can directly discharge the water in the chamber of admitting air, installs the valve on the waste pipe 11. The valve controls the size of the opening in the waste pipe 11 to regulate the rate of flow of waste water and thus the amount of water accumulated in the waste tank.
In the embodiment, water sprayed by the water spraying head can be accumulated at the bottom of the air inlet cavity. Waste pipe 11 is when adjusting, can be so that the water of regulation is inhaled the inside of pump body 3 from the inlet scoop by the pump body, when water and gas begin to inhale, can produce the vortex, the vortex can make the moist particle of large granule combine again, forms bigger particle, bigger particle then can combine together with the water that gets into, under the effect of centrifugal force, moves the inside wall to the pump body 3 with water together to get rid of the dust in the air.
A water inlet pipe 6 is fixedly installed at a water outlet of the water pump 7, a water replenishing hole is formed in the air suction disc 4, and the water inlet pipe 6 is communicated with the water replenishing hole, as shown in fig. 3. The water in the water tank can directly enter the water supplementing hole from the water inlet pipe 6, so that the water quantity in the pump body 3 is adjusted, the valve is also arranged on the water inlet pipe 6, and the opening and closing states of the valve are controlled according to actual use requirements when the valve is used. If the air suction opening is required to enter liquid, the water inlet pipe is in an open closed state or a small flow speed state, the waste water pipe 11 is in a small flow speed or closed state, and enough water enters the pump body 3 from the air suction opening in the air inlet cavity;
if the suction opening does not need to be filled with liquid, the inlet pipe is in the open state, while the waste pipe 11 is also in the fully open state. The liquid in the inlet pipe 6 can directly enter the pump body 3, and the liquid in the inlet chamber can also be directly discharged from the waste water pipe 11 without accumulation.
A filter disc 13 is arranged in the air inlet cavity, and the filter disc 13 is of a grid-shaped structure. The filter disc 13 is located at the air inlet 17, and when the air with dust passes through the filter disc 13, the filter disc 13 filters the dust in the air and blocks part of the dust.
Because the spray head in the air inlet cavity sprays water downwards, the water flows downwards on the filter disc of the filter disc 13 to carry dust on the filter disc 13, and when the water flows downwards, water columns are formed along the filter disc, so that gaps between the filter discs 13 can be reduced, the treatment of the dust in the air is facilitated, and meanwhile, the filter screen cannot be blocked.
When 2 filter discs 13 are arranged, one filter disc 13 is positioned at the air inlet 17, the other filter disc 13 is close to the air suction disc 4, the water spray head is arranged in the space between the two filter discs 13 and sprays water downwards, dust-laden air passes through the two filter discs 13 and the water sprayed downwards and is filtered by three layers, dust can be thoroughly removed, the filter disc 13 positioned at the rear side can prevent the sprayed water from being sucked into the pump body 3, and when sprayed water drops or water mist and air pass through the filter disc 13 at the rear side together, the sprayed water drops or water mist can be accumulated on the filter disc 13 and flow downwards, so that the water drops or water mist cannot be directly sucked into the pump body.
Under this kind of state, inlet tube 6 is in the state of moisturizing in the pump body 3, and waste pipe 11 is in the state of opening completely moreover for the hydroenergy in the chamber of admitting air can discharge.
Example 2
The difference from example 1 is that:
the air inlet 17 is arranged at the center of the outer side wall of the air inlet cavity, the rotating disc 15 is installed in the air inlet cavity, the rotating disc 15 is connected with the output shaft through a flat key, the output shaft can drive the rotating disc 15 to rotate, and the rotating disc 15 is fixedly provided with a shifting piece 19, as shown in fig. 5-6. Since centrifugal wind is generated inside the rotating disk 15 and the paddle 19 during rotation, the air inlet 17 is provided on the side surface, so that easy air entry can be avoided.
The shifting pieces 19 are arranged in a grid-shaped structure and are uniformly distributed on the rotating disc 15, and the shifting pieces 19 are not too dense, preferably 5-7, and the number of the shifting pieces is less than that of the blades 8. When the quantity is too large, the poking sheet 19 can fan too much wind, so that dust particles directly impact the side wall of the air inlet cavity and a better treatment effect cannot be achieved.
Also, the small number of picks 19 does not create excessive suction, i.e.: the wind power generated by the shifting sheet 19 is smaller than that generated by the blades 8, so that the centrifugal wind generated by the shifting sheet 19 does not influence the air suction effect of the blades 8.
Its quantity sets up when 5-7, and the dusty gas that enters into in the chamber of admitting air can be taken the lateral wall toward the chamber of admitting air to flow by the wind that plectrum 19 produced, and the grid structure on the plectrum 19 then can be the dust separation on the plectrum simultaneously, and the plectrum can drive the water of chamber bottom of admitting air at the pivoted in-process moreover for the condition that splashes appears in the chamber of admitting air in water, and the liquid that partially splashes can bump on the lateral wall in the chamber of admitting air, thereby has better treatment effect to the dust in the air.
And when the poking piece 19 rotates to the bottom, the poking piece can be contacted with water in the air inlet cavity, so that the poking piece is kept moist, and when dust in the air is treated, the poking piece has a better bonding effect on the dust in the air.
In addition, during the upward rotation of the shifting piece 19, water mist is generated by the impact of the shifting piece 19 on water, the water mist can be adhered with dust in air, and the dust is more easily adhered with the shifting piece 19 during the rotation of the shifting piece 19. And the dust is easy to adhere to the side wall of the air inlet cavity, and the dust on the side wall can flow downwards along with the liquid colliding with the side wall of the air inlet cavity.
The air inlet 17 is fixedly provided with an air inlet pipeline 14, and the air inlet pipeline 14 is used as an extension part of the air inlet 17 and can prevent the air inlet 17 from splashing liquid to the outside. Meanwhile, air inlet 17 is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the air intake duct 14 is provided in an L-shaped configuration, or an S-shaped configuration. When the shifting piece 19 rotates, water mist can be generated, the L-shaped structure or the S-shaped air inlet pipeline forms a turning part, and when the water mist leaks from the air inlet, the turning situation can not happen, so that the water mist can be completely prevented from leaking.
The guide plate is fixedly arranged inside the air inlet pipeline 14 and is of a horn-shaped structure with a large upper end opening and a small bottom opening, or an inverted 'splayed' structure, and when water mist flutters upwards in the air inlet pipeline 14, the water mist can be accumulated at the bottom of the guide plate, so that leakage from the top of the guide plate can be avoided.
In this embodiment, a waste pipe 11 is installed at the bottom of the air inlet cavity, a valve is installed on the waste pipe 11, and the waste pipe is used for discharging water in the air inlet cavity.
After the use is finished, the pump body 3 and the motor 1 are required to continuously work for about 5-10 minutes, the water pump 7 is required to continuously supplement water into the pump body 3, water entering the air inlet 17 is clean gas, the water can flush the pump body 3 and the air inlet cavity in the pump body and the air inlet cavity until water flowing out of a drain pipe is clean, and the pump can be shut down and stopped working, so that the inside of the pump body 3 is washed, dust in the pump body 3 is removed, and the situation that the pump body 3 cannot work due to the fact that the dust is bonded together or the dust is bonded on the side wall of the pump body to abrade blades after the shutdown work is avoided.
Example 3
A further improvement made on the basis of embodiment 1 or embodiment 2:
a purification tank 20 is installed on the waste pipe 11, and the other end of the purification tank 20 communicates with the water tank 5, as shown in fig. 5. Active carbon filter screen and sponge filter screen are placed to the inside of purifying box 20, and the dust granule in the waste water can be filtered in the inside of rivers purifying box 20 in the waste pipe 11 under the effect of sponge filter screen and active carbon filter screen, and clean water then directly enters into and continues to use in water tank 5 to realize the cyclic utilization of water.
A water pump is disposed inside the purification tank 20 and provides power for filtering the wastewater.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
