Description

Aerosol spray hair cosmetic
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an aerosol spray hair cosmetic composition in which a hair cosmetic composition is filled in an aerosol container.
Background
Aerosol hair conditioners having a hair conditioner composition filled in an aerosol container are commercially available. In hair styling compositions for aerosol hair styling, a film-forming polymer is generally compounded as a hair styling ingredient. Further, by using a hair styling composition containing a coating-forming polymer, a coating film is formed on the hair, so that reflection of light is enhanced and luster can be imparted to the hair.
On the other hand, in recent years, a hairstyle having a natural figure with suppressed gloss has been gaining popularity.
Patent document 1 below discloses a non-foaming hair spray composition comprising a hair styling base solution and a propellant, wherein the hair styling base solution comprises 100% by mass of the hair styling base solution of (a) 1 to 70% by mass of formaldehyde dimethyl acetal and (B) 0.1 to 20% by mass of a film forming resin, and the ratio (mass ratio) of the hair styling base solution to the propellant is 80:20 to 20:80.

Problems to be solved by the invention
The hair sprays described in patent documents 1 and 2 can impart natural luster to the hair after the hair is finished, and can suppress the luster as compared with conventional hair sprays. However, even the hair sprays described in patent documents 1 and 2 have insufficient gloss-suppressing effect, and it is difficult to impart a matte texture to hair.
The hair conditioner described in patent document 3 can suppress gloss to some extent by the clay mineral incorporated therein. However, even with the hair dressing disclosed in patent document 3, the effect of suppressing the glossiness is insufficient, and it is difficult to impart a matte texture to the hair. In addition, in the case of a hair dressing material containing a clay mineral, the hand feeling of the hair after dressing is deteriorated. Further, when a hair dressing containing a clay mineral is used as a composition for aerosol spray, clogging may occur, and the composition may not be discharged from the aerosol container satisfactorily.
In addition, in the case of a conventional aerosol spray hair cosmetic, precipitates may be generated immediately after the aerosol spray hair cosmetic is produced. If precipitates are formed, clogging may occur or the stability of the preparation may be lowered.
The present invention aims to provide an aerosol spray hair cosmetic which can impart a matte texture in which gloss is considerably suppressed to hair and can suppress the generation of precipitates in the aerosol spray hair cosmetic immediately after production.

The hair cosmetic compositions (stock solutions) having the compositions shown in tables 1 to 7 were prepared by mixing the components shown in tables 1 to 7 (the mixing unit is% by mass). The obtained hair cosmetic composition (stock solution) was charged into an aerosol spray container (transparent pressure-resistant bottle, capacity 95 mL). Next, after closing the aerosol spray container with an aerosol valve, the propellant shown in tables 1 to 7 below was filled in the valve stem, and a button suitable for the valve stem was attached to produce an aerosol spray hair cosmetic. The blending amounts (blending amount in 100% by mass of the hair cosmetic composition and blending amount in 100% by mass of the spray agent) in the table are expressed by the blending amount (unit: mass%) of the pure components. In the table, isododecane, polydimethylsiloxane and water were contained from the commercial product containing the component (a) or the component (B).
(evaluation)
The aerosol spray hair cosmetic obtained was evaluated as follows. The evaluation results are shown in tables 1 to 7. The evaluation was performed by 5 panelists, and the evaluation results were determined by negotiation.
(test example 1 matte feeling)
A wig cut into short hair (trade name "A-386": manufactured by Yukari JAPAN) was prepared. In addition, a gel-like hair styling composition (trade name "Man Long keep gel wet & hard") was prepared. 1.0g of the gel-like hair styling composition was applied to the hair of each of the left and right halves of the wig and allowed to dry. Then, the obtained aerosol spray hair cosmetic was uniformly sprayed on the hair of the right half of the wig for 3 seconds from a position spaced from 15 to 20 cm. The hair of the wig was visually observed, and the matte feeling was evaluated based on the following criteria based on the gloss of the left half. In the hair coated with only the left half of the gel-like hair styling composition, the gloss was clearly confirmed. When the judgment result was "a" or "B", the hair having a matte texture with considerably suppressed gloss was obtained.
< evaluation criteria for matte feeling >
A: compared with the standard, the gloss is completely absent, and the matte feeling is quite excellent.
B: compared with the standard, the gloss is almost zero and the matte feeling is excellent.
C: gloss can be reduced compared to the standard, but matte feel is poor.
D1: the gloss of the same degree as the standard can be clearly confirmed.
D2: whitening occurs.
( Test example 2: properties of aerosol spray hair cosmetic immediately after production )
The aerosol spray hair cosmetic immediately after the production was evaluated by visually observing the inside of the aerosol spray container according to the following criteria.
< evaluation criteria for Properties of Aerosol spray Hair cosmetic immediately after production >
A: no precipitate was formed, and the resultant was colorless and transparent.
B: the precipitate was not formed, but was slightly cloudy.
C: a precipitate was formed, and was slightly cloudy.
D: a precipitate was formed and was cloudy.
The compositions and the results are shown in tables 1 to 7 below.
