Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide a protection method and related components of an electric heating disc type cooking utensil, so that the problem that the cooking utensil is damaged due to the over-flushing of the heat of the electric heating disc when the electric heating disc and an inner pot are in poor contact is avoided, and the normal cooking of food is ensured.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for protecting an electric hot plate type cooking apparatus according to the present invention, the method including:
s1: determining the protection time length according to the time length required for heating food in an inner pot of the cooking appliance to a first preset temperature value;
s2: after the protection duration is determined, adjusting the working power of a heating device in the cooking appliance according to the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot, and controlling the heating device to continuously work at the working power until the current pot bottom temperature rises to a second preset temperature value, wherein the current pot bottom temperature is in negative correlation with the working power;
s3: and when the actual working time of the heating device at the working power does not reach the protection time, the step of adjusting the working power of the heating device in the cooking appliance according to the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot is carried out.
In practical application, when the problem that the electric heating plate and the inner pot are in poor contact possibly cause the electric heating plate to break down, the cooking appliance can not cook normally, and the problem that whether the electric heating plate and the inner pot are in poor contact or not can be detected directly difficultly in the prior art is considered, so that the protection method of the electric heating plate type cooking appliance is provided in the embodiment, even if the problem that the electric heating plate and the inner pot are in poor contact when the cooking appliance cooks according to the working process provided by the application, the electric heating plate can be avoided to the greatest extent from being damaged, and meanwhile, food can be guaranteed to be cooked normally.
Specifically, the time period required for heating the food to the first preset temperature value is different when the weight or the volume of the food is different, generally, the weight and the volume of the food are positively correlated with the time period required for heating the food to the first preset temperature value, and the protection time period required by the present application is longer when the weight or the volume of the food is larger. Therefore, in the application, the protection duration is determined according to the duration required by heating food in the inner pot of the cooking appliance to the first preset temperature value, the specific value of the first preset temperature value is not particularly limited, and the protection duration can be set according to the actual situation.
After the protection duration is determined, the working power of the heating device in the cooking appliance is adjusted according to the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot, and the working power of the heating device needs to be reduced in advance in order to ensure that the electric hot tray is not damaged due to heat accumulation, so that the working power of the heating device is lower when the current pot bottom temperature is higher, namely, the current pot bottom temperature is negatively related to the working power. And, in order to guarantee that the food in the interior pot can normally cook, control heating device stop work when this application control heating device continues to work until present bottom of a boiler temperature rises to second preset temperature value with operating power. And when the actual working time of the heating device at the working power does not reach the protection time, the cooking appliance needs to be continuously controlled to maintain the temperature of the bottom of the pan at the second preset temperature value, so that the working power of the heating device in the cooking appliance needs to be adjusted again according to the current temperature of the bottom of the pan in the inner pan. The steps after the actual duration of the heating device working with the working power reaches the protection duration are not particularly limited, and the cooking appliance is relatively safe at the moment, so that the heating device can be controlled to work with relatively low working power to complete subsequent cooking tasks and the like.
In summary, the invention discloses a protection method of an electric hot tray type cooking utensil, which comprises the steps of determining the protection duration according to the duration required by heating food in an inner pot of the cooking utensil to a first preset temperature value, then adjusting the working power of a heating device according to the current pot bottom temperature, wherein the current pot bottom temperature is in negative correlation with the working power, and avoiding the problem that the cooking utensil is damaged due to the over-washing of the heat of the electric hot tray when the electric hot tray is in poor contact with the inner pot by reducing the working power. And the temperature of the bottom of the pan is controlled by the heating device to be maintained at a second preset temperature value and continuously protected for a long time, so that the food can be cooked normally.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment:
as a preferred embodiment, the determining the protection duration according to the duration required for heating the food in the inner pot of the cooking appliance to the first preset temperature value comprises:
controlling the heating device to work at a first preset power;
judging whether the temperature of the bottom of the inner pot is greater than a first preset temperature value or not;
when the temperature of the pan bottom is not more than a first preset temperature value, the step of controlling the heating device to work at a first preset power is carried out;
when the temperature of the pot bottom is higher than a first preset temperature value, determining the total working time of the heating device at a first preset power;
and determining a preset time length range in which the total time length is positioned, and determining the protection time length according to the corresponding relation between the preset time length range and the protection time length.
In this embodiment, the specific process of determining the protection duration is to control the heating device to operate at the first preset power, and the specific value of the first preset power is not particularly limited in this application, for example, the specific value is set to be more than eighty percent of the rated power of the cooking appliance, so that the determination process of the protection duration is accelerated. The method comprises the steps of detecting the temperature of the pot bottom in real time or periodically in the process of controlling the heating device to work at a first preset power, judging whether the temperature of the pot bottom is larger than a first preset temperature value or not, continuing to control the heating device to work at the first preset power when the temperature of the pot bottom does not reach the first preset temperature value, and determining the total working time of the heating device at the first preset power when the temperature of the pot bottom reaches a second preset temperature value. The corresponding relation between the preset duration range and the protection duration is preset in the application, so that the preset duration range where the total duration is located is determined after the total duration is determined, then the protection duration corresponding to the total duration is determined by utilizing the corresponding relation between the preset duration range and the protection duration, and the determination mode is simple and accurate.
As a preferred embodiment, before controlling the heating device to operate at the first preset power, the method further comprises:
judging whether the temperature of the bottom of the inner pot is greater than a third preset temperature value or not;
if the temperature of the pot bottom is not greater than a third preset temperature value, the step of controlling the heating device to work at a first preset power is carried out;
if the temperature of the bottom of the pan is higher than a third preset temperature value, controlling the heating device to work at a second preset power, and entering a step of judging whether the temperature of the bottom of the inner pan is higher than the first preset temperature value, wherein the third preset temperature value is lower than the first preset temperature value, and the second preset power is lower than the first preset power.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flowchart of a protection method for an electric hot plate type cooking appliance according to the present invention. In the embodiment, in order to further reduce the possibility that the electric heating plate is damaged when the electric heating plate is in poor contact with the inner pot, the heating power of the heating device is reduced in advance, so that the heat inertia of the electric heating plate is prevented from being too high. Specifically, before controlling the heating device to work at a first preset power, judging whether the temperature of the bottom of the inner pot is greater than a third preset temperature value, if the temperature of the bottom of the inner pot is not greater than the third preset temperature value, the heating device still works at the first preset power; if the temperature of the pan bottom is higher than the third preset temperature value, the heating device is controlled to work at the second preset power, the second preset power is lower than the first preset power, namely, the working power of the heating device is reduced in advance when the temperature of the pan bottom is too high, so that the temperature of the electric heating plate is not too high, and the overall safety of the electric heating plate and the cooking utensil is ensured.
It should be noted that, because the operating power of the heating device is flexibly adjusted in this embodiment, when determining the total duration of the operation of the heating device, it is necessary to determine the total duration of the operation of the heating device at the first preset power and the second preset power.
As a preferred embodiment, after controlling the heating device to continuously operate at the operating power, the method further comprises:
when the current pot bottom temperature is not greater than a second preset temperature value, judging whether a pressure action signal sent by a pressure detection device in the cooking appliance is received or not and whether the current pot bottom temperature is greater than a fourth preset temperature value or not;
if the pressure action signal is received and the current pot bottom temperature is greater than a fourth preset temperature value, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a pressure maintaining cooking mode;
otherwise, the step of adjusting the working power of the heating device in the cooking appliance according to the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot is carried out.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flowchart of a protection method for an electric hot plate type cooking appliance according to the present invention. In the embodiment, it is considered that the operating power of the heating device is usually low or even stops operating when the cooking appliance enters the pressure maintaining cooking mode, so that the cooking appliance can be controlled to enter the pressure maintaining cooking mode if the condition that the cooking appliance enters the pressure maintaining cooking mode is detected during the cooking process. The conditions for entering the dwell cooking mode generally include three aspects: whether the temperature is high enough, whether the heating device heats for a long enough time and whether the pressure detection device in the cooking utensil generates a pressure action signal, wherein, the first two aspects are to ensure that the electric heating plate is not damaged due to the overhigh accumulated temperature. In this embodiment, because current bottom of a boiler temperature is not more than the second preset temperature value, whether enough high enough come the judgement need be received in combination when consequently getting into pressurize culinary art mode, but then direct control cooking utensil gets into pressurize culinary art mode when receiving the pressure working signal that pressure detection device sent and bottom of a boiler temperature has relatively higher, when guaranteeing that food can normally cook, can also avoid appearing the too high risk of electric heat dish heat accumulation. It should be noted that the pressure detection device in the present application may be disposed on a pot cover or a pot bottom of the cooking appliance, so as to detect the pressure inside the cooking appliance.
In this embodiment, since the current bottom temperature is not greater than the second preset temperature value, it is necessary to further determine whether the current bottom temperature is greater than a fourth preset temperature value when determining whether the pressure maintaining cooking mode can be entered, and therefore the determination condition of this embodiment is whether the pressure action signal sent by the pressure detection device in the cooking appliance is received and whether the current bottom temperature is greater than the fourth preset temperature value. If the pressure action signal is received and the current pot bottom temperature is greater than the fourth preset temperature value, the condition of entering the pressure maintaining cooking mode is indicated, so that the cooking appliance is controlled to enter the pressure maintaining cooking mode, the possibility that the electric heating plate is damaged is reduced while the food can be normally cooked; otherwise, the condition of entering the pressure maintaining cooking mode is not met, so that the step of adjusting the working power of the heating device in the cooking appliance according to the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot is carried out, and the food in the cooking appliance is further heated.
As a preferred embodiment, after the actual time period in which the heating device operates at the operating power does not reach the protection time period, the method further comprises the following steps:
detecting whether a pressure action signal sent by a pressure detection device in the cooking appliance is received;
if the pressure action signal is detected, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a pressure maintaining cooking mode;
if the pressure action signal is not detected, the step of adjusting the working power of a heating device in the cooking appliance according to the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot is carried out.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flowchart of a protection method for an electric hot plate type cooking appliance according to the present invention. In this embodiment, since the temperature of the bottom of the cooker reaches the second preset temperature value, after the actual time of the heating device operating at the working power does not reach the protection time, the cooking appliance can be controlled to enter the pressure-maintaining cooking mode as long as the pressure action signal sent by the pressure detection device is received, so that the requirement of normal cooking of food is met, and meanwhile, the possibility of damage to the cooking appliance caused by heat accumulation of the electric heating plate when the electric heating plate is not completely contacted with the inner cooker is avoided. When the pressure action signal is not received, the working power of the heating device is adjusted again according to the current pot bottom temperature so as to further heat the food in the cooking appliance.
It should be noted that, the temperature inside the cooking appliance is high enough and the pressure is large enough when the cooking appliance enters the pressure maintaining cooking mode, so that the cooking appliance only needs to heat food with very small working power or directly stops heating food after entering the pressure maintaining cooking mode, so as to maintain the pressure inside the cooking appliance at the pressure when entering the pressure maintaining cooking mode, and therefore, the cooking appliance is relatively safe after entering the pressure maintaining cooking mode, and does not need to intervene in the working process of the cooking appliance.
As a preferred embodiment, after the heating device is controlled to stop working, the method further comprises the following steps:
when the actual duration reaches the protection duration, controlling the heating device to start working at a third preset power;
when the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot reaches a preset pressure maintaining switching temperature value, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a pressure maintaining cooking mode;
when the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot does not reach a preset pressure maintaining switching temperature value, judging whether a pressure action signal sent by a pressure detection device in the cooking appliance is received or not;
if the pressure action signal is received, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a pressure maintaining cooking mode;
if the pressure action signal is not received, the step of controlling the heating device to start working at a third preset power is carried out.
Considering that the food cannot be completely cooked by only controlling the pot bottom temperature at the second preset temperature value and keeping the protection duration for a long time when the food in the cooking appliance is large, that is, the cooking appliance may not meet the condition of entering the pressure maintaining cooking mode under the condition that the food is large, the food needs to be continuously heated by the heating device.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another flow chart of a protection method for an electric hot plate type cooking appliance provided by the present invention. Specifically, when the heating device stops working and the actual time length reaches the protection time length, but the pressure action signal sent by the pressure detection device is not received, the heating device is controlled to start working at the third preset power so as to increase the pressure in the cooking appliance and the temperature of food in the cooking appliance. Entering the dwell cooking mode generally requires that corresponding conditions are fulfilled with regard to time or temperature or pressure. Specifically, when the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot reaches a preset pressure maintaining switching temperature value, the cooking appliance is directly controlled to enter a pressure maintaining cooking mode; when the current pot bottom temperature of the inner pot does not reach a preset pressure maintaining switching temperature value, whether a pressure action signal sent by a pressure detection device in the cooking appliance is received or not needs to be further judged, and if the pressure action signal is received, the cooking appliance is controlled to enter a pressure maintaining cooking mode; if the pressure action signal is not received, the food needs to be continuously heated, so that the step of controlling the heating device to start working at a third preset power is needed. It should be noted that, the pressure detecting device in the present application generates the pressure action signal when detecting that the pressure in the inner pan of the cooking appliance reaches the preset range, and the specific value of the preset range is not particularly limited in the present application. To sum up, this embodiment mends the food among the cooking utensil and cooks a meal, when avoiding leading to the problem of cooking utensil damage because of electric hot tray and interior pot contact failure, guarantees that food can be cooked by normally.
