Claims (10)

1. A control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining the food weight of food to be cooked in the electric pressure cooker;
controlling a heating module in the electric pressure cooker to work at a first preset working power, and controlling the heating module to stop heating when the food weight of the food to be cooked is smaller than a preset food weight threshold value and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker enters a low-pressure cooking pressure range;
after the time for stopping heating of the heating module reaches a preset time, judging whether the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches a high-pressure cooking pressure range or not;
if so, continuing to control the heating module to stop heating, and entering a step of judging whether the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches a high-pressure cooking pressure range;
if not, controlling the electric pressure cooker to enter a high-pressure cooking mode until the electric pressure cooker meets the preset cooking ending condition, and controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working.
2. The control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein determining the food weight of the food to be cooked in the electric pressure cooker comprises:
controlling the heating module to work at a second preset working power;
determining the heating time required for the heating module to start working at the second preset working power until the bottom temperature of the electric pressure cooker is heated to a preset temperature threshold;
determining a food weight of the food to be cooked according to the heating time period, and the heating time period is positively correlated with the food weight.
3. The control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker as claimed in claim 2, wherein the preset temperature threshold is between 90 degrees celsius and 120 degrees celsius.
4. The control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electric pressure cooker is controlled to stop working when the electric pressure cooker satisfies a preset cooking end condition, comprising:
when the temperature of the bottom of the electric pressure cooker reaches the cooking temperature corresponding to the current cooking mode of the electric pressure cooker, controlling the heating module to stop working, and judging whether the total heating time of the heating module from the beginning of heating to the current time reaches the cooking time corresponding to the cooking mode;
when the total heating time reaches the cooking time, controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working;
and when the total heating time length does not reach the cooking time length, the final working power of the heating module is adjusted based on the current pot bottom temperature of the electric pressure cooker, and the heating module is controlled to work according to the final working power until the pot bottom temperature of the electric pressure cooker reaches the cooking temperature corresponding to the current cooking mode of the electric pressure cooker, and the heating module is controlled to stop working.
5. The control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein after the electric pressure cooker is controlled to stop working when the preset cooking end condition is satisfied, the method further comprises the following steps:
and controlling a prompt module in the electric pressure cooker to generate prompt information of cooking completion.

The control method for preventing pressure overshoot of the electric pressure cooker as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein before controlling the heating module to stop heating when the food weight of the food to be cooked is less than a preset food weight threshold and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker enters a low pressure cooking pressure range, the method further comprises:
determining a current cooking mode of the electric pressure cooker, wherein the cooking mode comprises a low-pressure cooking mode and a high-pressure cooking mode;
when the current cooking mode of the electric pressure cooker is the low-pressure cooking mode, controlling the heating module to work according to the heating mode corresponding to the low-pressure cooking mode until the electric pressure cooker meets the preset cooking end condition, and controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working;
and when the current cooking mode of the electric pressure cooker is the high-pressure cooking mode, controlling the heating module to stop heating when the weight of the food to be cooked is smaller than a preset food weight threshold value and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker enters a low-pressure cooking pressure range.
7. A control system for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker is characterized by comprising:
a food weight determination unit for determining the food weight of the food to be cooked in the electric pressure cooker;
the overshoot protection unit is used for controlling a heating module in the electric pressure cooker to work at a first preset working power, and controlling the heating module to stop heating when the weight of the food to be cooked is smaller than a preset food weight threshold value and the pressure in the electric pressure cooker enters a low-pressure cooking pressure range;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the pressure in the electric pressure cooker reaches a high-pressure cooking pressure range or not after the heating stopping time of the heating module reaches a preset time length; if yes, triggering a protection continuation unit; if not, triggering a cooking finishing unit;
the protection continuing unit is used for continuing to control the heating module to stop heating and triggering the judging unit;
and the cooking ending unit is used for controlling the electric pressure cooker to enter a high-pressure cooking mode until the electric pressure cooker meets a preset cooking ending condition and controlling the electric pressure cooker to stop working.
8. A control device for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker is characterized by comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for implementing the steps of the control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker according to any of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
9. An electric pressure cooker characterized in that it comprises a control device for preventing pressure overshoots of an electric pressure cooker according to claim 8.
10. A storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium has a computer program stored thereon, and the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the control method for preventing pressure overshoot of an electric pressure cooker according to any of claims 1 to 6.
