Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a functional pet food for improving the activity of an elderly pet and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lives of dogs and cats are generally 12-18 years old, and the dogs and cats enter the old age period after 7-8 years old, so that at present, experts predict that the number of old dogs and cats in 2025 years will reach 5000 ten thousand, the aging and aging process of old animals can generate free radicals, the free radicals can cause cell damage, so that the old animals lack vitality, and the vitality of the old animals can be remarkably improved by eliminating the free radicals.
The number of products added with functional components is not large in the market, but the products are mostly tablets, paste and granules. The paste has high moisture content, is easy to propagate harmful microorganisms, has the defects of unstable effective components, difficult storage, easy decay and flatulence, and has the problems of color change and the like in the storage process; the hardness of the tablet is high, so that the tablet is difficult to chew and has poor palatability for old dogs and cats; the granules need to be soaked in water for use, dogs and cats, particularly cats, do not like drinking water, and meanwhile, the granules resist drinking water for administration, so that the drug effect is reduced with the passage of time, and the special effect is difficult to play.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to provide a new form of functional pet food for improving the activity of an elderly pet.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a functional pet food for improving the activity of an elderly pet and a preparation method thereof, which directly utilize the saturated adsorption characteristics of freeze-dried meat pieces on vitamin E, beta-carotene, lutein, lycopene, protease, lipase, L-carnitine, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus coagulans, clostridium butyricum, bacillus subtilis, isomaltooligosaccharide and yucca saponin to uniformly disperse active ingredients in the meat pieces, and freeze-dried meat pieces containing functional ingredients are formed by freeze-drying again to serve as a pet food for pets, particularly for improving the activity of the elderly pet.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
firstly, the invention provides a functional pet food for improving the activity of an elderly pet, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
70 to 95 portions of freeze-dried meat, 0.08 to 0.1 portion of vitamin E, 0.01 to 0.02 portion of beta-carotene, 0.02 to 0.03 portion of lutein, 0.07 to 0.1 portion of L-carnitine, 0.01 to 0.02 portion of lycopene, 1 to 2 portions of bacillus licheniformis, 1 to 2 portions of bacillus coagulans, 1 to 2 portions of bacillus subtilis, 1 to 2 portions of clostridium butyricum, 1 to 2 portions of isomalto-oligosaccharide, 0.05 to 0.15 portion of protease, 0.01 to 0.05 portion of lipase, 0.01 to 0.05 portion of yucca saponin and 0.05 to 0.20 portion of beta-cyclodextrin.
Vitamin E is fat-soluble and can protect unsaturated fatty acid in animal body from being damaged by free radical, and the unsaturated fatty acid has the function of protecting viscera;
beta-carotene supervises hypoxic parts, such as blood capillaries in muscles, so that the part with more blood capillaries, such as eyeballs and lungs, has the most protection effect, and each antioxidant has different parts with the best effect, and the two antioxidants are supplemented together to achieve the effect of comprehensively protecting the body;
the lutein can protect eyesight, resist oxidation and cancer, delay early arteriosclerosis and prevent diabetes;
l-carnitine promotes fat to be converted into energy vitamine, the vitamine has no toxic or side effect on pets, the most outstanding physiological function of the carnitine is to be used as a carrier for fatty acid transportation, medium-long chain fatty acid is transferred into a membrane from the outside of a cell mitochondrial membrane in the form of acetyl L-carnitine and is oxidized in a mitochondrial matrix to generate energy, the L-carnitine can shovel fat to enter a fuel furnace for combustion to provide energy, and the L-carnitine serves as the 'handling' of fat to mitochondria;
lycopene helps to keep healthy and active, enhance antioxidant and anti-inflammatory abilities of organism, protect cardiovascular and cerebrovascular vessels, protect skin, and enhance immunity;
the bacillus licheniformis promotes the growth of normal physiological anaerobes in the intestinal tract, regulates the imbalance of intestinal flora and recovers the intestinal function; can generate anti-active substances, has a unique biological oxygen-deprivation action mechanism, and can inhibit the growth and the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria;
the bacillus coagulans effectively inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria, improves the intestinal micro-ecological environment, promotes the intestinal development, enhances the intestinal function, has no toxic or side effect, is safe to use, can reduce harmful gases such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like in the environment, and improves the growth environment of pets. The strain content is high, all the strains are spores, and the strain is resistant to adverse environments such as high temperature and the like;
the clostridium butyricum has immunity and oxidation resistance, can regulate bone metabolism by influencing intestinal-brain axis mediators (hormone, short-chain fatty acid and neurotransmitter), promotes bone health, and has important significance for preventing leg diseases of pets;
the bacillus subtilis is stable and easy to store, and can be rapidly recovered and propagated after entering the intestinal tracts of animals. After the bacillus subtilis recovers and proliferates in animal intestinal tracts, the probiotic characteristics of the bacillus subtilis can be exerted, including the improvement of animal intestinal flora, the enhancement of organism immunity, the provision of various enzymes needed by animals and the like, the bacillus subtilis can make up the deficiency of endogenous enzymes in the animals, promotes the growth and development of the animals and has obvious probiotic effect;
the isomaltooligosaccharide can relieve constipation and optimize intestinal flora;
the protease can improve the nutritional characteristics and physiological functions of the protein; the lipase can act in synergy with other enzymes to catalyze and decompose oil and fat substances to generate saccharides; can be used for supplementing fat digestion deficiency caused by pancreatic lipase. Various lipases control the processes of digestion, absorption, fat reconstitution, lipoprotein metabolism, etc.;
the yucca saponin can obviously reduce the ammonia nitrogen index of pet feces, enhance the immunologic function and the antioxidant capacity, improve the jejunum form, regulate the nitrogen metabolism, increase the short-chain fatty acid content of intestinal tracts and regulate the intestinal microflora, and the yucca can also relieve the oxidative stress, the immunologic stress and the intestinal injury caused by ammonia stress and reduce the content of harmful bacteria in the intestinal tracts.
Preferably, the freeze-dried meat is one or more of chicken, duck, pork, beef and fish.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the functional pet food for improving the activity of the aged pet, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Pre-freezing fresh meat, cutting according to a required shape, and freeze-drying the cut meat blocks in a freeze-drying machine until the water content is less than or equal to 5%;
(2) Mixing beta-cyclodextrin and water according to a mass ratio of 1;
(3) Dissolving L-carnitine, bacillus licheniformis, bacillus coagulans, clostridium butyricum, bacillus subtilis, isomaltooligosaccharide and yucca saponin in the solution prepared in the step (2), and uniformly stirring the solution at the temperature of 15-25 ℃ to obtain a functional solution;
(4) And (2) adding the freeze-dried meat obtained in the step (1) into the functional solution obtained in the step (3), soaking for 10-30min to reach an adsorption saturation state, and freeze-drying to obtain the product.
