The product of the invention can quickly penetrate oil stains and dirt, quickly peel off the dirt from the surface of a workpiece, has strong cleaning capability, can quickly clean various mechanical oil stains and oil stains on the surface of a part, has moderate volatilization speed, does not leave any residue after volatilization, is safe and environment-friendly without harm to the environment, does not corrode metal, does not influence various performances of the cleaned mechanical part, can be completely volatilized after use, and does not remain on the surface of the machine.

3. The cleaning agent for rapidly removing the oil stain on the train machinery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the penetrating agent is ethyl acetate.
4. The preparation method of the cleaning agent for quickly removing the oil stain on the train machinery as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) Preparing the raw materials according to the weight components;
2) Sequentially adding a hydrocarbon solvent, alcohol ether substances, HFE7100, HFC-4310mc and a penetrating agent into a reaction kettle, then adding a metal protective agent, and starting to stir for about 5-8 minutes.
