为了解决湿疹、烧伤、烫伤、外界因素引起皮肤过敏、因蚊虫叮咬引起皮肤骚痒红肿等肌肤问题。本发明目的是在于提供了一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以紫草膏的总重量来计的原料:20~35%紫草根调理剂、20~35%紫草整株调理剂、1~6%紫苏籽调理剂、0.01~1%红没药醇调理剂、0.01~1%姜根调理剂、0.01~1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯调理剂、10~20%蜂蜡润肤剂、1~4%薄荷油清凉剂。本发明的有益之处在于:棒状设计,方便携带与使用,优选的实施方案是以紫草根提取物、新疆紫草提取物、紫苏籽提取物作为抗炎、抗过敏的舒缓成分,含有一定量的薄荷油清凉成分等,舒缓修护的同时具有清凉爽身的功效。

背景技术

紫草膏从外观看是一种紫红色膏体,主要成分为紫草,而紫草含有紫草素,可入药,紫草在我国有悠久的药用历史,常用于治疗疮疡、湿疹、烧烫伤等各种皮肤疾病。现代研究表明,紫草含有多种生理活性成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗变态反应、免疫调节、促进创面愈合等多种功效,多用于制成紫草膏,治疗烧伤、烫伤等。紫苏是一种利用价值极高的中草药,其茎、叶及种子皆可入药,具有抗衰老、抗氧化、降低血脂及血糖等保健功能。紫苏中含有不饱和脂肪酸,含丰富的蛋白质,维生素,膳食纤维,脂肪,钙质等,属于低糖,高纤维,高矿物质元素的一种食物。通常应用于化妆品中,具有柔软润滑、延缓衰老、营养皮肤、还具有一定的抗过敏效果。因此,本发明所采用的三紫成分主要来源于不同植物提取,具体的是紫草根提取物、新疆紫草提取物和紫苏籽提取物,本发明从产品活性成分的稳定性和功效作用的充分发挥考量,按科学配比研制,均制备成油性状态,以使产品功效达到最佳效果。
发明内容
为了解决湿疹、烧伤、烫伤、外界因素引起皮肤过敏、因蚊虫叮咬引起皮肤骚痒红肿等肌肤问题。本发明目的是在于提供了一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏,其特征在于,包括以紫草膏的总重量来计的原料:20~35%紫草根调理剂、20~35%紫草整株调理剂、1~6%紫苏籽调理剂、0.01~1%红没药醇调理剂、0.01~1%姜根调理剂、0.01~1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯调理剂、10~20%蜂蜡润肤剂、1~4%薄荷油清凉剂。
优选方式下,所述紫草根调理剂选用紫草根提取物,紫草根提取物,紫草在我国有悠久的药用历史,常用于治疗疮疡、湿疹、烧烫伤等各种皮肤疾病;紫草根提取物具有极高的舒缓抗敏止痒的功效。
所述紫草整株调理剂选用紫草整株提取物,为整株提取,包括根、茎、叶,含有萘醌类、酚酸类、生物碱类、三萜酸及甾醇类、黄酮类及多糖类,其主要活性成分为萘醌类及其衍生物,具有的抗菌性,本发明优选新疆紫草的原因之一是新疆紫草颜色比普通紫草颜色更深,作为天然色素,给膏体带来紫红色外观。
所述紫苏籽调理剂选用紫苏籽提取物,紫苏籽有抑菌作用:研究发现紫苏籽油对变形杆菌、酵母菌、黑面霉菌、青霉菌及自然界中的多种霉菌均有抑制作用。
所述红没药醇调理剂从菊类植物中提取,有抗炎抑菌的作用,该成分稳定性好,和皮肤有很好的相容性,降低皮肤炎症,减轻皮肤粉刺,防止暗疮产生,提高皮肤的抗刺激能力,修复有炎症受伤的皮肤,在防晒产品中提高SPF值。
所述姜根调理剂选用姜根提取物,主要活性物质为姜醇和姜酚;生姜提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、伤寒杆菌、宋内痢疾杆菌、绿脓杆菌均有明显抑制作用。
一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏的制备方法:所述原料按照配比逐一放入合适的容器中,在加热条件下,温度控制在90℃-100℃,充分混合均匀。
优选方式下,所述制备容器可采用本领域熟知的任何常规的混合设备,如:搅拌锅等。
本发明的有益之处在于:棒状设计,方便携带与使用,优选的实施方案是以紫草根提取物、新疆紫草提取物、紫苏籽提取物作为抗炎、抗过敏的舒缓成分,含有一定量的薄荷油清凉成分等,舒缓修护的同时具有清凉爽身的功效。
具体实施方式
一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏除上述原料,它还包括其它润肤剂、增稠剂等。

舒缓功效测试
测试原理:
透明质酸酶是透明质酸的特异性裂解酶,是过敏反应的参与者,与肥大细胞释放组胺等有强相关性。试验样品是否有舒缓的功效,可以利用透明质酸酶抑制率来判断,透明质酸酶抑制率越高则反映该无物之舒缓功效越强,反之则越弱。
本测试方法,将样品于阴性对照进行透明质酸酶抑制率试验结果比对,如试验样品的抑制率高于阴性对照的抑制率且具有显著性差异(p<0.05),则可以认为试验样品具有一定的舒缓功效。

试验方法:
(1)对照物及试验样品的处理
实施例样品;
阳性对照物(甘草酸二钾,纯度≥98%):用水稀释至阳性对照物浓度为3%;
阴性对照物:纯水。
(2)试验操作步骤
设立样品组、样品本底组、溶剂组和溶剂本底组,每个组别需设立3个平行,分别在四组中加入不同试剂溶液,摇匀,室温放置30min显色,用紫外分光光度计测定波长为528nm处吸光度值。
(3)计算公式
式中:A—为不含样品的反应溶液的吸光度;
B—为不含样品和酶的反应溶液的吸光度;
C—为含有样品和酶的反应溶液的吸光度;
D—为含有样品和不含酶的反应溶液的吸光度。
(4)数据分析
统计分析软件为SPSS,试验样品、阳性对照物和阴性对照物透明质酸酶抑制率之间的比较采用独立样本t检验。上述统计分析均为双尾检验,显著性水平为α=0.05。P>0.05,表示两组之间无显著性差异;P<0.05,表示两组之间具有显著性差异。

注:透明质酸酶抑制率保留三位小数,p<0.05,标识样品与阳性对照相比有显著性差异。
由表2可知,本发明一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏配方对透明质酸酶具有抑制作用,且实施例1优于实施例2、3,可见舒缓功效随着三紫油混合物的添加量增长而增长,因此本发明优选实施例1。具体的生产工艺为:
搅拌锅中逐一加入物料,加热(90℃-100℃),搅拌,充分混合均匀即可。
皮肤刺激性测试
具体方法和结果如下:
受试物:
本试验中受试物为一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏,未经溶解未经稀释。
实验动物和饲养环境:
普通级白色新西兰兔4只、体重2.49-2.51kg。由苏州湖桥生物科技有限公司提供,实验动物生产许可证:SCXK(苏)2020-0001,质量合格证号:202214716。实验动物饲养室温度19-21℃,相对湿度41-49%,实验动物使用许可证号:SYXK(苏)2020—0011。兔饲料由济南市莱芜康大饲料有限公司提供,饲料生产许可证号:鲁饲证(2019)12004,饲料合格证号:20220303001。
多次皮肤刺激性试验步骤:
试验前约24h,将兔背部脊柱两侧毛剪掉,去毛范围左、右各约3cm×3cm,涂抹面积2.5cm×2.5cm。试验时,取受试物0.5mL均匀涂抹在右侧去毛皮肤上,左侧皮肤用水作为对照。每天涂抹一次,连续14d。从第二天开始,每天涂抹前剪毛,用温水清除残留受试物,一小时后观察皮肤反应并按《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)第六章4皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验表3皮肤刺激反应评分对皮肤刺激反应进行评分,试验结束后,分别计算14天每只动物积分均值和每天每只动物积分均值,按表4皮肤刺激强度分级判定皮肤刺激强度。

结果评价:
按下列公式计算每天每只动物平均积分,以表4判定皮肤刺激强度。试验结果见表5。

由此可见,该紫草膏无刺激。
综上可知,本发明一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏配方不仅具有较好的舒缓功效,同时该产品温和安全无刺激。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏,其特征在于,包括以紫草膏的总重量来计的原料:20~35%紫草根调理剂、20~35%紫草整株调理剂、1~6%紫苏籽调理剂、0.01~1%红没药醇调理剂、0.01~1%姜根调理剂、0.01~1%硬脂醇甘草亭酸酯调理剂、10~20%蜂蜡润肤剂、1~4%薄荷油清凉剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏,其特征在于:

所述紫苏籽调理剂选用紫苏籽提取物;
所述红没药醇调理剂从菊类植物中提取;
所述姜根调理剂选用姜根提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏的制备方法,其特征在于:所述原料按照配比逐一放入合适的容器中,在加热条件下,温度控制在90℃-100℃,充分混合均匀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含三紫油的棒状紫草膏及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备容器可采用本领域熟知的任何常规的混合设备,如:搅拌锅等。
