In this specification, schematic representations of the above terms do not necessarily refer to the same embodiments or examples. Furthermore, the particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and the like, are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying a relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first" or "a second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In the description of the present application, the meaning of "plurality" means at least two, for example, two, three, etc., unless specifically defined otherwise.
The inventor finds that the concealer in the prior art has good effects of smoothing wrinkles and covering color spots because a large amount of coloring powder such as titanium dioxide is used, but the titanium dioxide is not easy to disperse and has poor skin scraping effect, so that a large amount of adhesive is needed to ensure the skin scraping effect of the concealer in the prior art, and more grease is needed to be added for dispersing, so that the concealer in the prior art has thick texture, is not easy to uniformly spread on one hand, has strong foreign body feeling of consumers after being used, and has poor use feeling of the consumers on the other hand.
In view of the above problems, the inventors have provided a concealer and a method for producing the same, which are capable of giving a concealer having a light texture and a good feel to consumers by mainly improving the components of the concealer and the mass percentages thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a concealer comprising the following components in mass percent:
20% -40% of an oil composition;
5-20% of adhesive, including carnauba wax, candelilla wax, jojoba ester and polyisobutene;
coloring powder, 10% -30%;
and other functional auxiliary agents, 10% -30%, selected from one or more of filling agents, thickening agents, film forming agents, antioxidants and preservatives.
According to the technical scheme, the adhesive obtained by compounding the carnauba wax, the candelilla wax, the jojoba ester and the polyisobutylene is used, so that the use amount of the adhesive is effectively reduced on the premise of good skin scraping effect of the concealer, the addition amount of the grease composition is further reduced, the light concealer is obtained, and the use feeling of a consumer is improved.
In the technical scheme of the application, the inventor finds that the wax composition with a large amount of coloring powder dispersed therein has good skin removing effect by compounding the wax component of carnauba wax, candelilla wax and jojoba ester with the polyisobutene as the adhesive. It is possible that the wax component of different kinds has different long chain of fat, and the polyisobutylene is matched with the wax component, so that after the wax component is mixed with the grease composition, the coloring powder in the grease composition can be effectively stabilized through the combination of steric hindrance of chain segments and different chain segment lengths, and therefore, the concealer can still ensure the stability of the concealer and can not generate the phenomena of floating powder and blocking powder even if the concealer is used for a long time under the condition of secretion of skin grease.
Therefore, the inventor can obviously reduce the addition amount of the adhesive and the grease composition on the premise of controlling the addition amount of the coloring powder and ensuring that the concealer has good skin-scraping effect, in addition, the concealer with the texture similar to ice cream can be obtained by controlling the proportion of the adhesive to the grease composition and performing simple homogenization treatment, and the appearance diagrams before and after use are shown in fig. 1 and 2.
It should be noted that, the total mass percentage of each component in the concealer is 100%, and other components that may be added to cosmetics are not excluded in the technical solution of the present application, and it is understood that, without creative work, other components are added to the concealer by those skilled in the art, and are all within the scope of the present application.
In some embodiments, the binder is a mass ratio of 4: (1-3): (1-3): the mixture of polyisobutylene, carnauba wax, candelilla wax and jojoba ester of (1-3).
In some embodiments, the specific mass fractions of carnauba wax, candelilla wax, jojoba ester and polyisobutylene used as the adhesive in the concealer are specifically defined, and the adhesive has the best effect in the proportion, and on the premise of stabilizing the concealer, the using amount of the adhesive can be obviously reduced, so that the effect of reducing the heavy feel is better. More preferably, in some embodiments, the binder is present in a mass ratio of 4: (2-3): (1-2): the mixture of polyisobutylene, carnauba wax, candelilla wax and jojoba ester of (1-2).
In some embodiments, the grease composition comprises caprylic/capric triglyceride, dipentaerythritol hexahydroxy stearate/hexastearate/hexaabietate, polyglycerol-2 triisostearate, and sucrose acetate isobutyrate;
optionally, the grease composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: (5-10): (10-20): (5-10) sucrose acetate isobutyrate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dipentaerythritol hexahydroxystearate/hexastearate/hexaabietate, and polyglycerol-2 triisostearate.
In some of the above examples, in order to further improve the effect of the coloring powder in the stable concealer of the adhesive, the inventors have found through a lot of experiments that when using carnauba wax, candelilla wax, jojoba ester, polyisobutylene as the adhesive, the grease composition including caprylic/capric triglyceride, dipentaerythritol hexahydroxystearate/hexastearate/hexarosin ester, polyglycerol-2 triisostearate and sucrose acetate isobutyrate can provide good dispersibility of the coloring powder in the grease composition by the synergistic effect of oils of different polarities, and thus can further reduce the addition amount of the grease composition in the concealer, and can ensure the dispersion stability of the coloring powder in the concealer while reducing the addition amount of both by the synergistic effect of the adhesive and the grease composition, thereby reducing the use feeling of the concealer.
Further, when the oil composition is a composition having a mass ratio of 5: (5-10): (10-20): the mixture of sucrose acetate isobutyrate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dipentaerythritol hexahydroxy stearate/hexastearate/hexaabietate and polyglycerol-2 triisostearate (5-10), the oil and fat composition at this time has better dispersion effect of coloring powder and better dispersion stability in cooperation with the binder.
More preferably, in some embodiments, the grease composition is a composition having a mass ratio of 5: (6-8): (15-20): (6-8) sucrose acetate isobutyrate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, dipentaerythritol hexahydroxystearate/hexastearate/hexaabietate, and polyglycerol-2 triisostearate.
In some embodiments, the coloring powder is selected from one or more of titanium dioxide, titanium isopropoxide modified titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red and iron oxide black.
In some of the above embodiments, the coloring powder can be adjusted according to different skin colors and concealing capabilities, and by adjusting the types and proportions of the different coloring powders, different colors of coloring powder can be obtained so as to be suitable for consumers with different skin colors. In addition, since titanium dioxide is generally the main coloring powder in the concealer, the adding amount is more, and in order to improve the dispersibility of the titanium dioxide, the titanium dioxide can be modified by using the isopropyl titanium triisostearate, wherein the isopropyl titanium triisostearate can be covered on the surface of the titanium dioxide, so that the dispersibility of the titanium dioxide in the concealer can be obviously improved.
As an example, the weight percentage of the titanium isopropoxide triisostearate in the titanium isopropoxide modified titanium dioxide is 3%.
In some embodiments, the filler is selected from one or more of polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer, silica, triethoxy octyl silane modified kaolin, vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer.
In some of the above embodiments, in order to further improve the long-lasting concealer effect of the concealer, prevent the appearance of powder floating or sticking due to secretion of skin grease, a certain amount of filler may be added while also preventing the appearance of blocking of the concealer, the main components of which are silicone elastomer and inorganic mineral material. In particular, the kaolin is modified by triethoxy octyl silane, the kaolin has good grease adsorption effect, and the triethoxy octyl silane is used for modifying on the one hand to improve the dispersibility of the kaolin, and on the other hand, the oil control effect of the kaolin can be improved. Meanwhile, since different fillers have different effects, in order to further improve the quality of concealer, a variety of different kinds of substances are generally used as fillers. As an example, some embodiments of the present application use dimethylsiloxane/vinylpolydimethylsiloxane crosslinked polymers, silica, triethoxyoctylsilane modified kaolin, vinylpolydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane crosslinked polymers as fillers.
As an example, the mass percent of triethoxy octyl silane in the triethoxy octyl silane modified kaolin is 3%.
In some embodiments, the thickener comprises sela spodumene and/or dimethyl silyl silica.
In some embodiments, in order to adjust the texture of the concealer, the dispersion and suspension of the coloring powder in the concealer are more beneficial to improve the stability of the concealer, a certain amount of thickener can be further added into the concealer, and the spreadability of the concealer can be further improved and the skin feel of the concealer can be improved on the premise of not increasing the heavy feel of the concealer by using the thickener; meanwhile, different kinds of thickening agents are used in a matching way, so that a better effect of stabilizing the concealer can be achieved. For one example, in some embodiments of the application, sela ammonium chloride hectorite and dimethyl silyl silica are used as thickeners.
In some embodiments, the film former comprises an acrylate/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer and/or a cyclopentadimethicone.
In some embodiments, a certain amount of film forming agent can be added into the concealer, a layer of film can be formed on the surface after the concealer is coated, the film forming agent used in the application is mainly oily film forming agent, and acrylic ester/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer and/or cyclopenta-dimethylsiloxane are selected, wherein the acrylic ester/polydimethylsiloxane copolymer has good color dispersibility besides good waterproof film formation, is more natural in color of the concealer, and can effectively prevent powder aggregation in the concealer. Therefore, a certain amount of film forming agent is added into the concealer, so that the concealer is more stable before being coated, a waterproof film can be formed after being coated, and the effects of moisturizing, sweat resistance, water resistance and shaping are achieved. As an example, some embodiments of the application use acrylic/polydimethylsiloxane copolymers and cyclopentadimethicone as film formers.
In some embodiments, the antioxidants include tocopheryl acetate and/or pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate).
In some of the above embodiments, since the main component of the concealer is a grease composition, and the grease has been oxidized and rancid, thereby changing its structure and properties, and deteriorating the quality of the concealer, a certain amount of antioxidant is generally added to the concealer to prevent the grease from being oxidized, thereby further increasing the stability of the concealer and thus extending the shelf life of the concealer. As an example, some embodiments of the present application use tocopheryl acetate and pentaerythritol tetra (di-t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) as antioxidants, and the use of different types of antioxidants can significantly enhance the antioxidant effect of the concealer.
In some embodiments, the preservative comprises phenoxyethanol and/or octaethylene glycol.
In some embodiments, since the concealer has a certain nutrient component for microorganism growth and propagation, in order to prevent quality degradation caused by microorganism pollution, thereby further improving shelf life of the product, a certain amount of preservative can be added into the concealer to inhibit microorganism growth and propagation. Meanwhile, different kinds of preservatives can be used for achieving a better preservative effect. As an example, in some embodiments of the application phenoxyethanol and octanediol are used as preservatives.
In a second aspect, the application provides a method of preparing a concealer comprising the steps of:
providing a component comprised by a concealer according to any embodiment of the first aspect;
the components were mixed and homogenized to obtain a concealer.
According to the technical scheme, the concealer can be obtained by simply mixing and homogenizing the components of any embodiment of the first aspect without using a special preparation process, and the preparation method is simple and suitable for industrial production.
In some embodiments, a method of preparing a concealer comprises the steps of:
s10, heating and melting the adhesive to obtain a premelt adhesive;
s20, heating, dissolving and dispersing the coloring powder in the grease composition to obtain an oil phase;
s30, mixing the premelt adhesive with the oil phase and homogenizing to obtain the concealer.
In some embodiments, in step S10, the heating and melting temperature is 80 to 100 ℃.
In some embodiments, in step S20, dispersing one or more of a filler, a thickener, a film former, an antioxidant, and a preservative in the grease composition to obtain an oil phase.
In some embodiments, in step S20, the heating, dissolving and dispersing temperature is 60 to 80 ℃.
In some embodiments, in step S30, the mixing process includes a stirring operation, which may be, but is not limited to, physical vibration, ultrasonic vibration, magnetic bar stirring, mechanical stirring, etc. As an example, the stirring operation in step S30 selects a mechanical stirring manner, and the mechanical stirring speed is 1000rpm to 4000rpm.
In some embodiments, in step S30, the homogenizing pressure is 20-40 MPa during the homogenizing.
The concealer of the present application and the method for producing the same will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but the present application is not limited to these examples at all.

Test part
Equal amounts of the concealers prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were weighed, respectively, and an appropriate amount of samples were taken for stability testing. Since concealers need to be stored for a long period of time in different environments and transported and placed on shelves according to market demands, they need to be tested for stability at different temperatures and after centrifugation.
1. Stability test
The testing step of stability test under high temperature and low temperature environment: equal amounts of the concealer samples prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were weighed, labeled, and stability under a high-temperature and low-temperature environment was tested by selecting the methods of (1) to (4).
(1) Placing the concealer sample in an electric heating constant temperature incubator at 40-50 ℃ for 30-50 days, taking out, placing in a room temperature environment to restore the temperature to room temperature, and observing the state of the sample.
(2) Placing the concealer sample in an incubator, changing the temperature in the incubator every 4 hours (the temperature can be changed frequently back and forth between 0 ℃,10 ℃,20 ℃, 30 ℃, 40 ℃ and 50 ℃ or other temperatures), realizing one cycle every 24 hours, repeatedly operating for 15-30 days, taking out, placing in a room temperature environment to restore to room temperature, and observing the state of the sample.
(3) Placing the concealer samples in an incubator, respectively storing at-5 deg.C, room temperature and 40 deg.C for 24 hr, repeating the cycle for 3 times, and observing the state of the samples.
(4) The concealer samples were placed in an incubator and stored at-5℃at room temperature and 40℃for 1 week, respectively, and the state of the samples was observed.
Test procedure for stability test after centrifugation: equal amounts of the concealer samples prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were weighed, labeled, and the concealer samples were placed in a centrifuge, centrifuged at 2000rpm to 4000rpm for 30 minutes, taken out, and observed for delamination of the concealer samples.
The test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 stability test results
/>
From the results of table 3, it is evident that the concealers prepared in each example have higher stability under high and low temperature environments, and it is demonstrated that the kind and ratio of the adhesive and the grease composition used in the concealer of the present application can significantly improve the dispersion stability of the coloring powder in the concealer. However, the concealer prepared in example 5 was separated and layered after centrifugation, probably due to the fact that the change of the proportions of the carnauba wax, candelilla wax, jojoba ester and polyisobutylene in the adhesive had an influence on the mutual dissolution of the adhesive and the oil and fat composition and the dispersion stability of the coloring powder in the concealer to some extent, and on the premise that the proportions of the oil and fat composition and the adhesive were unchanged, the stability of the concealer was lowered, and more oil and fat composition was required to maintain the dispersion stability of the coloring powder in the concealer. However, the oil bleeding phenomenon occurs in part of the comparative examples under the high-temperature environment, the separation and layering phenomena occur after centrifugation, which shows that on the premise that the proportion of the adhesive to the grease composition is certain, the components and the mass fraction of the adhesive have a remarkable effect on the stability of the concealer.
2. Skin feel test
The wax and oil have a great influence on the skin feel of the concealer, and the performance test randomly selects 36 healthy females aged 18-40, draws a line on the inner side of the left arm (the right arm is a blank control) by using the same concealer, records the skin feel on the hand when the sample is just smeared, and obtains an average value according to the evaluation standard. The evaluation criteria are shown in Table 4, and the detection results are shown in Table 5.
Table 4 test and evaluation indices
TABLE 5
From the results in table 5, it is clear that the skin feel and the moisturization degree of each example are better than those of the comparative example, indicating that the components of the adhesive have a large influence on the skin feel and the moisturization degree of the concealer by affecting the dispersion of the coloring powder in the concealer. In addition, in each example, the skin feel and the moisturizing degree of example 1 are the best, and the skin scraping effect is good, which shows that the proportion of the components in the adhesive and the types and proportions of the components contained in the grease composition have certain influence on the skin feel and the moisturizing degree. The reason for this is presumably that, by controlling the ratio of the adhesive to the oil and fat composition so as to be constant and changing the components of the adhesive and the components of the oil and fat composition, there is a possibility that the melting point of the adhesive and the viscosity of the oil and fat composition are affected to a great extent, and the mutual solubility of the two and the dispersion effect of the coloring powder are affected to thereby make a large difference in texture of the concealer after homogenization and further affect the skin feel and the moisture degree of the concealer.
3. Endurance test
Concealers generally have a long lasting nature. Performance test healthy women 30 were randomly selected from 18-40 years old and lined with the same concealer on the inside of the left and right arms. After 30min, the left arm was rinsed with water (right arm as control group, without any treatment) and the waterproof ability of the left arm was observed, indirectly reacting to the persistence of the concealer product. The results are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6
From the results of Table 6, it is clear that the waterproofing and durability of each of the examples and comparative examples are good, probably because the waterproofing and durability are not much related to the components of the adhesive and grease composition, and are mainly affected by the impression of other functional aids in the concealer, such as film forming agents, fillers, etc., and the concealer provided by the present application can meet the daily use requirements.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the application.
