Background
The thickener is a rheological additive and is widely applied to various fields of chemical industry. The thickener generally adopts the principle of physical water absorption swelling chemical reaction to achieve the effects of thickening and thickening, and molecules of the thickener contain a plurality of hydrophilic groups which can be hydrated with water molecules. Polyurethane thickeners, polyacrylic acid thickeners and inorganic salts, such as magnesium aluminum silicate thickeners and bentonite thickeners, on the market at present have outstanding rheological properties and are widely applied to the cosmetic industry. However, as people have higher and higher requirements on the makeup technology, the requirements on the application performance of the eyeliner are higher and higher, such as uniform and durable makeup. Meanwhile, the requirements of people on the color of the eyeliner are more rich and colorful, the same eyeliner is often formed by adding various kinds of powder in a matching way from a single dark color system to a color system, for example, iron oxide yellow, iron oxide red, titanium dioxide, talc and the like, and the powder has great difference in chemical structure and surface property, is difficult to be uniformly dispersed into an aqueous solvent, easily causes the phenomena of color floating, powder floating and the like, and influences the use stability and the cosmetic effect of the eyeliner.
Chinese invention patent CN111789775A discloses a cosmetic composition using a fiber and a hectorite-based lipophilic thickener in a fiber-containing solid cosmetic composition for eye make-up, which uses at least one hectorite-based lipophilic thickener selected from the group consisting of hectorite, distearyl amine hectorite, selea-nium hectorite and quaternium-18 hectorite in the specifications [ 0016 ] and [ 0040 ] and the content of the hectorite-based lipophilic thickener, which helps insoluble solids in the cosmetic to be dispersed in a solution and serves as a viscosity modifier, may be 0.1 to 5 wt% of the cosmetic composition. When the amount of the hectorite oily thickener is less than 0.1 wt%, the composition has a small amount of oil and thus may not be easily applied to the skin, when the amount of the hectorite-based lipophilic thickener is more than 5 wt%, the composition has low hardness and thus may have low skin spreadability, and when the amount is from 0.1 to 5 wt%, the composition may have a desired feeling in use and spreadability upon stick-like application.
