Abstract
以若干阶段对化学浆料进行漂白,包括分别采用二氯化氯和过氧化氢进行最后漂白。对浆料采用螯合剂(2)进行直接与二氧化氯阶段(3)相连而无中间洗涤的处理以消除金属离子尤其是锰离子,然后进行洗涤(4)并采用过氧化氢漂白(5)。
Description
本发明涉及以化学浆料形式木质纤维材料的漂白。更具体地说,本发明涉及通过采用二氧化氯和过氧化氢作为漂白剂进行的对浆料的最后漂白。
为了能有效地进行过氧化漂白,浆料必须大致上去除金属离子特别是锰离子。金属离子通常在二氧化氯阶段作为该阶段条件的一个结果被溶解出来,然后在其后的洗涤阶段加以去除,此后即可对浆料进行过氧化物漂白。这在大多数情况下足以以合理的过氧化物耗费量产生令人满意的ISO明亮度。
现已发现,有可能进一步降低浆料中的金属离子含量,从而减少过氧化物耗费量和/或增加ISO明亮度。按照本发明,这是通过对浆料采用螯合剂进行与二氧化氯阶段直接相连的处理来实现的。
本发明的特点可从所附权利要求中显而易见。
下面参照本发明两个实施例的附图对本发明进行具体描述。
图1和2表示本发明加工过程流程图的两个实例。
漂白过程包含若干漂白阶段,其中最后漂白是通过二氧化氯和过氧化物的两个分开阶段进行的。
在图1的实施例中,浆料在经一预先洗涤阶段1之后首先通过螯合剂处理(Q阶段)2,然后通过二氧化氯处理(D阶段),在这两个阶段中依次加入这两种化学药品。在D阶段3后,对浆料在洗涤阶段4进行洗涤,并通过过氧化氢进行漂白(P阶段)5,然后在洗涤阶段6再次进行洗涤。按照图2的另一实施例,D阶段中二氧化氯加料在顺序上先于Q阶段2中的螯合剂。在其他方面,该实施例均与图1的实施例相当。
因此,重要的是,要依次进行二氧化氯和螯合剂的加料即并非同时一起加入但却直接相连、其间不进行任何洗涤。已发现螯合剂与二氧化氯一起将会产生恶劣后果,而依次加入则会产生前述效果。因此,本发明包含一种改进的漂白过程,其中漂白剂,尤其是过氧化氢,可以被更有效地加以利用。
Q阶段和D阶段中的条件可以是标准的。这包含对于Q阶段:浆料浓缩率为1-20%,较佳为8-15%;温度为45-100℃,较佳为70-90℃;pH值为1.5-8,较佳为2-4;时间为10-120分钟,较佳为10-60分钟。对随后的P阶段也能以另加或不另加氧气的传统方式来进行。但如上所述,作为按照本发明加工过程的一个结果,可减少过氧化物加料或增加ISO明亮度。这样实际上使过氧化物得到了更有效的利用。
当然,本发明并不只限于所述的实施例,而可在本发明的构思范围内变化。

1.一种以若干阶段漂白化学浆料的方法,包括分别采用二氧化氯和过氧化氢的最后漂白,其特征在于,对于所述浆料采用螯合剂(2)进行直接与二氧化氯阶段(3)相连而无中间洗涤的处理10-20分钟,以消除金属离子尤其是锰离子,然后对所述浆料进行洗涤(4)并采用过氧化氢进行漂白(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述二氧化氯阶段(3)之前直接采用螯合剂(2)对所述浆料进行处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述二氧化氯阶段(3)之后直接采用螯合剂(2)对所述浆料进行处理。

1.一种以若干阶段漂白化学浆料的方法,包括分别采用二氧化氯和过氧化氢的最后漂白,其特征在于,对于所述浆料采用螯合剂(2)进行直接二氧化氯阶段(3)相连而无中间洗涤的处理,以消除金属离子尤其是锰离子,然后对所述浆料进行洗涤(4)并采用过氧化氢进行漂白(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述二氧化氯阶段(3)之前直接采用螯合剂(2)对所述浆料进行处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述二氧化氯阶段(3)之后直接采用螯合剂(2)对所述浆料进行处理。
