After the IGBT module is used for a long time, the pressing plate 16 and the protrusion 19 will loosen, so that the connection between the wire and the connection post 14 is not stable, and at this time, the first spring 22 will continuously press the protrusion 19 due to elasticity, so that the protrusion 19 can continuously push the wire against the bottom of the groove 18, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the wire and the connection post 14.
After the worker completes the wiring operation of the wires, the wires left outside the insertion holes 17 can be plugged between the arc plates 25 inside the sleeve 23 through the clamping grooves 24, the arc plates 25 are pressed on the surfaces of the wires through the elastic sheets 26, and then the wires outside the insertion holes 17 are fixed, so that the wires are prevented from being involved in the subsequent installation process by the worker, and the wires are pulled out from the insertion process.
When a worker installs a power supply, the connector of the power supply can be inserted into the plug 29 inside the connecting frame 28, and the power supply connector is fixed by extruding the outer wall of the power supply connector through the inner wall of the connecting frame 28, so that the IGBT module is conveniently tested by inserting and pulling the IGBT module by the worker, and the stability of the power supply connecting position is ensured when the IGBT module is used for a long time later.
When the workman inserts the power connector in the connection frame 28, the top lateral wall of power connector can extrude depression bar 31, makes depression bar 31 drive push pedal 33 to the bottom surface motion of air chamber 32, and stretch second spring 37 in parallel, and push pedal 33 can extrude the gas in the air chamber 32 from venthole 34 this moment, blows the junction to power connector and plug 29, prevents the power connector and plug 29 contact's in the twinkling of an eye and goes out arc discharge, and then reduces plug 29 damage probability, extension plug 29's life.
When the push plate 33 is pressed down, the air in the air chamber 32 is discharged through the air outlet holes 34, and the air is blown out along the edge of the plug 29 by the air guide holes 36, so that the probability of blowing out the electric arc is further improved.
The front, rear, left, right, up and down are all based on fig. 1 in the drawings of the specification, the face of the device facing the observer is defined as front, the left side of the observer is defined as left, and so on, according to the viewing angle of the person.

An antistatic IGBT module, which is characterized in that: comprises a base (1); the base (1) is made of a metal material; a limit seat (2) is fixedly connected to the middle part of the top surface of the base (1); the four corners of the top surface of the limit seat (2) are fixedly connected with first copper columns (3); the top surface of the limiting seat (2) is fixedly connected with a heat-conducting silica gel pad (4) between the first copper columns (3); the top surface of the base (1) is clamped with a first shell (5), and symmetrically arranged heat dissipation grooves (6) are formed in two sides of the first shell (5); a plurality of radiating fins (7) which are uniformly arranged are fixedly connected in the radiating groove (6), and the radiating fins (7) positioned at the bottom are contacted with the top surface of the base (1);
three uniformly arranged connecting seats (13) are fixedly connected to the top surface of the first shell (5), and the positions of the connecting seats (13) are hollow; a connecting column (14) is arranged in the connecting seat (13); the top surface of the connecting seat (13) is in threaded connection with a threaded rod (15); the bottom surface of the threaded rod (15) is fixedly connected with a pressing plate (16) inside the connecting seat (13); an inserting hole (17) is formed in one side surface of the connecting seat (13);
a groove (18) is formed in the bottom surface of the pressing plate (16); the top surface of the connecting column (14) is provided with a bulge (19) matched with the groove (18), and the bulge (19) is made of magnetic materials;
a first chute (20) is formed in the bottom surface of the bulge (19); the top surface of the connecting column (14) is fixedly connected with a sliding rod (21) at a position corresponding to the first sliding groove (20); the sliding rod (21) is in sliding connection with the first sliding groove (20); a first spring (22) is fixedly connected between the connecting column (14) and the bulge (19), and the first spring (22) is sleeved outside the sliding rod (21);
the sleeve (23) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the connecting seat (13) at the position corresponding to the insertion hole (17); a clamping groove (24) is formed in the side surface of the sleeve (23); a pair of arc plates (25) which are piled up are arranged in the sleeve (23); a plurality of uniformly arranged elastic sheets (26) are fixedly connected between the inner walls of the sleeve (23) by the arc-shaped plates (25);
one end of the first shell (5) is fixedly connected with a second shell (27); the top surface of the second shell (27) is fixedly connected with a pair of connecting frames (28); a pair of plugs (29) are arranged in the connecting frame (28);
a second chute (30) is formed in the top surface of the connecting frame (28); a compression bar (31) is connected in a sliding way in the second sliding groove (30); a second spring (37) is fixedly connected between the compression bar (31) and the second chute (30); an air chamber (32) is arranged at the bottom of the second chute (30); the bottom surface of the compression bar (31) is fixedly connected with a push plate (33) in the air chamber (32), and the push plate (33) is in sliding connection with the air chamber (32); and an air outlet hole (34) is formed in the inner wall of the connecting frame (28) at a position corresponding to the air chamber (32).

The anti-static IGBT module of claim 1 wherein: four corners of the base (1) are provided with first threaded holes (8); the bottom surface of the base (1) is fixedly connected with a conical rubber sleeve (9) at the position of the first threaded hole (8); the bottom of the conical rubber sleeve (9) is provided with a through hole (10).

The anti-static IGBT module of claim 2 wherein: a plurality of second copper columns (11) which are uniformly arranged are fixedly connected around the top surface of the base (1) and the first shell (5); the top surface of the second copper column (11) is fixedly provided with a second threaded hole (12).

The anti-static IGBT module of claim 1 wherein: the inner wall of the connecting frame (28) is fixedly connected with a baffle plate (35) at a position corresponding to the air hole; the top surface of the partition plate (35) is provided with an air guide hole (36) at a position corresponding to the plug (29); the air guide hole (36) is communicated with the air outlet hole (34).
