The settlement cultural heritage is an important component of the cultural heritage, has extremely high utilization and protection values, and has very important significance for the protection and development research of the settlement cultural heritage. Before the settlement cultural heritage is protected and developed, project planning needs to be carried out on the settlement cultural heritage, then research personnel carry out on-site research and investigation, all information of the settlement cultural heritage is fully mastered, a scientific development mode and a management system are convenient to form, and the settlement cultural heritage is protected scientifically and reasonably.
The present application will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for managing a cultural heritage research project of settlement according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, the method includes the following steps S101-S103.
And S101, acquiring the cultural heritage project information and the investigator information to be investigated and researched, and calculating to obtain data.
In one embodiment, 3 items of cultural heritage to be researched and 3 pieces of information of research personnel are obtained, wherein the items of cultural heritage to be researched and researched comprise an item field and an item addressAnd a research period, wherein the research personnel information can comprise the areas of excellence, the current addresses and the average processing time of historical items. The degree of matching may be set as a percentage system, the degree of matching being up to 100%, and the values of the first degree of matching x, the second degree of matching y, and the third degree of matching z are calculated, for example, x =80%, y =70%, z =60%, k 1 =50%,k 2 =30%,k 3 =20%。
Step S102, calculating a first adaptation score of the cultural heritage project and the investigator to be investigated according to a first weight formula.
A first adaptive score Y can be obtained according to a first weight formula 1 And =0.4+0.21+0.12=0.73, respectively calculating first adaptation scores of 1 cultural heritage and 3 investigators to be investigated, obtaining 3 statistical data, and calculating first adaptation scores of 3 cultural heritage and 3 investigators to be investigated by analogy, obtaining 9 statistical data.
And S103, selecting the investigator with the highest first adaptation score as a target person according to a preset sorting rule.
When 3 cultural heritage items to be investigated and researched are distributed, the preset sequencing rule can be followed by sequencing according to the pinyin initial of the first character of the name of the cultural heritage item to be investigated and researched. For example, the names of 3 cultural heritage projects to be investigated are Huanglongxi Ming town, jilin Ming City, and Linhai Ming City, respectively, the names of investigators are ai, bobo, and the next time, respectively, and the first matching scores of ai, bobo, and the next time for Huanglongxi Ming town, jilin Ming City, and Linhai Ming City are compared. For example, if the first fitting scores of ai to the yellow dragon stream name town and the Jilin name town are both 0.73, the first fitting scores of bobo to the yellow dragon stream name town and the Jilin name town are both 0.72, and the first fitting scores of bobo to the yellow dragon stream name town and the Jilin name town are both 0.71 in the next time, then ai is selected as a target person for researching the yellow dragon stream name town, bobo is selected as a target person for the Jilin name town, and the next time is selected as a target person for the coastal name town. Compared with the current distribution according to experience or random distribution, the distribution mode is more reasonable and can better distribute the settlement cultural heritage investigation projects.
After the settlement cultural heritage investigation project is distributed, in the investigation process of investigation personnel, the settlement cultural heritage investigation system provides a corresponding database template aiming at different scales and planning special subjects such as historical famous city protection planning, historical famous town famous village protection planning, historical block protection planning, historical city and historical district city updating, and the like, and the investigation personnel can know and learn corresponding expert cognition according to the database template, so that the investigation personnel can more standardize in the investigation process, and meanwhile, the formats of uploading the information of investigation and inputting data are more standardized.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for managing a cultural heritage research project of settlement according to another embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, the method includes the following steps S201 to S213.
Step S201, a research process of target person selection is monitored.
And after selecting the target person selection of the cultural heritage project to be investigated and researched, monitoring the investigation process of the target person selection.
And step S202, counting the current research completion degree selected by the target person according to the research task information and the uploaded project file information.
In one embodiment, the research task information in the junior cultural heritage project information may include 3 research points including famous mountains, famous rivers and historical buildings in an ancient village range, project file information of the famous mountains, the famous rivers and the historical buildings needs to be uploaded in the research process, the uploaded project file information may include character information and photo information, and the current research completion degree of research personnel may be counted according to comparison between the research task information and the uploaded project file information.
The research personnel can carry out the comprehensive collection of project file information through mobile equipment such as cell-phone in the research process, upload the project file information that gathers to the database of the cultural heritage research system of falling together, according to the project file information that the research personnel uploaded, the database stores corresponding data information, and renew and supplement the database template, accumulate the extension database template gradually, make the cultural heritage research system of falling together more perfect.
Step S203, the address of at least one investigation point in the project information and the current address of the target person selection are obtained, and an optimal investigation route is generated.
For example, if the information of the cultural heritage includes 3 investigation points including the famous mountain, the famous river and the historical building, specific geographical positions of the famous mountain, the famous river and the historical building need to be acquired respectively, and when the investigation items of the cultural heritage are distributed, an optimal investigation route is generated according to the specific geographical positions of the famous mountain, the famous river and the historical building and the current specific geographical position of an investigation staff selected by a target person, and the investigation staff can perform investigation according to the optimal investigation route, so that the time of the investigation staff can be effectively saved. In the investigation process, the investigation personnel can carry out accurate record of the investigation track through mobile devices such as mobile phones, and can also share the investigation process of the investigation personnel to other investigation personnel synchronously, thereby being beneficial to mutual learning among the investigation personnel and being beneficial to the smooth completion of the investigation project.
And step S204, comparing the real-time route selected by the target person with the current investigation completion degree to determine whether the real-time route meets a preset threshold value. If yes, the following step S205 is executed; if not, the following step S206 is executed.
When a research staff conducts research according to the optimal research route, due to the fact that delay occurs in the data uploading process, errors occur when the current research completion degree of the research staff is counted, the reference basis of the research completion degree can be that the uploaded project file information meets all requirements of research task information, the maximum value of the research completion degree can be 100%, and the preset threshold value can be set to be within 20% of the errors and 20% of the errors.
Step S205, the investigator is continuously monitored to complete the investigation project.
Step S206, sending a prompt message, wherein the prompt message comprises an inquiry about whether the target person can complete the research project on schedule.
When the error between the real-time research route of the research staff and the current research completion degree is too large, a prompt message is sent to the research staff, and the prompt message comprises a prompt for inquiring whether the research staff can complete the research item according to the expected time.
Step S207, acquiring first operation information of the target person selection response, wherein the first operation information comprises whether the research project can be completed on schedule. If yes, the following step S208 is executed; if not, the following step S209 is executed.
Step S208, the investigator is continuously monitored to complete the investigation project.
And S209, acquiring information of other investigators in the preset geographic position range, and sending help seeking information.
The preset geographic position range can be set to be within 50 kilometers of a square circle, the range is not suitable to be too large, and the overtime is long. The sent help seeking message can comprise the rest work of the research project, and the rest work can be project file information which is not uploaded in the research task information and the rest research completion degree. For example, if 70% of the project file information is uploaded according to the research task information by the research staff selected as the target person, the research completion degree is 70%, and the remaining 30% of the project file information is not uploaded, the remaining work is the research completion degree of the remaining 30%.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3, this step includes the following substeps:
and step S209a, when a plurality of other investigators exist, respectively calculating first adaptive scores and sending intention request information.
In one embodiment, if there are 5 other researchers in 50 km square, the method sends help information to 5 other researchers, calculates the first matching score of 5 researchers, and sends a desire request message to ask whether to help the rest tasks of the research. The willingness request information may be set in the form of choice questions, e.g., a, very willing; B. comparing the preference; C. is generally preferred; D. are relatively unwilling; E. are very unwilling; F. are completely unwilling.
And step S209b, acquiring second operation information responded by a plurality of other investigators, and analyzing the willingness degree.
And acquiring second operation information replied by the 5 other investigators according to the desire request information, wherein the second operation information can be options made by a plurality of other investigators based on the choice questions, and the desire degrees of the plurality of other investigators are analyzed. For example, the willingness degree may be set to a percentage system, with a very willing willingness degree of 100%, a more willing willingness degree of 80%, a general willing willingness degree of 60%, a more unwilling willingness degree of 40%, a very unwilling willingness degree of 20%, and a completely unwilling willingness degree of 0%.
And step S209c, calculating a second adaptation score according to a second weight formula according to the first adaptation score and the willingness degree.
The second weight formula may be set to Y 2 =Y 1 And P. For example, the choice of 2 other investigators among 5 other investigators is E, completely unwilling, and 3 other investigators are queen, young boy, and plum, respectively, with their first fitting scores of 0.7, 0.6, and 0.5, and their willingness degrees of 100%, 80%, and 60%, respectively, and their second fitting scores of 0.7, 0.48, and 0.3, respectively, can be calculated.
And step S209d, sending help seeking information to other investigators with the highest second adaptive scores.
And if the second matching score of the queen is the highest through comparison, sending help seeking information to the queen, wherein the help seeking information comprises the rest work of the investigation project.
