Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to a third embodiment of the present invention. analyzing the received human resource request to acquire project information of a target project, wherein the project information comprises a project version identifier;
judging whether the project version identification is a first version project identification;
when the project version identification is not the first version project identification, acquiring project personnel information of the historical version of the target project and a historical task of each project personnel;
analyzing the project information of the target project to determine a target task and the manpower requirement details of the target task;
calculating the target similarity of the target task and the historical task of each project person, and determining a plurality of target candidate persons according to the calculated target similarity;
and determining the target project personnel of the target project according to the manpower detail data of each target candidate personnel and the manpower requirement details of the target task.
2. The method of human resource allocation according to claim 1, wherein said determining target project personnel for said target project based on said human detail data for each of said target candidate personnel and said human requirement details for said target task comprises:
acquiring the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task from the manpower requirement detail of the target task;
acquiring a preset daily energy upper limit of each target candidate;
determining the task completion risk level of each target candidate according to the task completion condition of the historical project of each target candidate;
determining the residual manpower of each target candidate according to the manpower detail of each target candidate, the preset daily energy upper limit of each target candidate and the task completion risk level;
judging whether the residual manpower of each target candidate meets the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task;
and when the residual manpower of any one of the target candidate persons meets the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task, determining any one of the target candidate persons as the target project person of the target project.
3. The method of human resource allocation according to claim 2, wherein said method further comprises:
when the residual manpower of any one target candidate person does not meet the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task, performing at least one-time manpower requirement calculation according to the residual manpower of each target candidate person; target project personnel up to the target project, wherein the at least one iterative human demand calculation comprises:
calculating a difference value between the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task and the residual manpower of each target candidate person to obtain a plurality of first difference values;
selecting a target candidate person corresponding to the smallest first difference value from the plurality of calculated first difference values as a first target project person of the target project;
calculating the difference value between the residual manpower of the other target candidate persons and the minimum first difference value to obtain a plurality of second difference values;
selecting the target candidate person corresponding to the smallest second difference value from the plurality of calculated second difference values as a second target project person of the target project;
judging whether the second target project personnel meet the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task;
when the second target project personnel meet the manpower requirement corresponding to the target task, determining the second target project personnel and the first target project personnel as target project personnel of the target project; or

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the project version identification is a first version project identification comprises:

a similarity between each first word vector and each second word vector is calculated.
