By executing the steps, the fruit storage method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the current maturity of the fruit by analyzing the odor information of the fruit put into the cooking appliance for storage, and calculates the maximum time required by the fruit to reach the target maturity to prompt a user, so that the user can flexibly set the maturity time of the fruit according to the prompt information, and automatically control the operation of the exhaust fan according to the maturity time set by the user to realize the accurate control of the maturity time of the fruit.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a controller in a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the controller includes: a processor 901 and a memory 902, wherein the processor 901 and the memory 902 may be connected by a bus or by other means, and fig. 4 illustrates the connection by the bus as an example.
Processor 901 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 901 may also be other general purpose processors, digital Signal Processors (DSPs), application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof.
The memory 902, which is a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the methods in the above-described method embodiments. The processor 901 executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by executing non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 902, that is, implements the methods in the above-described method embodiments.
The memory 902 may include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor 901, and the like. Further, the memory 902 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory 902 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor 901, which may be connected to the processor 901 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
One or more modules are stored in the memory 902, which when executed by the processor 901 performs the methods in the above-described method embodiments.

Those skilled in the art will understand that all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above may be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a computer program, and the implemented program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, may include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.

Claims (10)

1. A fruit storage method applied to a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking appliance comprises: a sealable body adapted for storing fruit, the body having an exhaust for venting air within the body through a one-way valve and a one-way valve in communication with an exterior space, the method comprising:
obtaining the type and smell information of the currently stored fruits in the body;
determining a current ripeness of the currently stored fruit based on the type and the odor signal;
determining a maximum remaining ripening time for the currently stored fruit based on the current ripeness and the type, the maximum remaining ripening time being a maximum time that the currently stored fruit has elapsed to reach a target ripeness;
prompting a user for the maximum remaining maturation time and, in response to a user-selected target remaining maturation time, determining a target operating parameter of the exhaust based on the target remaining maturation time, the target remaining maturation time being no greater than the maximum remaining maturation time;
and controlling the air exhausting device to operate according to the target operation parameters so that the currently stored fruit reaches the target ripeness after the target residual ripeness time.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
within the target remaining ripening time, re-acquiring the current odor information of the currently stored fruit;
recalculating a current ripeness of the currently stored fruit based on the type and the current scent signal;
calculating a first remaining maturity time based on the recalculated maturity difference of the current maturity and the target operating parameter;
and adjusting the target operation parameters of the exhaust device based on the relation between the first residual ripening time and the second residual ripening time corresponding to the target residual ripening time.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said adjusting a target operating parameter of the exhaust based on a relationship between a second remaining maturation time remaining from the target remaining maturation time and the first remaining maturation time comprises:
calculating a remaining time difference between the first remaining maturation time and the second remaining maturation time;
and adjusting the target operation parameters of the exhaust device based on the residual time difference and the relationship between the preset residual time difference and the operation parameters.

The method of claim 3, wherein the target operating parameter comprises: adjusting the target operation parameter of the exhaust device based on the remaining time difference and the relationship between the preset remaining time difference and the operation parameter, wherein the adjusting comprises the following steps:
when the residual time difference is larger than 0, reducing the exhaust speed and/or the starting time length based on the residual time difference and the relation between the preset residual time difference and the operation parameters;
when the residual time difference is smaller than 0, increasing the exhaust speed and/or the starting time length based on the residual time difference and the relation between the preset residual time difference and the operation parameters;
and when the residual time difference is equal to 0, maintaining the current exhaust speed and/or the opening time length.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the current maturity reaches a target maturity or not;
and when the current maturity reaches the target maturity, reminding that the fruit is ripe.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein when the current maturity reaches the target maturity, the method further comprises:
and controlling the air exhausting device to start running in response to the refreshing operation of the user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said controlling said exhaust device to initiate operation comprises:
determining the fresh-keeping operation parameters of the exhaust device based on the relationship between the type and the preset fruit type and the operation parameters of the exhaust device;
and controlling the exhaust device to operate according to the preservation operation parameters so as to preserve the currently stored fruits.
8. A cooking appliance, comprising: a sealable body adapted for storing fruit, the body having an exhaust means and a one-way valve communicating with an external space, the exhaust means for venting air within the body through the one-way valve, the cooking appliance further comprising: a controller connected to the exhaust;
the controller includes: a memory and a processor, the memory and the processor being communicatively coupled to each other, the memory having stored therein computer instructions, the processor performing the method of any of claims 1-7 by executing the computer instructions.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 8, wherein the cooking appliance is any one of an oven, a steam box, and a steam oven.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 8, further comprising: the odor collecting device is arranged inside the body and connected with the controller, and is used for collecting odor information of the currently stored fruits in the body and sending the odor information to the controller.
