Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described more fully below by way of examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1, a humidity control method for a refrigerator is provided, which includes the following steps:
step S200: and selecting a target humidity gear from preset humidity gears.
Specifically, a control device can be used to select a target humidity gear from preset humidity gears, and the control device can be an original main control unit of the refrigerator or can be an independent controller used to control the humidity of the refrigerator. The preset humidity gears refer to humidity gears which are set in a storage or a control device of the refrigerator, the number of the preset humidity gears is not unique, the more the preset humidity gears are, the thinner the humidity difference is, the richer the types of food suitable for storage are, and generally speaking, when the number of the preset humidity gears is three, the preservation requirement of most fruits and vegetables can be met. It can be understood that in other embodiments, the number of the preset humidity gears can be other values, different preset humidity gears meet the storage requirements of different types of food, and the target humidity gear selected from the preset humidity gears can be more specifically adapted to the storage requirements of the food in the refrigerator.
Step S400: and matching the corresponding humidity standard value according to the target humidity gear.
After the target humidity gear is determined, the corresponding humidity standard values can be matched according to the target humidity gear, the humidity standard values corresponding to different target humidity gears are different, the humidity standard values corresponding to the target humidity gears can be correspondingly stored in the memory, and the corresponding humidity standard values can be directly called after the target humidity gear is determined, so that the use is convenient and fast. Further, when most of the food types stored in the refrigerator are vegetables, the humidity standard values corresponding to different target humidity gears meet the high humidity standard, namely, the humidity standard values are greater than or equal to 70% RH, the values are obtained by verifying the vegetable fresh-keeping effect through a large number of experiments, the vegetable fresh-keeping effect, particularly the leaf vegetable food, is good in the high humidity environment, and for example, the melon and fruit food materials are suitable for being stored under the humidity of 80% RH. Taking the number of the preset humidity gears as three as an example, the value range of the humidity standard value a1 corresponding to the first gear H1 can be 85% RH ≤ a1 ≤ 95% RH, the value range of the humidity standard value a2 corresponding to the second gear H2 can be 75% RH ≤ a2 ≤ 85% RH, the value range of the humidity standard value A3 corresponding to the third gear H3 can be 70% RH ≤ A3 ≤ 75% RH, a1 > a2 > A3, and the three ranges are used to distinguish the optimal fresh-keeping humidity capable of encapsulating most of fruit and vegetable food materials, so that the application range is wide. It is understood that in other embodiments, the humidity standard value may be other values as long as one skilled in the art can realize the humidity standard value.
Step S600: and acquiring real-time humidity in the drawer.
Wherein, the drawer is arranged in the refrigerator and used for storing food. The food stored in the drawer and the drawer form an independent space, so that the environmental parameters in the drawer can be conveniently adjusted. The number of the drawers is not unique, when the refrigerator comprises more than two drawers, different kinds of food can be placed in different drawers, or different storage-adjusted food can be placed in different drawers, so that the internal environmental parameters of the drawers can be adjusted according to the food stored in the drawers, and the quality of the stored food can be improved. The device that obtains real-time humidity in the drawer is not exclusive, can adopt humidity transducer to detect the humidity in the drawer for example, and humidity transducer sets up inside the drawer, and the density of the vapor in the drawer air that will sense converts the signal of telecommunication into after sending to controlling means, controlling means through analytic processing alright obtain the real-time humidity in the drawer. The real-time humidity in the drawer is acquired, so that the storage environment of food in the drawer can be monitored in real time, and the food storage condition can be improved.
Step S800: and when the real-time humidity in the drawer is less than or equal to the standard humidity value, sending a humidifying instruction to the humidifying device.
Wherein, the humidification instruction is used for controlling humidification device to the inside humidification of drawer, and humidification device sets up in the drawer, and when the real-time humidity in the drawer was less than or equal to humidity standard value, think that the inside humidity of current drawer is crossed lowly, can send humidification instruction to humidification device by controlling means this moment to make humidification device work, increase the inside air humidity of drawer. The type of the humidifying device is not unique, for example, an ultrasonic atomization humidifier can be adopted, water is added into a water outlet box of the ultrasonic atomization humidifier before use, during operation, the ultrasonic humidifier adopts high-frequency oscillation, then water in the water outlet box of the humidifier is thrown away from the water surface through high-frequency vibration of an atomization sheet to generate elegant water mist, and the elegant water mist is transmitted into a drawer, so that the purpose of humidifying air inside the drawer is achieved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, after step S600, the method further includes step S700.
Step S700: and when the real-time humidity in the drawer is detected to be greater than the standard humidity value, sending a dehumidification instruction to the dehumidification device.
Wherein, the dehumidification instruction is used for controlling dehydrating unit to reduce the inside humidity of drawer. The dehumidifying device is arranged on the drawer, the drawer is communicated with the outside, when the real-time humidity in the drawer is greater than a humidity standard value, the humidity inside the current drawer is considered to be too high, and a dehumidifying instruction can be sent to the dehumidifying device through the control device at the moment, so that the dehumidifying device works, and the air humidity inside the drawer is reduced. The type of the dehumidifying device is not exclusive, for example, an eddy fan may be used, the air suction surface of the turbofan is arranged facing the inside of the drawer, the air blowing surface of the eddy fan is arranged away from the inside of the drawer, during operation, the eddy fan sucks the air containing water vapor in the drawer from the air suction surface of the air inlet, and then the sucked air is emitted to the outside of the drawer through the air blowing surface, so as to dehumidify the air in the drawer.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, after step S400 and before step S600, the method further includes step S500.
Step S500: and determining an upper humidity limit value and a lower humidity limit value according to the obtained humidity standard value.
Specifically, the preset humidity gears comprise a first gear H1, a second gear H2 and a third gear H3, the determined target humidity gear is a first gear H1, the humidity standard value corresponding to the first gear H1 is A1, the humidity lower limit value is A1+ △, the humidity lower limit value is A1+ △, wherein △ 1 is the difference between the humidity lower limit value and the humidity standard value, △ is the difference between the humidity upper limit value and the humidity standard value, further, in one embodiment, the humidity upper limit value and the humidity standard value are greater than the humidity standard value, and the humidity lower limit value and the humidity standard value are greater than the humidity standard value, so that the humidity lower limit value and the humidity standard value are greater than the humidity standard value, and the humidity standard value is combined with a humidity adjusting method, the humidity upper limit value, the humidity lower limit value and the humidity standard value are combined with a humidity adjusting method, so that the humidity in the drawer can be controlled within the humidity standard value and the humidity standard value range of the comparison object of the real-time humidity in the drawer, so that the control complexity can be reduced, and the working load of the humidifying device and the service life of the dehumidifying device can be advantageously prolonged.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, step S800 includes step S810.
Step S810: and when the real-time humidity in the drawer is detected to be less than or equal to the standard humidity value, sending a humidifying instruction to the humidifying device until the humidity is greater than or equal to the lower humidity limit value.
Wherein, the humidification instruction is used for controlling humidification device to the inside humidification of drawer. Humidification device sets up in the drawer, when the real-time humidity in the drawer is less than or equal to the humidity standard value, consider that the inside humidity of current drawer is crossed lowly, can send humidification instruction to humidification device by controlling means this moment, thereby make humidification device work, increase the inside air humidity of drawer, when humidity in the drawer is greater than or equal to humidity lower limit value, consider that the inside humidity of current drawer satisfies the demand, then control humidification device and no longer carry out the humidification to the drawer inside, make the inside humidity of drawer maintain more than humidity lower limit value, be favorable to improving the inside food quality of preserving of drawer.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, step S810 includes step S812 and step S814.
Step S812: and when the real-time humidity in the drawer is detected to be less than or equal to the standard humidity value, sending a humidifying instruction to control the humidifying device to be opened.
The humidifying device is arranged in the drawer, when the real-time humidity in the drawer is smaller than or equal to a humidity standard value, the current humidity in the drawer is considered to be too low, and at the moment, the control device can send a humidifying instruction to control the humidifying device to be opened, so that the air humidity in the drawer is increased.
Step S814: and judging whether the real-time humidity in the drawer is greater than or equal to the lower humidity limit value after the humidifying device is opened. If so, sending a stop command to control the humidifying device to be closed, otherwise, returning to the step of sending a humidifying command to control the humidifying device to be opened.
After the humidifying device is opened, the humidity in the drawer is continuously monitored, and compared with a lower humidity limit value, the humidity condition in the drawer can be monitored, and timely processing can be performed when abnormality occurs. When the real-time humidity inside the drawer reaches the humidity lower limit value after the humidifying device is opened, namely the real-time humidity is greater than or equal to the humidity lower limit value, the current humidity in the drawer is considered to reach the requirement, the control device sends a stop instruction to the humidifying device, and the humidifying device is controlled to stop working, so that the humidity inside the drawer is maintained above the humidity lower limit value. When the real-time humidity inside the drawer does not reach the lower humidity limit value after the humidifying device is opened, namely the real-time humidity is smaller than the lower humidity limit value, the step of sending a humidifying instruction to control the humidifying device to be opened is returned if the humidity in the drawer does not reach the requirement, the control device continues to control the humidifying device to work until the humidity inside the drawer reaches the lower humidity limit value, the circulation is finished, the humidity in the drawer is controlled to be higher than the lower humidity limit value, and the quality of food stored inside the drawer is improved.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, step S700 includes step S710.
Step S710: when the real-time humidity in the drawer is detected to be larger than the humidity standard value, a dehumidification instruction is sent to the dehumidification device until the humidity is smaller than or equal to the humidity upper limit value.
Wherein, the dehumidification instruction is used for controlling dehydrating unit to reduce the inside humidity of drawer. Dehydrating unit sets up on the drawer, intercommunication drawer and external world, when real-time humidity in the drawer is greater than the humidity standard value, consider that the inside humidity of current drawer is too high, can send dehumidification instruction to dehydrating unit by controlling means this moment, thereby make the dehydrating unit work, reduce the inside air humidity of drawer, when humidity in the drawer is less than or equal to humidity upper limit value, consider that the inside humidity of current drawer satisfies the demand, then control dehydrating unit no longer dehumidifies the drawer inside, make the inside humidity of drawer maintain below the humidity upper limit value, be favorable to improving the inside food quality of preserving of drawer.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, step S710 includes step S712 and step S714.
Step S712: and when the real-time humidity in the drawer is detected to be greater than the standard humidity value, sending a dehumidification instruction to control the dehumidification device to be opened.
Step S714: and judging whether the real-time humidity in the drawer is less than or equal to the humidity upper limit value after the dehumidifying device is opened. If so, sending a stop instruction to control the dehumidification device to be closed, and if not, returning to the step of sending the dehumidification instruction to control the dehumidification device to be opened.
After the dehumidifying device is opened, the humidity in the drawer is continuously monitored, and compared with the upper limit value of the humidity, the humidity condition in the drawer can be monitored, and the humidity condition can be timely processed when abnormality occurs. When the real-time humidity inside the drawer is smaller than or equal to the humidity upper limit value after the dehumidifying device is opened, the current humidity inside the drawer is considered to meet the requirement, the control device sends a stop instruction to the dehumidifying device, and the dehumidifying device is controlled to stop working, so that the humidity inside the drawer is maintained below the humidity upper limit value. When the real-time humidity inside the drawer is still larger than the upper limit value of the humidity after the dehumidifying device is opened, the humidity inside the drawer is considered to be too large at present and does not meet the requirement, the step of sending a dehumidifying instruction to control the dehumidifying device to be opened is returned, the control device continues to control the dehumidifying device to work, the circulation is finished until the humidity inside the drawer is below the upper limit value of the humidity, the humidity inside the drawer is controlled below the upper limit value of the humidity, and the quality of food stored inside the drawer is improved.
