Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a weeding composition containing metasulfuron, picloram and triclopyr and application thereof.
Background
The development of new pesticide has high investment risk, environmental protection and food safety are improved, and the requirements for the new pesticide are improved, so that the new pesticide is limited and tightly added, the development period is longer, and the scientific and reasonable pesticide compounding can improve the control effect, increase the quick acting property, prolong the duration, enlarge the control spectrum, reduce the dosage, reduce the cost and the like, and can overcome or delay the generation or development of the resistance of harmful organisms, prolong the service life of the pesticide, reduce the environmental pollution, protect natural enemies, maintain the biodiversity and maintain the ecological balance. The compound agent can be further divided into a binary compound agent and a multi-compound agent according to the types of pesticides composing the compound agent. The compound agent consisting of two pesticide single agents is called a binary compound agent: the compound agent consisting of three or more than three pesticides is called a multi-component compound agent. Most of the pesticide compound agents are binary compound agents, and the number of the multiple compound agents is small.
The sulfourea biocidal herbicide of the sulfometuron-methyl system can effectively prevent and kill broadleaf weeds and grassy weeds. The bupirimate Long Shi is absorbed by the root and leaf surface of the plant after the medicine is applied to the xylem and phloem, can inhibit the cell division of plant meristematic tissue, prevent the plant from growing, and the appearance of the plant shows obvious reddish purple, green loss, necrosis, vein loss and terminal bud death.
Picloram belongs to pyridine herbicides, and mainly acts on nucleic acid metabolism, and causes chloroplast structure and other organelles to develop malformation, interfere protein synthesis, act on meristem activities and the like, and finally cause death of plants. By rapid uptake by plant leaves and roots, induced upscaling (e.g., stimulation of cell elongation and senescence, especially apparent in meristematic regions) in sensitive plants, ultimately leading to plant growth arrest and rapid death.
Triclopyr is a pyridine oxycarboxylic acid systemic conduction type low-toxicity herbicide, is absorbed by leaf surfaces and root systems of plants and is transmitted to the whole plant in the plant body, so that roots, stems and She Jixing of the plant are consumed, a storage substance is exhausted, vascular bundles are embolism or ruptured, and the plant gradually dies. Is suitable for weeding, killing and irrigating before forestation, maintaining a fire-proof wire, supporting and breeding pine trees and transforming forest stands, and is used for preventing and killing broadleaf weeds and woody plants in non-cultivated lands.
The prior art reports that the metasulfuron and the triclopyr are compounded for use. For example: CN107960421a discloses a herbicidal composition, component a is metasulfuron, component B is at least one of triclopyr and its derivatives, and the content weight ratio of component a to component B is 1: (0.02-50).
In the prior art, no related reports of the combination of the metasulfuron and the picloram and the combination of the picloram and the triclopyr exist, and no report of the ternary weeding composition of the metasulfuron, the picloram and the triclopyr exists, in particular to the report of the prevention and the treatment of external invasive weeds.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a weeding composition containing sulfometuron-methyl, aminopyralid and triclopyr. The specific scheme is as follows:
The weeding composition containing the metasulfuron, the picloram and the triclopyr comprises the following active ingredients in parts by mass: the mass ratio of the bupirimate, the aminopyralid and the triclopyr is 1-10:2-20:3-40.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the sulfometuron-methyl to the sulfometuron-methyl is 1-5:3-15:5-30.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the sulfometuron-methyl to the sulfometuron-methyl is 1-5:3-9:5-15.
The weeding composition also comprises auxiliary materials which can be used in pesticides; the content of active ingredients is 1-85%. The auxiliary materials comprise solvent, dispersing agent, wetting agent, emulsifying agent, stabilizing agent, thickening agent, binding agent, disintegrating agent, pH regulator, antifreezing agent, filler, and other known substances which are beneficial to the stabilization and the efficacy of the active ingredients in the preparation, and different auxiliary materials are selected according to the requirement to prepare corresponding dosage forms. The above auxiliary materials are all various components which are commonly used in pesticide preparations and allowed to be used, and are not particularly limited.
The dosage forms of the weeding composition can be suspending agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, dispersible agents, oil suspending agents, aqueous emulsion and microemulsion. Preferably water dispersible granules or dispersible oil suspensions.
The weeding composition is used for preventing and controlling weeds in non-cultivated lands, forest lands, fireproof isolation belts and the like, wherein the weeds are grassy weeds and broadleaf weeds. Preferably exotic invasive weeds, solidago canadensis, and gooseberry, suaeda salsa, annual flea, etc.
Beneficial technical effects
After the picloram and the existing weeding binary combination (metasulfuron and triclopyr) are compounded, the weeding activity is further improved, and the weeding composition has remarkable synergistic effect. When the composition shows synergistic effect, the dosage of the active ingredients can be obviously reduced, the weed killing spectrum is enlarged, and the generation of weed drug resistance is slowed down.
The compound weeding composition has excellent preventing and killing effect on weeds in non-cultivated lands, forest lands and fire-proof isolation belts.
Detailed Description
Example 1 determination of the Combined action of the Complex herbicide on Suaeda salsa
Testing weeds: and (5) collecting seeds in the field by using the small awning, and preserving the seeds in a laboratory for later use.
The test method comprises the following steps: filling the sieved fine soil into a plastic basin with holes, and supplementing water by adopting a basin bottom infiltrating irrigation mode to completely moisten the soil. Soaking carefully selected weed seeds for 24 hours, uniformly sowing the seeds on the surface of soil, sowing 30 seeds in each pot, covering 1cm thick fine soil, supplementing water to wet the soil in a pot bottom infiltrating irrigation mode, placing the seeds in a greenhouse for heat preservation and culture, removing big seedlings and weak seedlings after a certain period of culture, and keeping 20 plants of weeds with consistent leaf age and growth vigor in each pot for treatment. Referring to the "biological assay rule in pesticide Chamber", stem and leaf treatment is adopted, the spray amount is 45mL/m 2, and the medicine is applied for 1 time.
The investigation method comprises the following steps: 1 investigation was performed 21d after the treatment. And cutting off the surviving weeds along the soil surface by using a blade by adopting an absolute value investigation method, weighing fresh weights of the weeds by using an analytical balance, and calculating the fresh weight control effect. Weed fresh weight control= (control zone weed fresh weight-treatment zone weed fresh weight)/control zone weed fresh weight.
Combined action: gowi ng was used to evaluate the combined effect of the compositions.
E 0 = x+y (100-Y)/100; when E-E 0 is more than 10%, the synergistic effect is achieved; antagonism occurs when E-E 0 < -10%; when the E-E 0 value is within 10% of the theoretical value, the addition effect is achieved.
Measurement results: after the picloram and the existing weeding binary combination (metasulfuron and triclopyr) are compounded by one step, the weeding activity is further improved, and the weeding composition has remarkable synergistic effect. From Table 1, it is clear that the composition exhibits a remarkable synergistic effect on erigeron breviscapus when the mass ratio of the bupirimate, the aminopyralid and the triclopyr is 1-5:3-9:5-15.
