(3) Mixing the salt ground and crushed in the step (2) with the astragalus aqueous extract and the clove aqueous extract, then adding the mixture into the bamboo tube with the salt column taken out in the step (2), taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 720 ℃, baking for 4 hours, then naturally cooling, taking out the salt column, and grinding and crushing;
the astragalus aqueous extract accounts for 2% of the sea salt mass, and the clove aqueous extract accounts for 1% of the sea salt mass.
(4) Continuously adding the salt ground and crushed in the steps into the bamboo tube, taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 800 ℃, baking for 2.5 hours, naturally cooling, taking out a salt column, grinding and crushing;
(5) And (5) repeating the step (4) for 5 times to prepare the bamboo salt.
Example 2: preparation of bamboo salt
A preparation method of bamboo salt comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding sea salt into bamboo tube of Phyllostachys pubescens of 3 years old, and sealing two ends with yellow mud;
(2) Baking the bamboo tube at 1030 deg.C for 7 hr, naturally cooling, taking out salt column, grinding and pulverizing;
(3) Mixing the salt ground and crushed in the step (2) with the astragalus aqueous extract and the clove aqueous extract, then adding the mixture into the bamboo tube with the salt column taken out in the step (2), taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 700 ℃, baking the bamboo tube for 45 hours, then naturally cooling the bamboo tube, taking out the salt column, and grinding and crushing the salt column;
the astragalus aqueous extract accounts for 1 percent of the mass of the sea salt, and the clove aqueous extract accounts for 1.5 percent of the mass of the sea salt;
(4) Continuously adding the salt ground and crushed in the steps into the bamboo tube, taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 850 ℃, baking for 2 hours, naturally cooling, taking out a salt column, and grinding and crushing;
(5) And (5) repeating the step (4) for 4 times to prepare the bamboo salt.
Example 3: preparation of bamboo salt
A preparation method of bamboo salt comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding sea salt into bamboo tube of Phyllostachys pubescens of 4 years old, and sealing two ends with yellow mud;
(2) Baking the bamboo tube at 1000 deg.C for 7 hr, naturally cooling, taking out salt column, grinding and pulverizing;
(3) Mixing the salt ground and crushed in the step (2) with the astragalus aqueous extract and the clove aqueous extract, then adding the mixture into the bamboo tube with the salt column taken out in the step (2), taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 750 ℃, baking for 4 hours, naturally cooling, taking out the salt column, and grinding and crushing;
the astragalus aqueous extract accounts for 1.5 percent of the sea salt mass, and the clove aqueous extract accounts for 0.5 percent of the sea salt mass;
(4) Continuously adding the salt ground and crushed in the steps into the bamboo tube, taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 830 ℃, baking for 2.5h, naturally cooling, taking out a salt column, grinding and crushing;
(5) And (5) repeating the step (4) for 3 times to prepare the bamboo salt.
Example 4: preparation of coffee flower extract
A method for preparing coffee flower extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Withering the freshly picked coffee flowers, specifically spreading and drying the freshly picked coffee flowers in the air at the ambient temperature of 22-26 ℃, at the relative humidity of 45-55%, at the thickness of 2.5-3.5cm, for 2h;
(2) Vacuum drying the withered coffee flower at 80 deg.C for 12min, and quickly transferring to-15 deg.C for 12min; after the circulation is carried out for 4 times, the obtained coffee flower is crushed and sieved by a 60-mesh sieve to obtain crushed coffee flower powder, the crushed coffee flower powder is subjected to ammonia blasting treatment and then is subjected to decompression blasting;
wherein during ammonia blasting treatment, the reaction pressure is 1.8MPa, the reaction time is 20min, and the solid-liquid ratio of the coffee pollen crushed material to the liquid ammonia is 1;
(3) Adding water into the material obtained by the treatment in the step (2), and then heating to 55 ℃ for microwave extraction for 30min, wherein the microwave extraction power is 260W; heating to 70 deg.C, extracting at constant temperature for 70min under 10Mpa, filtering to obtain coffee flower extractive solution, decolorizing the filtrate with activated carbon, filtering, and concentrating to obtain coffee flower concentrated solution;
(4) Then freeze-drying the coffee flower concentrated solution, and grinding to obtain the coffee flower extract.
Example 5: preparation of coffee flower extract
A method for preparing coffee flower extract comprises the following steps:
(1) Withering the freshly picked coffee flowers, specifically, spreading and drying the freshly picked coffee flowers in the air at the ambient temperature of 22-26 ℃, the relative humidity of 45-55%, the spreading and drying thickness of 2.5-3.5cm, and the spreading and drying time of 1.5h;
(2) Vacuum drying the withered coffee flowers at 70 deg.C for 10min, and rapidly transferring to-15 deg.C for 10min; after the circulation is carried out for 5 times, the obtained coffee flower is crushed and sieved by a 60-mesh sieve to obtain crushed coffee flower powder, the crushed coffee flower powder is subjected to ammonia blasting treatment and then is subjected to decompression blasting;
wherein when ammonia blasting is carried out, the reaction pressure is 1.5MPa, the reaction time is 25min, and the solid-liquid ratio of the coffee pollen crushed material to the liquid ammonia is 1;
(3) Adding water into the material obtained by the treatment in the step (2), and then heating to 50 ℃ for microwave extraction for 40min, wherein the microwave extraction power is 220W; heating to 60 deg.C, extracting at constant temperature for 60min under 15Mpa, filtering to obtain coffee flower extractive solution, decolorizing the filtrate with activated carbon, filtering, and concentrating to obtain coffee flower concentrated solution;
(4) Then freeze-drying the coffee flower concentrated solution, and grinding to obtain the coffee flower extract.
Example 6: preparation of chewing gum containing salt
A chewing gum containing salt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of gum base, 2.4 parts of bamboo salt, 5 parts of coffee flower extract, 25 parts of maltitol, 1 part of citric acid, 1.2 parts of sodium citrate, 0.4 part of mint essence and 2.5 parts of carotene.
The bamboo salt is prepared by the method in the embodiment 2; the coffee flower extract was the coffee flower extract prepared in example 4.
The preparation method of the chewing gum containing salt comprises the following steps: mixing the raw materials except the gum base of the chewing gum to obtain a mixture; heating and softening the chewing gum base, adding the mixture, continuously heating and stirring for mixing to fully mix the chewing gum base and the mixture; then the salt-containing chewing gum is obtained after the processes of moulding, tabletting, slicing and forming.
Example 7: preparation of chewing gum containing salt
A chewing gum containing salt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of gum base of the chewing gum, 2 parts of bamboo salt, 4.5 parts of coffee flower extract, 25 parts of xylitol, 1.5 parts of citric acid, 2.5 parts of sodium citrate, 0.3 part of mint essence and 2 parts of beet red.
The bamboo salt is prepared by the method in the embodiment 3; the coffee flower extract was the coffee flower extract prepared in the method of example 5.
The above salt-containing chewing gum was prepared in the same manner as in example 6.
Example 8: preparation of chewing gum containing salt
A chewing gum containing salt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of gum base of the chewing gum, 2.5 parts of bamboo salt, 3.2 parts of coffee flower extract, 20 parts of maltitol, 1 part of citric acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 0.5 part of mint essence and 3 parts of carotene.
The bamboo salt is prepared by the method in the embodiment 1; the coffee flower extract was the coffee flower extract prepared in example 4.
The above salt-containing chewing gum was prepared in the same manner as in example 6.
Example 9: preparation of chewing gum containing salt
A chewing gum containing salt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of gum base of the chewing gum, 2.2 parts of bamboo salt, 5.5 parts of coffee flower extract, 22 parts of xylitol, 2 parts of malic acid, 2.3 parts of sodium citrate, 0.4 part of mint essence and 1 part of sorghum red.
The bamboo salt is prepared by the method in the embodiment 2; the coffee flower extract was the coffee flower extract prepared in the method of example 5.
The above salt-containing chewing gum was prepared in the same manner as in example 6.
Example 10: preparation of chewing gum containing salt
A chewing gum containing salt comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of gum base of the chewing gum, 2.5 parts of bamboo salt, 3.6 parts of coffee flower extract, 25 parts of maltitol, 1.5 parts of malic acid, 2 parts of sodium citrate, 0.35 part of mint essence and 2 parts of sodium copper chlorophyllin.
The bamboo salt is prepared by the method in the embodiment 2; the coffee flower extract was the coffee flower extract prepared in example 5.
The above salt-containing chewing gum was prepared in the same manner as in example 6.
And (3) performance testing:
1. sensory evaluation
The salt-containing chewing gums of examples 6-10 were scored by a sensory scoring panel consisting of 20 professional sensory evaluators for their mouthfeel, appearance color and flavor, wherein the mouthfeel score was 50%, the appearance color score was 25%, and the flavor score was 25%, all of which were evenly divided. Specific sensory evaluation scores are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the chewing gum containing salt of the present invention has high scores in taste, appearance, color and flavor.
2. Oral improvement testing
The salt-containing chewing gums prepared in examples 1 to 5 were chewed by 50 patients with oral malodor every day, 6 tablets were chewed every day, and after 15 days, the oral malodor improvement of the experimenters was recorded, as shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the saline chewing gum of the present invention has a significant improvement in oral malodour.

Claims (10)
1. The salt-containing chewing gum is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of chewing gum base, 2-2.5 parts of bamboo salt, 3.2-5.5 parts of coffee flower extract, 20-25 parts of sweetening agent, 1-2 parts of sour agent, 2-2.5 parts of sodium citrate and 0.3-0.5 part of mint essence.
2. A salt-containing chewing gum according to claim 1, wherein the bamboo salt is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
(1) Adding sea salt into bamboo tube of Phyllostachys pubescens of 3-4 years old, and sealing two ends with yellow mud;
(2) Baking the bamboo tube at 1000-1050 deg.C for 6-7h, naturally cooling, taking out salt column, grinding and pulverizing;
(3) Mixing the salt ground and crushed in the step (2) with the astragalus aqueous extract and the clove aqueous extract, then adding the mixture into the bamboo tube with the salt column taken out in the step (2), taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 700-750 ℃, baking for 4-5h, then naturally cooling, taking out the salt column, and grinding and crushing;
(4) Continuously adding the salt ground and crushed in the steps into the bamboo tube, taking pine as fuel, heating the bamboo tube to 800-850 ℃, baking for 2-2.5h, naturally cooling, taking out a salt column, grinding and crushing;
(5) And (5) repeating the step (4) for 3-5 times to prepare the bamboo salt.
3. The chewing gum containing salt of claim 2, wherein said aqueous extract of astragalus membranaceus is 1-2% by mass of sea salt and said aqueous extract of clove is 0.5-1.5% by mass of sea salt.
4. The salt-containing chewing gum according to claim 1, wherein the coffee flower extract is prepared by the following method:
(1) Withering freshly picked coffee flowers;
(2) Vacuum drying the withered coffee flower at 70-80 deg.C for 10-12min, and rapidly transferring to-15 deg.C for 10-12min; after the circulation is carried out for 4-5 times, the obtained coffee flower is crushed and is sieved by a 60-mesh sieve to obtain coffee flower crushed aggregates, and the coffee flower crushed aggregates are subjected to ammonia blasting treatment and then are subjected to decompression blasting;
(3) Adding water into the material obtained by the treatment in the step (2), and then heating to 50-55 ℃ for microwave extraction for 30-40min, wherein the microwave extraction power is 220-260W; heating to 60-70 deg.C, extracting at constant temperature for 60-70min under 10-15Mpa, filtering to obtain coffee flower extractive solution, decolorizing the filtrate with activated carbon, filtering, and concentrating to obtain coffee flower concentrated solution;
(4) And then freeze-drying the coffee flower concentrated solution, and grinding to obtain the coffee flower extract.

The salt-containing chewing gum of claim 4, wherein in step (1), said withering comprises the steps of: spreading and drying fresh picked coffee flowers at the temperature of 22-26 deg.C and relative humidity of 45-55%, wherein the spreading and drying thickness is 2.5-3.5cm, and the spreading and drying time is 1.5-2h.
6. The chewing gum containing salt according to claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the reaction pressure of the ammonia gas explosion treatment is 1.5-1.8MPa, the reaction time is 20-25min, and the solid-to-liquid ratio of the coffee pollen particles to the liquid ammonia is 1.
7. The salt-containing chewing gum of claim 1, wherein the chewing gum base is a chewing gum base.
8. The salt-containing chewing gum of claim 1, wherein the sweetener is one or more of xylitol, maltitol; the sour agent is one or more of citric acid and malic acid.
9. The chewing gum of claim 1, further comprising 1-3 parts of edible pigment, wherein the edible pigment is any one of sorghum red, beet red, turmeric, carotene, and sodium copper chlorophyllin.

Process for the preparation of salt-containing chewing gum according to any of the claims 1-9, comprising the steps of: mixing the raw materials except the gum base of the chewing gum to obtain a mixture; heating and softening the chewing gum base, then adding the mixture, continuously heating and stirring for mixing to fully mix the chewing gum base and the mixture; then the salt-containing chewing gum is obtained after the processes of moulding, tabletting, slicing and forming.
