Abstract
一种用于从一连续输送的纸带上分离纸片的装置,由一将纸带连续地拉出并夹持的输送辊对、一将各纸片的前端送入一夹钳滚筒的打开的夹钳中的压板滚筒、一设置在输送辊对和夹钳滚筒之间进行横向穿孔的装置以及一与压板滚筒配合的转动断纸部件装置。为了能够简单而迅速地对不同的纸片形状进行调整,相应地改变输送辊的输送速度、横向穿孔装置和断纸部件部件相对于压板滚筒的啮合角。
Description
本发明涉及一用于从连续输送的纸带上分离纸片的装置,该装置带有一输送辊对、一压板滚筒、一横向穿孔的装置以及一与压板滚筒配合的转动断纸部件。所述输送辊对连续地拉出并抓住该纸带,所述压板滚筒上沿其外形轮廓线延伸的压板将各纸片的前端插入一夹钳滚筒的打开着的夹钳内,所述在纸带上横向穿孔的装置设置在输送辊对与压板滚筒之间。
一种在实践中公知并根据图2中描述了的这种类型的装置在更换不同的纸片形状时要付出相当大的花费,因为每次都必须改变横向穿孔装置与配合转动断纸部件以及与夹钳滚筒的夹钳之间的距离。这种距离的改变需要花费很大,因为输送辊和横向穿孔装置的驱动装置也必须根据改变的形状进行调整。
所以本发明的任务是提出一种上述类型的装置,其可在减小了构造花费的情况下根据不同的纸片形状进行简单而迅速的调整。
按照本发明,这一任务通过上述类型的一种装置这样来解决,使压板滚筒设有半径一大一小的两个外壳部分,断纸部件与大半径外壳部分配合,并以与其相同的圆周速度转动,断纸部件所描绘出的壳体圆柱的直径与大半径外壳部分的半径相同,小半径外壳部分的圆周角的大小使断纸部件在压板滚筒旁经过时交替地与大半径外壳部分配合,并与小半径外壳部分相遇,断纸部件相对于压板滚筒的啮合角是可调的,输送辊的速度可在一最高速度与一最低速度之间调整,该最高速度比压板滚筒的圆周速度低,大致相应于在压板滚筒转过一圈时,纸带移动从横向穿孔装置到与夹钳配合的压板所经过的路程所需的启动速度,该最低速度大致相应于在压板滚筒转过一圈时,纸带移动从横向穿孔装置到断纸部件与压板滚筒的啮合点所经过的路程所需的启动速度;在压板与夹钳的啮合点和断纸部件与压板的啮合点之间的压板滚筒的圆周部分上配制一压带,纸带在一张纸片从其上分离之前以一滑动装置保持在压板滚筒上,在分离之后才无滑动地携带纸片,横向穿孔装置可以这样在纸带上调整,使其按照所需的纸带长度进行横向穿孔,断纸部件的啮合角这样调整,使当压板正好在纸幅前端范围内时纸片被撕开。
通过相应地改变输送辊的输送速度、横向穿孔装置和断纸部件相对于压板滚筒的啮合角可以简易而迅速地根据不同的纸带长度对本发明的装置进行调整,用本发明的装置可以沿横向穿孔线从纸带上撕断纸片,纸片的最大长度大致相当于从压板滚筒的压板与打开的夹钳之间的啮合点于横向穿孔装置之间的距离。最短的纸片片段长度要小于从断纸部件与压板滚筒的啮合点至横向穿孔装置之间的一段。
每次撕下一段纸片以后,纸带的前端就进入断纸部件台座或压带与压板滚筒之间的间隙。于是纸带前面的部分就被装置中的压带保持在压板滚筒的外壳上。这时不仅压板滚筒的外壳而且压带都滑过纸带,因为纸带只是低速移动。横向穿孔装置在纸带上按所需的距离进行横向穿孔。纸片的撕断总是发生在横向穿孔位于断纸部件与压板滚筒的啮合点和横向穿孔装置之间时。在此处之所以可以撕断纸,是因为在此处断纸部件与压板滚筒以高于对应于带输送速度的圆周速度旋转。校准是这样选择的,在撕断时刻,压板滚筒的压板总是位于纸带前端部分之下,因此断开的纸片在撕断以后无滑动地由压板滚筒和压带携带,并且压板将纸带的前端在正确位置上插入到打开的夹钳内。
按照本发明的装置也可以设置一个横向切断的刀具来代替横向穿孔装置。在本发明的这种布置中可以不要断纸部件。在这种本发明的布置中,被断开的纸片的携带时刻仅仅通过横向切断的实行来确定。横向切断总是当压板滚筒的压板处于纸带的前端区域内时发生,因此断开的纸片立刻被压板滚筒无滑动地带走,并且其前部区域可以位置准确地被插入夹钳内。
下面接合附图更详细地描述本发明的一实施例。
图1为一涂胶装置的一俯视图,该图概略的示出了该装置与一用于从一纸带上撕断一底盖纸片,并在纸袋生产过程中将其置于袋子的拉开了的袋底的装置相配合。
图2为一从一纸带上分离底盖纸片的公知装置的俯视图,该图概略的示出了将该底盖纸片涂胶并在纸袋生产过程中将其置于拉开了的袋底。
在图2概略地示出的公知的装置中,输送辊37设置成支承在侧面导轨34、35上沿双箭头C移动的台座36中,它从一未示出的备用滚筒上将纸带38拉出,一配合的刀具39在纸带上加工出横向穿孔,输送辊40将纸带38的向前运动的端部传递给一夹钳滚筒41,为了可靠地抓住各纸片,设置在压板滚筒43上的压板44总是将纸带的前端插入到夹钳滚筒的夹钳42内。夹钳滚筒41和压板滚筒43上带有配合作用的断纸部件45、46,被夹钳部件41保持着的各纸片在断纸部件中沿着刀具39拆开的横向穿孔线撕断。
夹钳滚筒41与涂胶辊46配合,在从纸带38上撕下、前端由夹钳42保持着的纸片上按形状涂胶。然后压板滚筒将按形状涂了胶水的纸片,例如底盖纸片压在按箭头方向连续输送的工件上,例如张开的袋底上,这时夹钳42将纸片放开。
为了改变从纸带38上分离的纸片的形状,在从图2中明显可见的公知的装置中,台座36必须沿双箭头所示的方向C移动,但是由于传动装置要适应这种移动,因此这样做花费特别大。
与此相反,从图1中明显可见的、按照本发明的用于从一纸带上分离纸片,并将其转移到完成的工件上的装置可以根据不同的纸片形状非常简单而又迅速地加以改变。
在从图1明显可见的按照本发明的装置中,纸带31是由输送和夹持辊50拉出的。然后穿孔刀51、52对纸带进行横向穿孔。
纸带31一被横向穿孔,其前端就穿过配合的导引板53进入压板滚筒54与装有断纸部件55的断纸滚筒56之间的空隙。在压板滚筒54的压板60与夹钳滚筒62的打开的夹钳61的啮合点与断纸滚筒56之间,纸带31的前端部分由一在断纸部件滚筒和导引辊的范围内运行的压带65压在压板滚筒54的外壳上。压带65可以由多个互相平行的、循环运动的环形皮带构成,并以一相当于压板滚筒54的圆周速度的速度运行。压带65以这样的力量将纸带的前端部分压在压板滚筒54上,使得只要输送辊对50保持着纸带,使其只以较小的速度移动,压带还有压板滚筒54的外壳就滑动地从纸带上滑过。只有当撕断以后,分离下来的纸片才无滑动地被带走。
压板滚筒54上带有两个外壳部分,即一大半径外壳部分57和一小半径外壳部分58。因此,只有当断纸部件55与外壳部分57一起作用时才能产生撕断所需的夹紧力,而当外壳部分58在断纸部件55下面穿过时没有夹紧力作用。为了保证实现对于纸片撕断的每一种形状的调节总是发生在压板滚筒54的同一角度上,较大的外壳部分57的半径应等于撕断部件55的外壳直径。
为了在形状变化后使纸片能够相位对准地撕断,断纸部件55相对于断纸滚筒56的角度可调,这样压板滚筒54上的角度精确的断纸点也是可调的。从半圆形长孔68可看出断纸部件55相对于断纸滚筒56的可调性。
为了能够使纸片沿着横向穿孔线从纸带31上断开,带有断纸部件55的断纸滚筒56和压板滚筒54以大于夹持和输送辊50的圆周速度运行。沿横向穿孔的撕断总是发生在穿孔位于滚轮对55和处于夹紧位置的断纸部件55之间,而压板60位于纸带31的前端区域内时。当然在撕断时穿孔刀51、52不能接触纸带。
被撕断的纸片的前端总是由压板滚筒54上的压板60送入到夹钳滚筒62上的打开着的夹钳61内。在夹钳滚筒62上,纸片被涂胶辊10按照一定形状涂胶,然后被压在一工件上,例如一连续地按箭头B的方向输送的袋子的拉开的袋底上。
涂胶辊10是一涂胶装置29的一部分,该装置在专利申请19532528.6中做了描述。该专利涉及到了更详细地描述。为了实现撕断纸片的形状变化,按照本发明的装置只需要使输送辊50能够以较快或较慢的速度运行,因此,在压带65与压板滚筒54的外壳之间直到撕断处可以插入不同长度的纸带31。当然必须相应的调整穿孔线距离和断纸部件55的啮合角,这可通过计算机控制来实现。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于从连续输送的纸带上分离纸片的装置,该装置带有一输送辊对、一压板滚筒、一横向穿孔的装置以及一与压板滚筒配合的转动撕纸部件。所述输送辊对连续地拉出并抓住该纸带,所述压板滚筒上沿其外形轮廓线延伸的压板将各纸片的前端插入夹钳滚筒的打开着的夹钳内,所述在纸带上横向穿孔的装置设置在输送辊对与压板滚筒之间。其特征在于:
压板滚筒具有半径一大一小的两个外壳部分;
断纸部件与大半径外壳部分配合,并以与其相同的圆周速度转动,断纸部件所绘出的壳体圆柱的直径与大直径外壳部分的半径相同;
小半径外壳部分的圆周角的大小使断纸部件在压板滚筒旁经过时交替地与大半径外壳部分配合而与小半径外壳部分相遇;
断纸部件相对于压板滚筒的啮合角是可调的;
输送辊的速度可在一最高速度与一最低速度之间调整,该最高速度比压板滚筒的圆周速度低,大致相应于在压板滚筒转过一圈时,纸带移动从横向穿孔装置到与夹钳配合的压板所经过的路程所需的启动速度,该最低速度大致相应于在压板滚筒转过一圈时,纸带移动从横向穿孔装置到断纸部件与压板滚筒的啮合点所经过的路程所需的启动速度;
一压带配置在压板与夹钳的啮合点和断纸部件与压板滚筒的啮合点之间的压板滚筒的圆周部分上,纸带在一张纸片从其上分离之前滑动地保持在压板滚筒的外壳上,在分离之后才无滑动地携带纸片;
横向穿孔装置可以这样在纸带上调整,使其按照所需的纸带长度进行横向穿孔,断纸部件的啮合角这样调整,使当压板正好在纸带前端区域内时纸片被撕开。
2.一种用于从连续输送的纸带上分离纸片的装置,该装置带有输送辊对、一压板滚筒以及一用于通过纸带的横向切断分离纸片的刀具装置。所述输送辊对连续地拉出并抓住该纸带,所述压板滚筒上沿其外形轮廓线延伸的压板将各纸片的前端插入一夹钳滚筒的打开着的夹钳内,所述刀具装置设置在输送辊对与压板滚筒之间。其特征在于:
一压带配置在压板滚筒的一段圆周部分上,纸带在一纸片从其上分离之前滑动地保持在压板滚筒上,在分离之后才无滑动地携带纸片;
输送辊的速度可在一最高速度与一最低速度之间调整,该最高速度比压板滚筒的圆周速度低,大致相应于在压板滚筒转动一圈时,纸带移动从刀具装置到与夹钳配合的压板所经过的路程所需的启动速度,该最低速度大致相应于在压板滚筒转过一圈时,纸带移动从刀具装置到断纸部件与压板滚筒的啮合点所经过的路程所需的启动速度;
横向切断的时刻是这样调整的,当压板正好位于纸带前端区域内时发生横向切断。
