Abstract
本发明涉及一种防止搭扣对肌肤刺激的一次性尿片。在一次性尿片1中，为了可钩搭或脱开地连结前后腰围部分6、7，将有钩搭扣部件15接合在前后腰围部分6、7的任何一面的左右侧部，除其中央部分及靠尿片中央的内侧腰围部分外，均覆以比该部件更柔软的表层18。
Description
本发明是关于将前后腰围部分，以可搭住或脱开的方式，联结起来穿用的一次性尿片的发明。
历来的一次性尿片，有一种众所周知的形式是将在前后腰围部分的一面的侧缘部形成的搭扣部，以可搭住或脱开的方式，钩搭在前后腰围部分的另一面而穿用的。为了形成上述的搭扣部，惯用的技术是利用商品名为魔带或尼龙搭扣的有钩搭扣部件和与此对应的被搭扣部件所构成的搭扣中的一种部件。
对一次性尿片而言，上述搭扣的构成部件，与表面层或里面层等其他部件相比，其刚性一般比较高，有时该刚性会刺激幼儿的肌肤。另外，与柔软的表面层及里面层连接的高刚性的搭扣如反反复复地钩搭和脱开的话，由于脱开时柔软的表里层与搭扣构成部件的界面要受剥离力的作用，所以该构成部件必须非常牢固地连接才行。但是，这样一来，搭扣构成部件的刚性越发高了，该部件支楞着的周边会强烈地刺激肌肤。
因此，本发明要解决的课题是将搭扣构成部件的周边部分覆盖起来，抑制剥离力对该周边部分的作用，同时缓和该周边部分对肌肤的刺激。为了解决上述课题，本发明的前提是一种在透水表面层与不透水里面层之间装着吸水芯，具有前腰围部分与后腰围部分，上述前后腰围部分的一面的各侧缘部设有有钩的搭扣部件，且其另一面的各侧缘部设有可与上述搭扣部件钩搭或脱开的被搭扣部件的一次性尿片。
在这个前提下，本发明的特征是上述搭扣部件，除其中央部分及挨着中央部分的的内侧腰围部分外，均覆以比该部件更柔软的表层。
下面参照附图对本发明的一次性尿片进行详细说明。
图1是尿片的部分断裂平面图。
图2是图1的II-II线顶面图。
图3是表示一种实施形态的尿片部分平面图。
图4是图3的IV-IV线顶面图。
图1的部分断裂平面图中所示的尿片1，由透水表面层2、不透水里面层3以及装在该表里层2、3之间的吸水芯4构成，具有前腰围部分6、后腰围部分7和位于该两个部分之间的股下部分8。前后腰围部分6、7分别在其左右两侧连接有前翼部11和后翼部12。表里层2、3从吸水芯4的周边延伸出来的部分互相重合，该部分的两个内表面水密地连接在一起。在股下部分8的左右两侧和后腰围部分7的端部有围绕大腿的弹性部件13和围绕腰部的弹性部件14，该部件13、14装在表里层2、3之间，至少与一层的里面在伸长状态下接合。
在后翼部12的里面，商品名为魔带或尼龙搭扣的搭扣中的有钩搭扣部件15与其接合成一体，部件15在翼部12的外侧部12A的部分被覆盖层18所覆盖。在前腰围部分6与前翼部11的外面，搭扣中的被搭扣部件16的里面与其接合成一体。
图2是图1的II-II线顶面图。后翼部12的内侧部12B与里面层3的外面接合，外侧部12A的搭扣部件15处于只露出宽度A的状态。部件15，只有含图左右方向的中央部分与靠将尿片分为左右两部分的中心线的内侧腰围部分的宽度A的部分，才可能与前腰围部分6的被搭扣部件扣合，有被覆盖层18覆盖起来的宽度B部分的外侧腰围部分是不能扣合的。扣合后的部件15，只要抓住后翼部12的外侧部12A，按箭头P的方向拉开，便能如假想线所示，从宽度A的右侧开始剥离。在这种状态下，后翼部12和部件15的外侧部20之间几乎完全不受所谓的剥离力的作用，所以该外侧部20和后翼部12不会被轻易剥离。外侧部20，由于处于被覆盖层18覆盖的状态，所以不会刺激穿用者的肌肤。
图3、图4是表示尿片1的一个实施形态的部分平面图及其IV-IV线的顶面图。该尿片1的四角形搭扣部件15的四周被覆盖层18覆盖，比图1、2中的实施例所示的搭扣部件更不会刺激肌肤。
这样，因为覆盖层18带有缓和搭扣部件15给肌肤造成的刺激的目的。所以使用了比该部件15刚性低、肌肤触摸感好的无纺布或塑料薄膜。覆盖层18可以在部件15的周边附近，接合于后翼部12的里面，必要时也可以接合于部件15的表面。
除了图示的实施例之外，搭扣部件15也可以采用从后翼部12的外侧部12A向侧面延伸出来的惯用搭扣带的形态。在这种情况下，接合于搭扣带里面的部件15至少在搭扣带延伸出来的部分要覆盖起来。
本发明的尿片1的前后翼部11、1 2可以使用透水或不透水的无纺布或塑料薄膜。也可以将表面层2与/或里面层3向侧面延伸，作为前后翼部11、12。尿片1的构成部件可以用热融型粘结剂等粘结剂接合，也可以用其他热融接技术接合。附图中省去了这些接合的图示。在附图所示的实施例中，因为前腰围部分6的被搭扣部件16比较柔软，所以没有覆盖。但是，必要时部件16也可以与部件15一样被覆盖。
本发明的一次性尿片，使用了连结穿用的尿片前后腰围部分的搭扣，该搭扣构成部件的边缘部分由柔软的覆盖层覆盖，所以不会因该边缘部分硬支楞着而刺激肌肤。通过覆盖层的覆盖，还可以防止搭扣构成部件被剥离尿片。
Claims (2)
1.一种在透水表面层与不透水里面层之间装着吸水芯，具有前腰围部分与后腰围部分，上述前后腰围部分的一面的各侧缘部设有有钩的搭扣部件，且其另一面的各侧缘部设有可与上述搭扣部件搭住或脱开的被搭扣部件的一次性尿片，其特征是上述搭扣部件，除其中央部分及靠尿片中央的内侧腰围部分外，均覆以比该部件更柔软的表层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性尿片，其特征是上述搭扣部件除中央部分外，全部周边均覆以上述的柔软表层。
