Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种加热棒。根据权利要求1的前序部分的加热棒在DE102012107113A1中公开。这种加热棒可以用于例如加热车辆的内部。
背景技术
在车辆中,可以通过施加到加热棒的电压脉冲宽度调制来调节这种加热棒的加热功率。这涉及到相当复杂的控制器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是示出如何以更少的控制作用来调节加热棒的加热功率。
该目的通过根据权利要求1的加热棒来实现。本发明的有利改进是从属权利要求的内容。
在根据本发明的加热棒中,第一接触片仅与所述加热棒的多个加热元件的第一部分电接触,而第二接触片接触多个加热棒的第二部分。因此,当仅向所述第一接触片施加电压时,只有一些加热元件被激活,即具有流过它们的电流并产生热量。通过向两个接触片施加电压,可以激活所有加热元件,从而使用更大的加热功率。
因此,根据本发明的加热棒具有三个端子,即用于向所述第一接触片施加电压,用于向所述第二接触片施加电压以及用于连接到地。现有技术的加热棒仅具有两个端子,因为要么对所有加热元件施加电压,要么都不施加。
优选地,所述第二接触片仅与多个加热元件的第二部分电接触,并且与多个加热元件的第一部分电隔离。然后可以激活多个加热元件的第一部分或第二部分或者激活所有加热元件。
多个所述加热元件的第一部分和多个加热元件的第二部分一起可以是所述加热棒的所有加热元件。还能够存在与多个加热元件的另一部分接触的附加接触片。
在本发明的第一实施例中,所述第一接触片和第二接触片布置在彼此之上,在它们之间具有绝缘层。在这种情况下,所述第一接触片比第二接触片短,使得第一接触片覆盖并仅与布置在壳体中的多个加热元件的第一部分电接触。所述第二接触片覆盖第一接触片并且延伸超过第一接触片,使得其覆盖并与布置在壳体中的多个加热元件的第二部分电接触。由于所述隔离层布置在第一接触片和第二接触片之间,所述第二接触片不与布置在壳体中的多个加热元件的第一部分电接触。
如果所述第二接触片布置在第一接触片的顶部,则第二接触片可以在覆盖第一接触片的第二接触片的第一区段和与多个加热元件的第二部分接触的第二接触片的第二区段之间形成梯阶。
在本发明的第二实施例中,所述第一接触片和第二接触片并排布置。例如,所述第二接触片可以具有窄区段和宽区段,所述窄区段沿着较短的第一接触片布置,所述宽区段与多个加热元件的第二部分接触。在这种情况下,可以在所述窄区段和多个加热元件的第一部分之间布置隔离层,使得第二接触片不与多个加热元件的第一部分电接触。
所述加热元件可以是PTC加热元件,优选基于钛酸钡。

具体实施方式
图1所示的加热棒包括多个电阻加热元件1,例如基于钛酸钡的陶瓷PTC加热元件。多个加热元件的第一部分,即在图1中形成左侧的前两个加热元件,通过第一带状接触片2电接触。多个加热元件的第二部分,即在图1中形成左侧的第三到第五加热元件1,通过第二带状接触片3接触。
所述第二接触片3布置在第一接触片2的顶部。所述第一接触片2和第二接触片3通过布置在它们之间的隔离层4彼此电隔离。所述第二接触片3具有梯阶5,所述梯阶5布置在第一接触片2上方的第一区段和与多个加热元件1的第二部分接触的第二区段之间。
所述加热元件1保持在塑料框架6中。所述塑料框架6在正面具有两个切口,用于第一接触片2和第二接触片3的端子区段。
所述陶瓷加热元件1可以经由壳体9连接到地,所述加热元件1、接触片2、3和框架6布置在壳体9中。在图1所示的实施例中,所述加热元件1经由第三接触片8连接到地。所述陶瓷加热元件1的第一侧与第三接触片8电接触。所述加热元件1的相对侧分别通过第一电片2或第二电接触片3接触。所述塑料框架6具有用于第三接触片8的端子区段的另一切口。
所述接触片2、3、8可以通过型材管(例如铝)与壳体9电隔离。所述接触片2、3、8通过隔离层(例如聚合物条10和/或陶瓷条11)与壳体9电隔离。
图2示出了加热棒的第二说明性实施例的分解图。所述第二说明性实施例与第一说明性实施例的不同之处主要在于第一接触片2和第二接触片3。和图1的实施例不同的是,第二接触片3没有布置在第一接触片2的顶部。相反,第二接触片3具有沿着第一接触片2布置的窄区段3a。如图1的实施例中,所述第一接触片2比第二接触片3短,使得只有第二接触片3能够到达多个加热元件1的第二部分。
隔离层7可以布置在第二接触片3的窄区段3a和仅通过第一接触片2电接触的加热元件1之间。因此,所述第二接触片3的窄区段3a与多个加热元件1的第一部分电隔离。如图2所示,多个加热元件的第一部分是从左侧开始的前两个加热元件1。
图3示出了图2的加热棒的立体图。如上所述,该加热棒具有与三个接触片2、3、8对应的三个端子。
图4示意性地示出了加热棒的另一个示例性实施例。所述加热棒如图3所示,没有壳体管。该实施例类似于图2的实施例,并且与它的不同之处主要在于,所述接触片2、3、8的端子端部不彼此齐平,而是相对于所述壳体的纵向方向位于不同位置。
图5示意性地示出了包括多个加热棒20的加热装置。所述加热棒20连接到例如由波纹金属片制成的翅片21。所述翅片21和加热棒20保持在框架22中。这种加热装置可用于加热车辆中的空气。

Claims (5)

1.加热棒,包括:
多个陶瓷加热元件(1),
带状的第一接触片(2),
带状的第二接触片(3),以及
其中布置有所述多个加热元件(1)和接触片(2、3)的壳体(9),其中
所述第一接触片(2)仅与多个所述加热元件(1)的第一部分电接触,
所述第二接触片(3)仅与多个所述加热元件(1)的第二部分电接触,其特征在于
所述第一接触片(2)和所述第二接触片(3)通过在二者之间设置的隔离层(4、7)彼此电隔离,
所述第一接触片(2)比所述第二接触片(3)短,
所述陶瓷加热元件(1)保持在框架(6)中,所述框架(6)在窄侧具有用于第一接触片(2)的端子区段的第一切口、用于第二接触片(3)的端子区段的第二切口和用于第三接触片(8)的端子区段的第三切口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加热棒,其特征在于,所述第二接触片(3)覆盖并延伸超过所述第一接触片(2),其中所述隔离层(4)布置在所述第一接触片(2)和所述第二接触片(3)之间,其中所述第二接触片(3)具有梯阶(5),所述梯阶(5)布置在所述第二接触片(3)的第一区段和所述第二接触片(3)的第二区段之间,所述第一区段覆盖所述第一接触片(2),并且所述第二区段与多个加热元件(1)的第二部分接触。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加热棒,其特征在于,所述第一接触片(2)和所述第二接触片(3)并排布置,其中所述第二接触片(3)具有:与所述第一接触片(2)并排布置的窄区段(3a);和,与所述多个加热元件(1)的第二部分接触的宽区段。
4.根据权利要求3所述的加热棒,其特征在于,所述隔离层(7)设置在所述第一接触片(3)的窄区段(3a)和所述多个加热元件(1)的第一部分之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加热棒,其特征在于,所述壳体(9)是型材管。
