粘合组合物可以具有根据ASTM D445在25℃下测量的60,000至90,000厘泊的粘度。粘合组合物的pH可以是5至7.5,例如,5.5至7,例如,5.5。
粘合组合物可用于将物体粘着到人的皮肤上。例如,将物体如假发、接发或织物粘着到人皮肤上的方法可以包括将本文公开的粘合组合物施用到人皮肤上,并使粘合组合物干燥一段时间。一旦干燥,与人体皮肤形成粘结。干燥可以进行30秒至15分钟,例如,45秒至10分钟,例如,1分钟至5分钟,例如,1分钟的时间。粘结形式可以持续5天、7天、10天、14天或甚至更长时间。
本文公开的粘合组合物为希望更天然的材料将保护性发型保持在适当位置的使用者提供了一种可选的粘合方法,其不需要刺激性化学品或溶剂来去除。本文公开的粘合组合物能够通过用水和洗发剂(或另一种清洁材料)简单地清洗使用者的毛发或皮肤来去除,以释放粘结。该粘合组合物迅速干燥,不需要加热以固化,并且对大多数使用者的皮肤无刺激性。在可生物降解的聚合物、防腐剂和水之间发现了意想不到的协同作用,以在期望的时间段内提供足够的粘合。
以下实施例仅仅是对本文公开的粘合组合物的说明,并不旨在限制其范围。
实施例
实施例1
在该实施例中,在25℃的环境温度和45℃的高温下,使用光头人体模型和人发假发进行了24-48小时的体外测试。
使用聚衣康酸钠和水进行剂量反应分析,以发现理想的浓度水平。用表1中列出的配方制备组合物,并将人发假发粘着到光头人体模型上。聚衣康酸钠在总粘合组合物重量的1-10%范围内变化,同时调节水量以反映这些变化,如表2所示。通过倒置人体模型头部并施加重量或物理拉动假发来测试粘合,以观察粘合是否会脱离。当聚衣康酸钠的浓度为总粘合组合物重量的5-10%时,假发在任一温度下不会从人体模型上脱离。

因此,发现聚衣康酸钠的理想浓度为总组合物重量的5至10%。
实施例2
在该实施例中,在25℃的环境温度和45℃的高温下,使用光头人体模型和人发假发进行了24-48小时的体外测试。
如表3所示制备组合物,其中所有量都以组合物的重量%测量,并且人发假发粘着到光头人体模型上。通过倒置人体模型头部并施加重量或物理拉动假发来测试粘合,以观察粘合是否会脱离。
在该实施例中,相对于传统定型聚合物如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)(样品11和12)(其是用于大多数凝胶和摩丝定型的水溶性聚合物)、玉米淀粉和其它支链多糖如瓜尔胶、黄原胶和直链角叉菜胶,对本文公开的粘合组合物的保持进行评价。PVP是一种吸水材料,所以它能吸湿,从而降低保持。在炎热和潮湿中,保持是非常重要的因素。在样品13中,使用多糖聚合物,样品14使用合成的聚季铵盐4,和样品15使用聚季铵盐4和阿拉伯树胶的组合(两者总5%重量/重量)。样品16和17含有瓜尔胶,样品18和19含有黄原胶,样品20和21含有直链角叉菜胶。在样品16至21中,该量在3.0至6.0重量%之间变化。

在测试中,与样品11至15相比,在任一温度下,使用本文公开的包含样品16至21的聚衣康酸钠的粘合组合物,在24-48小时的体外测试期间观察到更持久的保持,这意味着假发在任一温度下都不会从人体模型上脱离。PVP和聚季铵盐4与阿拉伯树胶的组合在任一温度下都没有显示出保持。聚季铵盐4在45℃下没有显示出保持。与聚衣康酸钠相比,多糖聚合物在任一温度下都显示出较弱的保持。
实施例3
在该实施例中,在25℃的环境温度和45℃的高温下,使用光头人体模型和人发假发进行了24-48小时的体外测试。
本文公开和表5所示的粘合组合物(样品22)与市售产品相比进行保持的测试。可商购的组合物(样品23)含有PVP水、山梨醇、PVP、乙烯基己内酰胺/乙烯基吡咯烷酮/甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙基酯共聚物、凡士林、乙烯基吡咯烷酮/二甲基氨基丙基甲基丙烯酰胺丙烯酸酯共聚物、鲸蜡硬脂醇、硬脂醇聚醚-21、硬脂醇、十六醇、改性玉米淀粉、香精(香料)、磷酸二鲸蜡基酯、鲸蜡醇聚醚-10磷酸酯、dmdm乙内酰脲、白蜡(蜂蜡、cire d'abeille)、羟乙基纤维素、丙二醇、重氮烷基脲(diazolidinyl urea)、肉豆蔻醇、花生醇、苯扎氯铵、碘丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯和聚氨丙基双胍。
用表5所示的配方制成组合物后,将人发假发粘着到光头人体模型上。通过倒置人体模型头部并施加重量或物理拉动假发来测试粘合,以观察粘合是否会脱离。

实施例4
在本实施例中,进行了实验以确保包含低聚糖玉米糖浆不会产生不良后果。如表6所示制备两种粘合组合物,一种含有玉米糖浆但不含聚衣康酸钠(样品24),另一种同时含有玉米糖浆和聚衣康酸钠(样品25)。在该实施例中,在25℃的环境温度和45℃的高温下,使用光头人体模型和人发假发进行了24-48小时的体外测试。

在这个实施例中,进行实验以确定单独的玉米糖浆和衣康酸钠是否提供了粘合效果。如表8所示制备两种粘合组合物,一种含有玉米糖浆和聚衣康酸钠(样品28),另一种同时含有聚衣康酸钠和水(样品29)。在这个实施例中,在25℃的环境温度和40℃的高温下,使用光头人体模型和人发假发进行体外测试。

实施例7
在这个实施例中,进行实验来确定单独聚衣康酸钠是否提供粘合效果。如表9所示制备两种粘合组合物,一种包含聚衣康酸钠(样品30),一种仅包含聚衣康酸钠和水(样品31)。在该实施例中,在25℃的环境温度和45℃的高温下,使用光头人体模型和人发假发进行了24-48小时的体外测试。

用样品23和水的组合物观察到粘合增加,但对于样品24与仅含聚衣康酸钠和水的组合物仍观察到协同作用。观察到在环境温度或45℃的高温下加入到组合物中的附加组分没有不利的软化作用。
其他有用的测试包括使用中测试,其中假发佩戴者佩戴假发3天,在第1天之后进行测试;假发佩戴者出汗30分钟时的出汗和湿度测试;天然和合成毛发的颜色安全测试,以确保粘合剂不会损害或改变毛发颜色;编织或纺织毛发的使用中测试和卷曲测试。

Claims (14)
1.一种粘合组合物,其包含:
约2.5至约12重量%的可生物降解的聚合物;
约0.5至约1.5重量%的防腐剂;和
至少10重量%的水。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘合组合物,其包含约4至约10重量%的所述可生物降解的聚合物,优选地包含约5至约7重量%的所述可生物降解的聚合物。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的粘合组合物,其中所述可生物降解的聚合物是聚乙醇酸(PGA)、聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)、聚羟基丁酸酯-共-β羟基戊酸酯(PHBV)、聚己内酯(PCL)、尼龙-2-尼龙-6、聚衣康酸钠或其组合,优选地其中所述可生物降解的聚合物是聚衣康酸钠。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘合组合物,其中所述防腐剂包含苯甲酸、柠檬酸、水杨酸、苯氧基乙醇、脱氢乙酸及其盐、氯苯甘醚、二醇,优选辛甘醇、二醇/二元醇化合物、辛酰羟肟酸或其组合。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘合组合物,其进一步包含增稠剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的粘合组合物,其中所述增稠剂包含纤维素、多糖胶或其组合,优选地其中所述增稠剂包含羟基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟乙基甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、黄原胶、瓜尔胶或其组合。
7.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘合组合物,其进一步包含调理剂。
8.如权利要求7所述的粘合组合物,其中所述调理剂包含甘油、玉米糖浆、二醇类、尿素或其组合,优选地其中所述调理剂包含丁二醇、丙二醇或其组合。
9.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘合组合物,其中所述粘合组合物具有60,000至90,000厘泊的粘度。
10.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘合组合物,其中所述粘合组合物的pH为5.5。
11.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的粘合组合物在洗剂、黄油、粉末、凝胶、液体、喷雾剂、气雾剂、非气雾剂或其组合中的用途。
12.一种将物体粘着到人体皮肤上的方法,其包括:
将权利要求1至10中任一项所述的粘合组合物施用于人体皮肤;和
使所述粘合组合物干燥一段时间,从而与所述人体皮肤形成粘结。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述物体包含将被粘着到人的头皮上的物体,优选地其中所述物体包括假发、织物、接发或其组合。
14.如权利要求12或权利要求13所述的方法,其中粘结持续至少一周。
