Abstract
The invention provides a motorcycle storage box, which comprises a storage box body, a cushion and at least one stopping part, wherein the cushion is pivoted at the front position of the storage box body and can swing between an opening position and a closing position, the at least one stopping part is positioned in front of the storage box body, and the cushion is positioned at the opening position by the at least one stopping part after swinging to the opening position, so that the stopping part can provide an additional supporting force, limit the maximum swinging angle of the cushion and disperse stress, thereby preventing the storage box body from cracking.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage box structure of a motorcycle, in particular to a storage box of a motorcycle.
Background
The present motorcycle storage box comprises a storage box body and a cushion, wherein the storage box body is combined on a frame, and the center of the storage box body is concavely provided with a containing space, the cushion is pivoted with the storage box body and can be combined with the storage box body in a swinging manner, generally speaking, the pivoting position of the cushion and the storage box body is positioned in front of the storage box body close to a faucet of the frame, therefore, after a user opens the cushion to swing the cushion towards the front, the containing space of the storage box body can be used for the user to place a safety helmet or personal articles therein, and the convenience of the motorcycle is improved.

In the motorcycle storage box, the cushion is pivoted with the storage box body by a pivot component, the pivot component is assembled on the storage box body, and the support reinforcement is fixedly connected with the pivot component, so that the support reinforcement is abutted against the pivot component.
The support reinforcing member of the motorcycle storage box comprises at least one auxiliary fixing portion, and the at least one auxiliary fixing portion is fixedly connected with the storage box body at a position different from the position fixedly connected with the pivot assembly.
The motorcycle storage box is provided with two stopping parts which are integrally formed at two sides of the supporting and reinforcing part and jointly position the cushion at the opening position.
In the above motorcycle storage box, the storage box body has a joint portion, the cushion is pivotally connected to the joint portion, and the storage box body is provided with a reinforced rib portion on each of two sides of the joint portion.

Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the above recited features of the present invention can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the invention, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
The present invention relates to a motorcycle storage box, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, which is applied to a vehicle body 70, and the vehicle body 70 includes a front-back direction D, wherein the front-back direction D is a direction in which a motorcycle rider rides on the vehicle body 70, the back-to-back direction of the motorcycle rider is a rear direction, left and right sides of the motorcycle rider are left and right sides (collectively referred to as sides), and the upper or lower side is described as a spatial relationship when the vehicle body 70 is in an upright state. The vehicle body 70 shown in fig. 2 is a schematic frame structure of the vehicle body 70 shown in fig. 1 with a housing omitted.
Taking the drawings of the present invention as an example, the upper left side of fig. 2 or the left side of fig. 1, 5 and 6 is defined as a front side, and the lower right side of fig. 2 or the right side of fig. 1, 5 and 6 is defined as a rear side, the storage box of motorcycle comprises a storage box body 10, a pivot assembly 20, a seat 40 and at least one stopper 33.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the storage box body 10 is integrally formed, such as injection molding, and the storage box body 10 includes a seat support 11, a storage space 12 and a joint portion 13, the seat support 11 is formed at a position close to the top of the storage box body 10, and the seat support 11 surrounds to form an opening; the object placing space 12 is located below the opening for placing objects; the joint part 13 is formed at the front side of the seat supporting part 11, and the article box body 10 is provided with a reinforced rib part 131 at the left and right sides of the joint part 13 respectively, that is, the joint part 13 has two reinforced rib parts 131 to reinforce the structure of the joint part 13.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the seat 40 is pivotally connected to the connecting portion 13 of the storage box body 10 by the pivot assembly 20, and can swing between an open position shown in fig. 5 and a closed position shown in fig. 6, wherein as shown in fig. 3, the seat 40 has a supported portion 41, the supported portion 41 can be a waterproof rubber strip, when the seat 40 is in the closed position, the seat 40 covers the opening and is located above the storage box body 10, and the supported portion 41 abuts against the seat supporting portion 11 of the storage box body 10, so as to improve the air tightness of the storage space 12.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 to 5, the bottom surface of the seat cushion 40 is recessed to form a recessed inner side wall 401, and the inner side wall 401 surrounds an enclosed space.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the at least one blocking portion 33 is located in front of the storage box body 10, and after the seat cushion 40 swings to the open position, the at least one blocking portion 33 extends into the surrounding space of the seat cushion 40, and positions the seat cushion 40 at the open position. In other words, when the user opens the seat cushion 40, the seat cushion is limited by the stopping portion 33, so as to avoid the problem that the joint portion 13 of the storage box body 10, i.e. the portion pivoted to the seat cushion 40, is subjected to an excessive stress and is broken due to an excessive swing angle of the seat cushion 40. Further, the front side of the stopping portion 33 forms a supporting abutting surface, and a buffer 34 is assembled on the supporting abutting surface, when the seat cushion 40 is located at the opening position, the buffer 34 abuts against the inner side wall 401 of the seat cushion 40, and the buffer 34 can be a structure made of a flexible material, such as a rubber pad or a spring. Thus, when the seat 40 is in the open position, but is continuously applied with force in a direction of expanding the swing angle, or receives impact force from a collision situation, the cushion 34 can absorb the impact force and reduce the stress transmitted to the connecting portion 13 by deformation.
Further, referring to fig. 6, when the motorcycle storage box is viewed from the side, when the seat cushion 40 is located at the closed position, the lower edge 42 of the seat cushion 40 is closer to the lower side of the vehicle body 70 than the lower edge of the buffer member 34, that is, when the seat cushion 40 is located at the closed position, the buffer member 34 is completely shielded, so as to enhance the appearance of the motorcycle.
Further, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the storage box body 10 has two auxiliary combining portions 14, the two auxiliary combining portions 14 are formed at two sides of the combining portion 13, and each of the reinforcing ribs 131 is connected between the combining portion 13 and one of the auxiliary combining portions 14; as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the motorcycle storage box includes a supporting reinforcement 30, the supporting reinforcement 30 is a metal member with high rigidity, the supporting reinforcement 30 includes a main coupling section 31, two auxiliary fastening portions 32, two stopping portions 33 and two buffering members 34, wherein the main coupling section 31 and the pivot assembly 20 are fastened to the coupling portion 13 of the storage box body 10 together, so that the supporting reinforcement 30 and the pivot assembly 20 are tightly abutted. The two auxiliary fastening portions 32 are connected to the left and right sides of the main connecting portion 31, each of the auxiliary fastening portions 32 is correspondingly and directly fastened to one of the auxiliary connecting portions 14 of the storage box body 10, so as to transmit part of the stress applied to the pivot assembly 20 to a position different from the connecting portion 13, i.e. different from the position where the supporting reinforcement 30 is fixedly connected to the pivot assembly 20, thereby achieving the effect of dispersing the stress, and avoiding the stress from concentrating on the connecting portion 13 to cause the storage box body 10 to break.
Since each of the auxiliary fastening portions 32 is provided only to help the stress dispersion, the number thereof may be one or more than two, or may be fastened to other positions different from the position of the coupling portion 13, and will not be described in detail.
Furthermore, the two stopping portions 33 are integrally formed and respectively extended forward from the two auxiliary fixing portions 32 to jointly position the seat cushion 40 at the opening position, and each cushion member 34 is correspondingly assembled on one stopping portion 33. This aspect is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and in other possible embodiments, each stopping portion 33 may be integrally formed by extending forward from the storage box body 10, assembled on the storage box body 10 or the supporting and reinforcing member 30, or integrally formed or assembled on other portions of the vehicle body 70.
By means of the technical characteristics, the invention has the following advantages:
1. the stopping portion 33 provides an additional supporting force when the seat cushion 40 swings to the open position, limits the maximum swing angle of the seat cushion 40, and disperses the stress transmitted to the combining portion 13 of the storage box body 10 through the pivot assembly 20, thereby preventing the storage box body 10 from being broken.
2. The stopping portion 33 is formed near the pivot assembly 20, so that the volume of the stopping portion 33 can be minimized, the weight of the supporting reinforcement 30 can be reduced, and the cost can be saved.
3. The supporting reinforcement 30 is tightly abutted against the pivot assembly 20 and is fixedly connected to the front side of the storage box body 10 together, so that the supporting strength can be enhanced and the storage box body 10 can be prevented from being broken.
4. Each cushion 34 can reduce the impact on the storage box body when the seat 40 is opened to the maximum angle.
5. The lower edge 42 of the seat cushion 40 is located below the vehicle body 70 rather than the lower edge of the cushion 34, thereby improving the appearance.

the storage box body comprises a cushion supporting part and a storage space, wherein the cushion supporting part surrounds to form an opening, and the storage space is positioned below the opening;
a cushion pivotally connected to the front of the storage box body along the front-back direction and capable of swinging between an open position and a closed position, wherein the cushion has a supported portion and a surrounding space, when the cushion is in the closed position, the cushion covers the opening and is located above the storage box body, the supported portion abuts against the cushion supporting portion, and the surrounding space is formed on the inner side wall of the cushion; and
the stopping part is positioned in front of the storage box body, and after the cushion swings to the opening position, the stopping part extends into the surrounding space and positions the cushion at the opening position.
2. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 1, including a support reinforcement member detachably mounted to the storage box body at a position adjacent to the pivotal connection of the storage box body to the seat.
3. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 2, wherein the seat is pivotally connected to the storage box body by a pivot assembly, the pivot assembly is assembled to the storage box body, and the support reinforcement member is fixedly connected to the pivot assembly so as to abut against the pivot assembly.
4. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 3, wherein the support reinforcing member includes at least one auxiliary fastening portion, the at least one auxiliary fastening portion being fastened to the storage box body at a position different from the position where the at least one auxiliary fastening portion is fastened to the pivot member.
5. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 3, having two of said stops integrally formed on either side of said support reinforcement to co-locate said seat in said open position.
6. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the storage box body has a joint portion, the seat is pivotally connected to the joint portion, and the storage box body is provided with a reinforcing rib portion at each of both sides of the joint portion.
7. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein each stop portion is provided with a support abutment surface on which a cushioning member is arranged to abut against the inner side wall of the seat cushion when the seat cushion is in the open position.
8. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 7, wherein the buffer is a structural body made of flexible material.
9. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the motorcycle storage box is viewed from the side, and when the seat cushion is in the closed position, the lower edge of the seat cushion is closer to the underside of the vehicle body than the lower edge of the buffer member.
10. A motorcycle storage box as claimed in claim 7, wherein the motorcycle storage box is viewed from the side, and when the seat cushion is in the closed position, the lower edge of the seat cushion is located closer to the underside of the vehicle body than the lower edge of the bumper member.
