Claims (9)

1. The edible fungus extract composition for improving sleep is characterized by comprising the following effective components in parts by weight: 5 to 20 parts of lucid ganoderma compound extract and 20 to 60 parts of hericium erinaceus compound extract.
2. The edible fungus extract composition for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following effective components in parts by weight: 8-15 parts of lucid ganoderma compound extract and 30-45 parts of hericium erinaceus compound extract.

The edible fungus extract composition for improving sleep as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the preparation of the ganoderma lucidum composite extract comprises the steps of: taking ganoderma lucidum sporocarp raw materials, selecting, removing impurities, crushing into 1-5 mm coarse powder, putting into an extraction tank, adding purified water with the volume 10-40 times that of the raw materials, heating, boiling, extracting for 2-3 hours, performing filter pressing to obtain water extraction filtrate and filter residue, putting the filter residue into the extraction tank again, adding edible alcohol with the mass fraction of 60-95% and the volume 5-20 times that of the raw materials, heating to 70-95 ℃, extracting for 2-3 hours, performing filter pressing to obtain alcohol extraction filtrate, performing reduced pressure concentration on the water extraction filtrate at 60-90 ℃, collecting water extraction concentrated solution, concentrating the alcohol extraction filtrate at 65-85 ℃, recovering alcohol and collecting alcohol extraction concentrated solution, combining the water extraction concentrated solution and the alcohol extraction concentrated solution, uniformly mixing, preheating for 30 minutes at 100 ℃, performing spray drying at the air inlet temperature of 160-200 ℃ and the air outlet temperature of 70-100 ℃, and collecting the ganoderma lucidum composite extract.

The sleep-improving edible fungus extract composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hericium erinaceus compound extract is prepared by the steps of: taking hericium erinaceus sporophore raw materials, selecting, removing impurities, crushing into 1-5 mm coarse powder, putting the coarse powder into an extraction tank, adding purified water with the volume 20-50 times that of the raw materials, heating, boiling, extracting for 2-3 hours, performing filter pressing to obtain water extraction filtrate and filter residues, putting the filter residues into the extraction tank again, adding edible alcohol with the mass fraction of 60-95% and the volume 10-30 times that of the raw materials, heating to 70-95 ℃, extracting for 2-3 hours, performing filter pressing to obtain alcohol extraction filtrate, performing reduced pressure concentration on the water extraction filtrate at 60-90 ℃, collecting the water extraction concentrated solution, concentrating the alcohol extraction filtrate at 65-85 ℃, recovering the alcohol and collecting the alcohol extraction concentrated solution, combining the water extraction concentrated solution and the alcohol extraction concentrated solution, uniformly mixing, preheating for 30 minutes at 100 ℃, performing spray drying at the air inlet temperature of 160-200 ℃ and the air outlet temperature of 70-100 ℃, and collecting the hericium erinaceus composite extract.

The edible fungus extract composition according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising, before the alcohol extraction of the residue: adding purified water into the filter residue of the lucid ganoderma or the filter residue of the hericium erinaceus obtained by filter pressing, extracting for 2-3 hours, then carrying out filter pressing again, and combining the filtrate obtained by the two water extractions.

The edible fungus extract composition according to claim 3 or 4, further comprising: and adding edible alcohol into the ganoderma lucidum filter residue or the hericium erinaceus filter residue obtained by filter pressing after alcohol extraction, extracting for 2-3 h, then carrying out filter pressing again, and combining the two alcohol extraction filtrates.
7. The edible fungus extract composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ganoderma lucidum composite extract polysaccharide content is 15-30%, and the total triterpene content is 2.5-5.5%.
8. The edible mushroom extract composition as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the hericium erinaceus compound extract contains 15-40% of polysaccharide and 1.5-4.0% of total triterpenoids.
9. Use of an edible fungus extract composition according to claim 1 for the preparation of an edible fungus extract preparation, wherein the preparation comprises a powder, a granule, a capsule or a tablet.
