Abstract
本申请提供一种信号传输器件及电子设备,涉及信号传输领域。本申请的信号传输器件包括由依次交替设置的金属层和绝缘介质层形成的多层布线结构;多层布线结构包括位于不同的金属层中的第一信号线和第二信号线;第一信号线位于第一金属层,第二信号线位于第二金属层,第一金属层与第二金属层之间间隔设置有多个金属层;第一信号线与第二信号线通过形成在多层布线结构中的空腔耦合,空腔侧壁包括多个第一金属过孔,且多个第一金属设置在第一信号线和第二信号线以外的区域;多个第一金属过孔均用于连接第一金属层中的金属参考面与第二金属层中的金属参考面。本申请的信号传输器件能够降低在多层布线结构中信号穿层时的插损。
