一种便于上下料的全自动免疫分析仪，包括：检测模块(3)；以及设置于检测模块(3)外周的取液模块(1)与上料模块(2)；其中，取液模块(1)包括：可抽拉的备料抽屉组件(11)；以及设置于备料抽组件(11)的上方的移动取液组件(12)；备料抽屉组件(11)包括：基座(111)；可活动的设于基座(111)上方的承托架(112)；固定安装于承托架(112)上方的支撑座(113)；以及料盘(117)，其设于支撑座(113)的上方。根据该全自动免疫分析仪，其可将料盘(117)移动至仪器外侧，便于对料盘(117)内的移液枪头进行填充或取出，同时可对移动过程进行限位，使得料盘(117)中的移液枪头可稳定移动，防止移液枪头损坏，进而提高工作效率。
