A frizzy skin-feel scratch-resistant coating and a preparation method thereof, which are basically the same as example 1, except that: the wetting dispersant BYK-2013 was replaced with an equal amount of digao 410. The stability of the formula is not good as that of the formula 1, when 410 is added, the formula can be uniformly dispersed in a short time, the viscosity is moderate, and the phenomenon of sedimentation and delamination can be generated after the formula is kept stand for 24 hours.

Claims (10)

1. A villous skin-touch scratch-resistant coating is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 30-80 wt% of light-cured resin, 1-5 wt% of photoinitiator, 15-50 wt% of solvent, 2-5 wt% of filler, 1-5 wt% of wetting dispersant and 1-5 wt% of surfactant.
2. The frizzy, skin-feel, scratch-resistant coating of claim 1, characterized in that the photocurable resin is a mixture of a high-functionality urethane acrylate and a low-functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate.
3. The frizzy, skin-feel, scratch-resistant coating of claim 2, characterized in that the high functionality urethane acrylate comprises one or more of 10 functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate, 9 functionality aromatic urethane acrylate, 15 functionality hyperbranched urethane acrylate, 9 functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate, 6 functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate; the low functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate includes one or more of 3 functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate, mono functionality aromatic urethane acrylate, mono functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate, 2 functionality aliphatic urethane acrylate.
4. The frizzy skin-feel scratch-resistant coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the photoinitiator comprises one or more of benzophenone, 2-hydroxy-2-methylphenylacetone, 2,4, 6-trimethylbenzoyl-diphenylphosphine oxide, 1-hydroxycyclohexylphenylketone, 2-isopropylthioxanthone.
5. The frizzy, skin-feel, scratch-resistant coating of claim 1, characterized in that the solvent comprises one or more of butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, butanone, n-butanol, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
6. The scratch-resistant fluffy skin-touch coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the filler is a mixture comprising silica powder, micron-sized talcum powder or micron-sized wax slurry.
7. The frizzy skin-feel scratch-resistant coating according to claim 6, characterized in that the micron-sized talc powder or the micron-sized wax slurry accounts for 50-90% of the total mass of the filler, and the silica powder accounts for 10-50% of the total mass of the filler.
8. The villous skin-touch scratch-resistant coating of claim 1, wherein the wetting and dispersing agent comprises one or more of BYK-2250, BYK-2159, BYK-111, BYK-2008 and BYK-2013.
9. The scratch resistant velvet skin paint of claim 1, wherein the surfactant comprises one or more of BYK-370, tego-410, BYK-320, BYK-345, BYK-310, BYK-333 and BYK-350.
10. A process for preparing a scratch resistant fluffy skin-feel coating according to claim 1, characterized in that the preparation steps are as follows:
step 1: weighing a solvent and a light-cured resin, stirring until the solvent and the light-cured resin are completely dissolved, and diluting the resin;
and 2, step: adding wetting dispersant and filler, and fully stirring;
and 3, step 3: adding a photoinitiator and a surfactant, and continuously stirring;
and 4, step 4: filtering to obtain the villus skin-touch scratch-resistant coating which is fully mixed and uniformly dispersed.
