The tomato fruit flavor mainly depends on the absolute content of soluble sugar and titratable acid, and is not related to the sugar-acid ratio greatly. Claims (10)
1. The V12 water-soluble fertilizer rich in biostimulant is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5-30% of amino acid, 5-20% of algin, 5-20% of potassium humate, 5-10% of urea, 10-40% of macroelement fertilizer, 7-12% of medium trace element fertilizer, 1-5% of fish protein peptide, 1-5% of chitosan derivative, 5-8% of tea saponin, 5-10% of chelating agent and the balance of water.
2. The V12 water-soluble fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein an aminopolysaccharide is used in place of the chitosan derivative.
3. The V12 water soluble fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein said chelating agent comprises ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate.
4. The preparation method of the V12 water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Dissolving the medium-trace element fertilizer, the potassium humate and the chelating agent in water for carrying out chelation reaction, and mixing the obtained chelation reaction liquid with the urea and the macroelement fertilizer to obtain a mixed solution;
(2) And (2) mixing and stirring the mixed solution in the step (1) with amino acid, algin, fish protein peptide, tea saponin and chitosan derivative or amino polysaccharide to obtain the V12 water-soluble fertilizer.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the stirring in step (2) is carried out at a temperature of 60 to 80 ℃ for 1 hour.
6. Use of the V12 water-soluble fertilizer of any one of claims 1 to 3 or the V12 water-soluble fertilizer obtained by the preparation method of claim 4 or 5 in plant cultivation.
7. The use of claim 6, wherein the plant comprises a melon, fruit, vegetable and spice crop.
8. The application of the V12 water-soluble fertilizer as claimed in claim 6, wherein the application method of the V12 water-soluble fertilizer comprises sprinkling irrigation, drip irrigation, spray irrigation or flood irrigation.
9. A method for increasing the yield and quality of a plant comprising the steps of: applying the V12 water-soluble fertilizer as defined in any one of claims 1-3 or the V12 water-soluble fertilizer obtained by the preparation method as defined in claim 4 or 5 in the growth period of plants.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein said applying comprises spraying, drip irrigation, sprinkling irrigation or flood irrigation, once every 7 to 15 days, for 2 to 3 consecutive applications;
spraying 500-1000 times of diluent of the V12 water soluble fertilizer during spraying;
500-1000 mL of the V12 water-soluble fertilizer is subjected to drop irrigation or spray irrigation per mu during the drop irrigation or spray irrigation;
and in the flood irrigation, 1000-1500 mL/mu of the V12 water-soluble fertilizer is irrigated in each mu of flood irrigation.
