The composite material is a main structural material of a modern large-scale aircraft, and the wire laying machine is carbon fiber composite material member laying and forming equipment. The prepreg roll used by the wire laying machine has a single strand length of about 1500M. When the prepreg coil is exhausted, the filaments are blocked, the filament bundles are cut continuously or other faults occur, the shutdown treatment is needed, the opening probability is affected, and the production efficiency is affected. In addition, when parts of different curvatures need to be produced, a different number or width of tows of the spinneret needs to be used. At present, the disassembly and the replacement of the wire laying head are inconvenient, the efficiency of material changing and fault handling is affected, and the processing efficiency is further affected.
Therefore, the invention provides a quick-change device and a wire laying machine.

The first plug 24 and the second plug 34 may be integrated plugs, which has good shielding property, and stable and reliable connection, and no unstable plug connection, stop, signal error or interference, etc.
In one embodiment, the base plate assembly 20 further includes a guide post 25, the guide post 25 is mounted on a surface of the base plate 21 away from the rotary drag chain assembly 10, the switch plate assembly 30 further includes a guide sleeve 35, and the guide post 25 is capable of being snapped into the guide sleeve 35. The spacer 11 and the outer connecting frame 12 are fixedly connected to the swing body 200, so as to protect the drag chain 14, the inner connecting frame 13 and the base plate assembly 20 are connected to the swing body 200 through the second screw 60, the drag chain 14 is used for protecting cables and air pipes and driving the cables and air pipes to rotate, and the rotation of 185 degrees of the laying head 300 can be adapted.
In an embodiment, the inner connecting frame 13 and the base plate 21 are connected by a screw 40, so that the assembly and disassembly are convenient, and the structure is simple.
In one embodiment, the side surface of the base plate 21 is provided with air holes, in which drawing pins 26 are inserted, the air holes are used for wire laying, and the drawing pins 26 are used for plugging the air holes.

The swinging main body 200 continues to move, so that the zero point positioner 22 is locked with the blind rivet 32 in the other switching plate assembly 30, the rubber sleeve 23 is in air circuit connection with the customized docking element 33 in the other switching plate assembly 30, the first plug 24 is in electric circuit connection with the second plug 34 in the other switching plate assembly 30, the replacement of the spinneret 300 is completed, finally, the power supply of the other spinneret 300 is started, and the air circuit is started again. The operation is simple, and one-key control operation can be realized through the electromagnetic valve.
