Description

Lucid ganoderma and dendrobium officinale anti-fatigue beverage
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of functional beverage processing. More particularly relates to an anti-fatigue beverage containing ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium officinale.
Background
The human body often feels fatigue after exercise, physical labor and working time are too long, even some people often feel tired even if the people do not do the activities, and the symptoms are mainly sleepiness, short breath, limb soreness, ache, tiredness, hypodynamia, cramp, slow action, poor coordination, poor accuracy, poor endurance quality and the like, so that the search for anti-fatigue products for daily use or taking is very important.
In addition to the lengthy exercise, physical labor and working time, medical experts believe that there are a variety of causes that cause fatigue in the human body: (1) mental factors: depression or other similar psychiatric disorders are the most common causes of fatigue in humans; (2) pharmaceutical factors: some thiazide diuretics and antidepressants disrupt the balance of the body, leading to a feeling of fatigue; (3) lack of motion: generally, a person has an illusion that fatigue can be avoided by considering that more rest and no movement exist, but the opposite fact is true, the lack of movement causes lack of excitation of the central nervous system of the person, muscle weakness and slow metabolism, and the person is easy to feel fatigue; (4) toxin accumulation in vivo: the physical strength is reduced when the detoxified organs of the body are busy in removing toxins accumulated in the body, and the toxins are caused by partial mercury element infiltration when foods containing pesticides or metal teeth are filled; (5) obesity: too high a body weight may increase the load on the human heart, resulting in a feeling of fatigue; (6) endocrine disorders: can cause the metabolism retardation of the human body and lead people to feel tired; (7) insufficient sleep: in general, a person who sleeps for less than 7 hours or sleeps late for a long time often feels tired.
At present, a lot of anti-fatigue products are available on the market, but most of anti-fatigue products are relatively complex in components, for example, the prior art provides a muscle-strengthening anti-fatigue composition which contains more than ten active ingredients such as kudzuvine root, coffee bean, peptide powder, chinese olive, poria cocos, dried longan pulp, ginseng, mulberry, lucid ganoderma, liquorice, taurine and the like, wherein the coffee bean can cause uncomfortable symptoms such as insomnia, acid regurgitation, heartburn and the like after being taken for a long time, and the composition is complex in components and relatively high in cost, which indicates that the composition is not suitable for daily taking. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an anti-fatigue product which has simple and safe components and low cost and can be taken daily.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides an anti-fatigue beverage containing ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium officinale for daily administration.
The above purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides an anti-fatigue beverage containing ganoderma lucidum and dendrobium officinale, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 to 5 parts of lucid ganoderma, 1 to 5 parts of dendrobium officinale, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of taurine, 0.01 to 0.05 part of nicotinic acid, 0.001 to 0.005 part of vitamin B, 1 to 5 parts of sour agent, 20 to 80 parts of sweetening agent and 900 to 1200 parts of water.
Ganoderma (Ganoderma lucidum (Curtis) P.Karst.) is a fungus of Ganoderma of Ganodermataceae. The fruiting body of Ganoderma lucidum is mainly annual, and a few of Ganoderma lucidum is perennial, with stalk and lateral small stalk. Ganoderma is a Chinese traditional famous and precious medicinal material for strengthening body resistance, consolidating constitution, nourishing, strengthening body constitution, invigorating qi, tranquilizing mind, relieving cough and asthma, and can be used for treating giddiness, insomnia, cardiopalmus, short breath, asthenia, cough and asthma, etc. The book Jing cloud: "governing deafness, benefiting joints, keeping spirit, benefiting essence and qi, strengthening bones and muscles, and improving color". According to modern pharmacological research, the lucid ganoderma has the following functions and efficacies: (1) sedation, anticonvulsant: 5-10 g/kg of ganoderma lucidum and spore alcohol-water extracts thereof are respectively injected into abdominal cavities of mice to obviously inhibit the spontaneous activity of the mice and slightly relax muscles; after 30g/kg of ganoderma lucidum and spore alcohol-water extracts thereof are respectively injected into abdominal cavities of mice, the pentobarbital sleep time can be prolonged, the central inhibition effects of reserpine, chlorpromazine and the like can be obviously enhanced, the central excitation effect of the amphetamine is obviously antagonized, and the convulsion of the mice caused by nicotine can be obviously resisted at the same time; (2) enhancing learning and memory ability: 2.5g/kg of ganoderma alcohol-water extract is injected into the abdominal cavity of a mouse, and the Y maze test proves that the ganoderma alcohol-water extract can improve the learning and memory functions of the mouse; (3) enhancing immunity: the few ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can not only increase the cellular immunity, humoral immunity and nonspecific immunity of normal mice, but also antagonize the low immune function caused by immunosuppressant, antitumor drug, stress and aging, so that the immune function is recovered to normal or nearly normal level, the action mechanism of the few ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can enhance the activity of lymphocyte DNA polymerase and promote the synthesis of lymphocyte DNA, thereby promoting the proliferation of lymphocyte and increasing the synthesis and secretion of IL-2, and the like, and the research in recent years finds that the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can quickly increase the cAMP concentration in macrophages of the mice to trigger the immune function of the mice; (4) promoting the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein: the effects of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide such as promoting protein synthesis, improving hematopoietic function, inducing cytochrome P450 and the like are beneficial to enhancing the defense function of the organism; the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide regulates the metabolic function of cells through the influence on the metabolism of nucleic acid and protein, and the function is probably one of the important mechanisms for strengthening the body resistance and consolidating the constitution; (5) delaying senescence: the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide can obviously prolong the life of fruit flies, rapidly remove free radicals and prolong the capability of division and metabolism of in vitro subculture cells, which suggests that the functions of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide such as immunoregulation, promotion of nucleic acid protein anabolism and the like are the action mechanism of the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide for delaying senescence.
Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo) with upright stem, cylindrical shape, length of 9-35 cm, thickness of 2-4 mm, no branching and multiple sections; the second row of leaves, paper, long round and needle-shaped, the edge and middle rib are often purplish. The dendrobium officinale has the following effects and pharmacological effects: (1) enhancing immunity: traditional Chinese medicine considers that yin and yang balance, qi and blood are smooth, a human body is in a healthy state, and if yin and yang are imbalanced, a plurality of diseases are clustered; the Liang Dynasty pottery Hongjing says that the dendrobium is in 'replenishing essence and supplementing the interior and totally deficient', the Qing Dynasty Xuda Toona emphasizes that the main function of the dendrobium is in 'tonifying kidney yin and calming the nerves, and is a special medicine for treating yin deficiency caused by heat inclusion', pharmacological studies show that the dendrobium officinale has an enhancement effect on non-specific and specific immunity, and can improve the yin deficiency symptom of a human body and improve the immunity of the organism; (2) auxiliary blood sugar reduction: the traditional Chinese medicine refers to a disease with the main symptoms of polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, body emaciation after long-term use or sweetness of urine as diabetes, and the diabetes comprises diabetes mellitus; diabetesThe disease is caused by the basic pathogenesis of kidney yin deficiency and lung and stomach dryness heat, the pathological characteristics of qi and yin deficiency, and the treatment method proposed in Huangdi's internal classic is mainly ' nourishing yin, promoting the production of body fluid and balancing yin and yang '; the book Ben Cao Zheng Yun: dendrobe has the effects of annealing, nourishing yin and relieving restlessness, 823060, 8230and relieving thirst and heat and sweat, and is recorded in Chinese medicine dictionary for clearing heat and nourishing yin, is used for treating fever impairment and thirst, and is a special medicine for treating diabetes since ancient times; pharmacological research shows that the dendrobium officinale can reduce the blood sugar of an epinephrine hyperglycemia mouse, increase the content of hepatic glycogen, reduce the blood sugar of a diabetes rat induced by streptozotocin, increase the level of serum insulin and reduce the level of pancreatic hyperglycemia, and shows that the dendrobium officinale has obvious blood sugar reducing effect on the two models; (3) antioxidation: traditional Chinese medicine has many researches on aging, which are pointed out in Huangdi's internal classic: forty years later, and the self-half of yin qi and the decline of life-span, the subsequent students conclude the theories of yin deficiency generating fire and aging, and the theories of body fluid deficiency generating dryness and aging, which all indicate that the theory of nourishing yin and generating body fluid is the essential method for delaying aging; the dendrobium which is recorded in the compendium of materia medica can lighten the body and prolong the life of the dendrobium, namely 82308230, tonify the kidney and benefit the strength and strengthen the muscles and bones, and the dendrobium which is recorded in the compendium of materia medica, namely the dendrobium is proved to have the function of delaying senility by thickly taking the intestines and the stomach, lightening the body and prolonging the life for a long time; the modern medical research provides the theory of 'aging caused by free radicals', the human aging is considered to be closely related to free radical oxidation, and the dendrobium officinale polysaccharide has the inhibition effect on liver microsome lipid peroxidation, has stronger functions of clearing hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anions and has the effect of H 2 O 2 The induced erythrocyte oxidation hemolysis also has a certain protective effect; the dendrobium officinale shows good antioxidant effect, and the effect of delaying senescence is laterally verified; (4) relieving physical fatigue: the records of the dendrobe for tonifying the five internal organs and consumptive disease and weakness in Shennong's herbal Jing and Ben Cao gang mu, and the records of the dendrobe for tonifying the five internal organs and consumptive disease and weakness in Ri Hua Zi Ben Cao, the medicine nature treatise on nourishing kidney qi and benefiting strength, the Ben Cao gang mu Shi Yi (overstrain) and the Ben Cao Bei Yao (supplement of consumptive disease) indicate that the dendrobe has the effects of resisting fatigue and strengthening the body; modern research shows thatThe dendrobium officinale can obviously prolong the weight bearing swimming time of mice, reduce the levels of blood lactic acid and creatine kinase, improve the exercise endurance and accelerate the elimination of fatigue; (5) improving the gastrointestinal function: the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the spleen and the stomach are the acquired root and the stomach is the sea of the food, and the spleen and the stomach mainly receive, decay and mature the food and the food essence and qi are transformed by the spleen to nourish the whole body; the stomach is yang earth, which is pleased with moistening and disliking dryness; the Shennong Bencao Jing records that the stomach and intestine is taken thickly for a long time, the Liang Dynasty pottery hong Jing Yun Shi is capable of balancing stomach qi and growing muscles, and the Ben Cao Xin considers that the dendrobe special is capable of regulating stomach qi and clearing stomach fire, so the Shennong Ben Cao Jing is called as a gastrointestinal drug; modern pharmacological experiments also prove that the dendrobium candidum crystal prepared by taking the dendrobium candidum as the main raw material can obviously promote gastric secretion of rats, increase gastric acid and pepsin output, enhance small intestine propulsion of mice and soften excrement.
