Abstract
本申请提供了一种组播/广播业务的通信方法和装置,该方法包括:网络设备获取终端的参考位置信息,该参考位置信息用于表征该终端的参考位置;当该终端的参考位置位于第一组播/广播业务的服务区域内,该网络设备触发该终端的目标接入网设备为该终端分配或建立传输该第一组播/广播业务的数据资源,当该终端的参考位置位于第一组播/广播业务的服务区域之外,该网络设备触发该终端的目标接入网设备不为该终端分配或建立传输该第一组播/广播业务的数据资源。本申请提供的方法,通过对区域组播/广播业务的会话管理,可以保障当终端由于移动进入业务区域或者移出业务区域时,核心网网元与接入网设备进行动态灵活的交互,有效的节省网络资源。
