In addition, the "upward extension portion 11" of the present embodiment is provided in a substantially vertical direction, and is therefore referred to as a "vertical massage member 11".
In the present embodiment, the massage member 6 (the 1 st treatment tool) is formed in a substantially L-shape (shoe shape) in a side view so as to extend along the lower limb L connecting from the calf C to the foot F. The massage member 6 is provided in the insertion recess 4.
That is, the massage member 6 includes: a pair of left and right horizontal massage members 10 which are provided so as to sandwich the feet F and which provide a massage operation to the feet F; and a pair of right and left vertical massage members 11 which are provided so as to sandwich the calf C and which apply a massage action to the calf C. The massage device 6 is provided with a vertical massage device 11 above the horizontal massage device 10.
The horizontal massage member 10 is provided in the housing 2 so as to protrude in a substantially horizontal direction and in a forward direction. That is, the horizontal massage member 10 is formed to protrude forward from the base end side of the massage member 6.
The horizontal massage member 10 has a shape covering the foot F from the side, and covers the toe T on the front end side and the heel H on the rear end side. A pair of horizontal massage members 10 are provided on the left and right. The horizontal massage member 10 gives a massage operation of pinching the foot F inserted into the insertion recess 4 so as to be pressed from the outside and the inside.
The vertical massage member 11 is provided in the housing 2 so as to project in a substantially vertical direction and in an upward direction. That is, the vertical massage member 11 is formed to rise upward from the base end side of the massage member 6.
The vertical massage member 11 is shaped to cover the calf C from the side. A pair of vertical massage members 11 are provided on the left and right. The vertical massage member 11 gives a massage action of pinching the calf C inserted into the insertion recess 4 from the outside and the inside by pressing.
A conversion unit 9 for converting the rotational driving force of the rotary shaft 7 into the swinging motion of the massage member 6 is provided at the base end (center in the longitudinal direction) of the massage member 6 in the present embodiment. That is, the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11 of the present embodiment are coupled with the conversion part 9 interposed therebetween.
The massage member 6 includes: an inner massage member 6a pressed in an outward direction with respect to the lower limbs L; and an outer massage member 6b which faces the inner massage member 6a and is pressed inward with respect to the lower limbs L.
The inner massage member 6a and the outer massage member 6b are configured to have the same shoe shape (substantially L-shaped) and are arranged at a predetermined interval by being inverted in the left-right direction (mirror-inverted) because they sandwich the lower limbs L from the sides.
For example, in the case of the left foot (left lower limb L), the inner massage member 6a is pressed in the outward direction (left direction) while being in contact with the inner side of the left foot. The outer massage member 6b is pressed inward (rightward) while contacting the outer side of the left foot.
On the other hand, in the case of the right foot (right lower limb L), the inner massage member 6a is pressed in the outward direction (right direction) while being in contact with the inside of the right foot. The outer massage member 6b is pressed inward (leftward) while contacting the outer side of the right foot.
The inner massage member 6a includes: a horizontal massage member 10a which is provided so as to be in contact with the inner side (thumb side) of the foot F and which is pressed in an outward direction toward the inner side of the foot F; and a vertical massage member 11a which is provided to contact the inner side of the calf C and is pressed in an outward direction against the inner side of the calf C.
The outer massage member 6b includes: a horizontal massage member 10b which is provided so as to contact the outer side (little finger side) of the foot F and which is pressed inward toward the outer side of the foot F; and a vertical massage member 11b which is provided in contact with the outer side of the calf C and which is pressed inward toward the outer side of the calf C.
If the medial horizontal massage member 10a and the lateral horizontal massage member 10b approach to sandwich the foot F, the medial vertical massage member 11a and the lateral vertical massage member 11b are separated to release the sandwiching of the calf C. Next, if the inner horizontal massage member 10a and the outer horizontal massage member 10b are separated and the sandwiching of the feet F is released, the inner vertical massage member 11a and the outer vertical massage member 11b approach each other to sandwich the calf C.
In this way, by alternately repeating the approaching and separating of the inner horizontal massage member 10a and the outer horizontal massage member 10b and the approaching and separating of the inner vertical massage member 11a and the outer vertical massage member 11b, the inner massage member 6a and the outer massage member 6b (the 1 st treatment device) perform the "massaging and massaging" of massaging in a sandwiched manner on the lower limb L (the 1 st treatment unit) from the foot F to the calf C. Further, since the pressing massage member 12 moves together with the horizontal massage member 10a, the treatment tool 13 performs press-in pressing massage on the sole U at a constant interval.
The rotating shaft 7 is a long shaft member, and 1 is provided so that the axial center thereof faces in the horizontal direction. The rotary shaft 7 is supported by the support members 5a and 5b via bearings (not shown). The rotary shaft 7 is provided to penetrate the base end sides of the pair of left and right massage members 6 in the left-right direction.
As shown in fig. 5, the rotation axis 7 is provided between the seat massage region (2 nd massage region) and the lower limb massage region (1 st massage region) in a side view. That is, the seat massage area is located forward of the rotation shaft 7, and the seat massage area is located rearward of the rotation shaft 7.
A pressing massage member 12 for applying a pressing massage operation to the sole U such as the arch of the foot is provided on the left and/or right side of the horizontal massage member 10. The pressing massage member 12 is formed in an arm shape extending from one side to the other side so as to correspond to the sole U of the foot F inserted into the insertion recess 4.
Further, the position of the pressing massage member 12 in the front-rear direction can be changed. This allows the foot F to be sized. Further, a spherical treatment tool 13 is attached to the distal end of the pressing massage member 12. The treatment tool 13 applies a pressing massage operation such as a strong pushing operation with a thumb or the like to the sole U. The treatment tool 13 may be rotatably attached to the pressing massage member 12.
That is, the pressing massage member 12 is integrated with the horizontal massage member 10, and in conjunction with the massage operation in which the horizontal massage member 10 sandwiches the foot F from the side, the operation of pressing the treatment instrument 13 upward while approaching the sole U and thereafter separating the treatment instrument from the sole U is repeated.
In the present embodiment, the pressing massage member 12 is attached integrally with the inner horizontal massage member 10a, but may be attached to the outer horizontal massage member 10b.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the massage driving unit 8 (swing mechanism) rotationally drives the rotary shaft 7, and the rotational driving force of the rotary shaft 7 is converted into a swing motion by the conversion unit 9, so that the massage member 6 (1 st treatment tool) including the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11 performs a massage motion.
The massage drive unit 8 includes a drive motor 14. That is, the massage drive unit 8 includes: a drive motor 14 that generates a rotational drive force; and a gear box 15 that reduces the rotational driving force to a predetermined speed and transmits the reduced rotational driving force to the rotary shaft 7. The massage driving unit 8 is supported by the support member 5b.
The drive motor 14 is provided at a vertically intermediate portion in the housing 4 between the right inner side massage member 6a and the left inner side massage member 6a (substantially at the center in the housing 2), and the rotary drive shaft 14a is provided so as to protrude downward. A gear box 15 is provided below the drive motor 14.
A rotary drive shaft 14a is inserted into the gear box 15, and a plurality of gears 15a are stored therein. The gear case 15 is provided with a rotation shaft 7 penetrating in the left-right direction. That is, the rotational driving force of the driving motor 14 is output from the rotational driving shaft 14a, is reduced to a predetermined speed by the front gear box 15, and is transmitted to the rotary shaft 7.
The switching portions 9 are provided on the base end sides of the pair of massage members 6, respectively. In the present embodiment, the switch 9 is provided so as to be located forward of the base ends of the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11.
In the present embodiment, the switch 9 is provided at the base end (between the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11) which is the bent portion of the massage member 6 formed in a substantially L-shape (shoe shape). The conversion part 9 converts the rotational driving force of the rotary shaft 7 into the swinging motion of the massage member 6 (the 1 st treatment tool) (the approaching and separating motion of the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11).
The conversion unit 9 has: a rotary boss portion 16 rotatably attached to the rotary shaft 7 and rotating integrally with the rotary shaft 7; an annular fitting portion 17 provided on the proximal end side of the massage member 6 and externally fitted to the rotary boss portion 16; and a restricting unit 18 for restricting the rotation of the massage member 6 and the rotation shaft 7 in unison.
The rotary shaft 7 penetrates the rotary boss portion 16, and the rotary boss portion 16 rotates together with the rotary shaft 7. A cam surface is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary boss portion 16. In the present embodiment, the cam surface is inclined with respect to the rotation axis 7. That is, the rotary boss portion 16 rotates obliquely with respect to the axial center of the rotary shaft 7.
The inclination of the rotary boss portion 16 (cam surface) is inclined in a direction opposite to each other (for example, in a V-shape in front view) between the inner massage member 6a and the outer massage member 6b provided in the housing 2. The inclination of the rotary boss portion 16 (cam surface) can be appropriately changed.
The annular fitting portion 17 is formed on the proximal end side of the massage member 6, and is fitted to the rotary boss portion 16 in a relatively rotatable state. The massage member 6 performs a swinging motion by the inclined rotation of the rotary boss portion 16 externally fitted to the annular fitting portion 17.
The restricting portion 18 restricts the rotation of the annular fitting portion 17 together with the rotary boss portion 16. The restriction portion 18 is provided in front of the annular fitting portion 17. The restriction portion 18 has: a regulation pin 19 provided to protrude forward from the annular fitting portion 17; and a restriction groove 20 provided in the housing 2, the restriction pin 19 being slidably fitted into the restriction groove 20 in the left-right direction.
The conversion unit 9 having the above configuration converts the rotational driving force of the rotary shaft 7 into the swinging motion of the massage member 6 which repeats the following motions: when the pair of horizontal massage members 10 are brought close to each other, the pair of vertical massage members 11 are separated, and thereafter, the horizontal massage members 10 are separated and the vertical massage members 11 are brought close to each other.
That is, the conversion unit 9 converts the rotational driving force of the rotating shaft 7 into the swinging motion of the massage member 6 (the 1 st treatment device), so that the pair of left and right horizontal massage members 10 give the sandwiching massage to the foot F (the 1 st treatment device), and the pair of left and right vertical massage members 11 give the sandwiching massage to the calf L (the 1 st treatment device) by tilting.
At this time, the pressing massage member 12 swings together with the movement of the horizontal massage member 10, and applies a pressing massage movement such as a finger pressure toward the upper side to the sole U.
In the present embodiment, the seat massage area (2 nd massage area) is disposed before the lower limb massage area (1 st massage area). The seat massage area is formed on the front side of the housing 2 and serves as an area on which a user can sit.
The case 2 of the present embodiment includes a partition plate. The partition plate has a chair shape having a seat 21 on which a user can sit and a backrest 22 provided at the rear of the seat 21 and on which the user can lean.
That is, a seat 21 is provided at a front lower portion of the housing 2. The seat 21 is substantially flat and has a width that allows a user to sit thereon. A backrest 22 is provided at the rear of the seat 21. The backrest portion 22 has a width that a user can lean on. The backrest 22 is inclined rearward.
The seat 21 and the backrest 22 are a seat massage area. The seat massage area is formed in the front part of the backrest part 22 (partition plate), and includes the 2 nd treatment members (rear treatment members 29, side treatment members 35, and lower treatment members 37).
In the present embodiment, the backrest portion 22 has a height that can support the waist W (lower portion of the back B) of the user seated on the seat portion 21. The height of the backrest portion 22 (the casing 2) may be a height that can support the upper portion (for example, the shoulders) of the back B of the user seated on the seat 21.
That is, in the present embodiment, the following configuration is adopted: the 1 st treatment member (massage member 6) is located on the rear side (one side) of the partition plate (seat 21 and backrest 22) provided so as to extend in the left-right direction, and the 2 nd treatment member (rear treatment member 29, side treatment member 35, lower treatment member 37) is located on the front side (the other side) of the partition plate (seat 21 and backrest 22).
The housing 2 accommodates a seat massage mechanism 23 for massaging at least the upper body (back B, waist W, waist S, buttocks a, etc.) of the user and a massage drive unit 8 for driving the seat massage mechanism 23.
The massage drive unit 8 of the present embodiment drives the seat massage mechanism 23 and the lower limb massage mechanism 3 together.
The seat massage mechanism 23 performs a massage of pressing and rubbing at least one of the back B, the waist W, the waist S, and the buttocks a (the 2 nd treatment site) of the user in the seat massage area.
The seat massage mechanism 23 of the present embodiment includes: a back massage unit 24 that massages the back B or the waist W by pushing the back toward the front; a side massage part 25 for massaging the waist part S by pressing from the outside to the inside; and a lower massage part 26 for massaging the hip part a by pushing it from below to above.
That is, on the front side (the other side) of the housing 2, the 2 nd treatment parts (the buttocks a, the waist W, the back B, and the like) are massaged by the 2 nd treatment tools (the rear treatment tools 29, the side treatment tools 35, the lower treatment tools 37) provided at the edge of the swing mechanism (the massage member 6) and protruding from the openings (the hole parts 27a to 27 d) of the partition plate (the seat part 21 and the backrest part 22).
The rear massage part 24 is provided to protrude forward from a hole 27a (opening) provided in an upper portion of the backrest part 22 (partition plate). The rear massage section 24 includes a rear arm member 28 attached to an edge of the massage member 6 (swing mechanism), and a rear treatment tool 29 (No. 2 treatment tool) provided at a tip end of the rear arm member 28.
As shown in fig. 7, the rear arm member 28 of the present embodiment is attached to the vertical massage member 11a of the inner massage member 6a. Specifically, the rear arm member 28 is attached to the inner vertical massage member 11a so as to protrude forward and obliquely upward.
If the inner vertical massage member 11a swings in the left-right direction, the rear arm member 28 swings in the left-right direction together with it. The back arm member 28 is rotatably supported by a support member 30 provided at the front edge of the inner vertical massage member 11a. In the present embodiment, the support member 30 is a separate member, and rotatably supports the back arm member 28 while sandwiching it from the left-right direction.
The rear treatment members 29 (the 2 nd treatment member) are formed in a spherical shape and are provided at the tip ends of the rear arm members 28 so as to protrude forward and obliquely upward. The rear treatment members 29 are provided at positions that come into contact with the back B or the waist W of the user who leans on the backrest portion 22. If the rear arm members 28 swing in the left-right direction, the rear treatment members 29 swing in the left-right direction in accordance with the swing.
At the base end of the rear arm member 28, a shaft member 31 is provided. The shaft member 31 is disposed such that the axial center thereof faces in the left-right direction. The shaft member 31 is fitted into a hole 32 formed in the support member 30. The shaft member 31 is rotatably supported by the hole 32, and the rear arm member 28 is rotatably supported in the vertical direction (around the axial center of the shaft member 31) with respect to the support member 30.
Further, a spring member 33 is attached to the shaft member 31. The spring member 33 supports the rear arm member 28 in a forward and obliquely upward projecting manner. The spring member 33 rotates the rear arm member 28 when a load equal to or greater than a predetermined value is applied, and returns the rear arm member 28 to the original position by a reaction force when the load is removed.
For example, when massaging the back B or the waist W, the spring member 33 rotates the rear arm members 28 in the vertical direction, and smoothly moves the rear treatment tools 29 attached to the rear arm members 28 along the back B or the waist W.
The spring member 33 also rotates the rear arm members 28 to release the load so that the pressing-in of the rear treatment tools 29 is not excessively strong, and the pressing-in is slightly weakened to suppress pain in the back B, the waist W, and the like. Further, even when a load of a predetermined value or more is applied, the spring member 33 rotates the back arm member 28 to release the load, thereby preventing damage to the back arm member 28.
In the back rest part 22 of the seat massage area, the rear arm members 28 are swung together with the vertical massage member 11a (inner massage member 6 a) so that the rear treatment tools 29 (2 nd treatment tools) perform a massage by rubbing while pressing the back B, waist W, etc. (2 nd treatment parts) of the user from the rear to the front by finger pressure.
In the present embodiment, the back arm member 28 is attached to the upper side of the front edge of the vertical massage member 11a, but the attachment position thereof can be appropriately changed. The rear arm members 28 are provided one (one on the left and right sides), but may be provided two on the upper and lower sides (two on the left and two on the right) as in the lower arm members 36 described later.
In the present embodiment, the rear treatment tools 29 are attached to the vertical massage member 11a (massage member 6 a) via the rear arm members 28, but may be directly attached to the vertical massage member 11a (massage member 6 a).
The side massage part 25 is provided to protrude forward from a hole part 27b (opening) provided in a lower part of the backrest part 22 (partition plate). The side massage part 25 includes side arm members 34 attached to the edge of the massage member 6 (swing mechanism), and side treatment tools 35 (No. 2 treatment tools) provided at the tips of the side arm members 34.
The side arm members 34 of the present embodiment are attached to the vertical massage member 11b of the outer massage member 6b. In detail, the side arm members 34 are attached to the lower side of the front edge of the outer vertical massage member 11b. The side arm members 34 are attached to the outer vertical massage member 11b so as to project forward and obliquely upward. If the outer vertical massage member 11b swings in the left-right direction, the side arm members 34 swing in the left-right direction along with this.
The side treatment members 35 (2 nd treatment member) are attached to the top ends of the side arm members 34. That is, the side treatment tools 35 are provided so as to protrude forward from the distal ends of the side arm members 34. The side treatment members 35 are formed in a rectangular shape in side view.
In addition, the side treatment members 35 are formed in a shape protruding inward. The side treatment elements 35 are provided at positions that come into contact with the waist side S of the user who leans against the backrest 22. That is, the side massage part 25 is formed in a shape bent forward in a side view.
The distance between the pair of left and right side massage portions 25 is substantially the same as the width of the upper body (waist W) of the user. That is, the user seated on the seat 21 leans on the backrest 22 so as to enter between the pair of left and right side massage portions 25.
In the side massage part 25, the side arm members 34 are swung together with the outer vertical massage member 11b (outer massage member 6 b) in the backrest part 22 of the seat massage area, and the side treatment tools 35 (2 nd treatment tool) having an inwardly expanded shape perform a "press-in massage" in which the waist side S (2 nd treatment part) of the user is pressed from the outside toward the inside.
In the present embodiment, the side arm members 34 are attached to the lower side of the front edge of the vertical massage member 10b, but the attachment positions thereof can be changed as appropriate. For example, the side arm members 34 (the side massage portions 25) may be attached to the upper edge of the outer horizontal massage member 10b. The side treatment members 35 may be provided with a balloon that repeats inflation and deflation.
In the present embodiment, the side treatment members 35 are attached to the vertical massage member 11b (massage member 6 b) via the side arm members 34, but may be directly attached to the vertical massage member 11b (massage member 6 b).
The lower massage part 26 is provided to protrude upward from the holes 27c and 27d (openings) provided in the seat part 21 (partition plate). The lower massage part 26 includes a lower arm member 36 attached to an edge of the massage member 6 (oscillating mechanism), and a lower treatment element 37 (No. 2 treatment element) provided at a distal end of the lower arm member 36.
As shown in fig. 8, the lower arm member 36 of the present embodiment is attached to the horizontal massage member 10a of the inner massage member 6a. In addition, two lower arm members 36 are provided in the front and rear. The lower arm member 36a on the front side projects upward from a hole 27c provided in the front portion of the seat 21. The rear lower arm member 36b protrudes upward from a hole 27d provided in the rear portion of the seat 21.
Specifically, the front lower arm member 36a is attached to the tip of the inner horizontal massage member 10a. The lower arm member 36a is provided so as to protrude upward and obliquely forward.
On the other hand, the rear lower arm member 36b is attached to a longitudinal middle portion of the inner horizontal massage member 10a. The lower arm member 36b is provided so as to protrude upward and obliquely rearward.
If the inner horizontal massage member 10a swings in the left-right direction, the lower arm members 36 swing in the left-right direction together therewith. The lower arm members 36 are rotatably supported by a support member 38 provided at the front edge of the inner horizontal massage member 10a. In the present embodiment, the support member 38 is a separate member, and rotatably supports the lower arm members 36a and 36b by sandwiching them from the left and right directions.
The lower treatment tool 37a (2 nd treatment tool) is formed in a spherical shape and is provided at the tip of the front lower arm member 36a. The lower treatment tools 37a are provided so as to protrude upward and obliquely forward.
On the other hand, the lower treatment members 37b (2 nd treatment member) are formed in a spherical shape and are provided at the distal ends of the lower arm members 36b on the rear side. The lower treatment tools 37b are provided so as to protrude upward and obliquely rearward.
The lower treatment tools 37 are disposed at positions that contact the buttocks a of the user seated on the seat 21. If the lower arm members 36 swing in the left-right direction, the lower treatment members 37 swing in the left-right direction together therewith.
A shaft member 39a is provided at the base end of the front lower arm member 36a. The shaft member 39a is disposed such that its axial center is oriented in the left-right direction. The shaft member 39a is fitted into a hole 40a formed in the front side of the support member 38. The shaft member 39a is rotatably supported by the hole 40a, and the front lower arm member 36a is rotatably supported in the vertical direction (around the axial center of the shaft member 39 a) with respect to the support member 38.
A shaft member 39b is provided at the base end of the rear lower arm member 36b. The shaft member 39b is disposed with its axial center facing in the left-right direction. The shaft member 39b is fitted into a hole 40b formed in the rear side of the support member 38. The shaft member 39b is rotatably supported by the hole 40b, and the lower arm member 36b on the rear side is rotatably supported in the vertical direction (around the axial center of the shaft member 39 b) with respect to the support member 38.
The shaft member 39a is attached with a spring member 41a. The spring member 41a supports the front lower arm member 36a in an upward and obliquely forward projecting manner. The spring member 41a rotates the front lower arm member 36a if a load equal to or greater than a predetermined value is applied, and returns the front lower arm member 36a to the original position by a reaction force if the load is removed.
Further, a spring member 41b is attached to the shaft member 39b. The spring member 41b supports the rear lower arm member 36b in a projecting manner upward and obliquely rearward. The spring member 41b rotates the rear lower arm member 36b if a load equal to or greater than a predetermined value is applied, and returns the rear lower arm member 36b to the original position by a reaction force if the load is removed.
For example, when the spring members 41a and 41b massage the buttocks a, the lower arm members 36a and 36b are rotated in the front-rear direction, and the lower treatment tools 37a and 37b attached to the lower arm members 36a and 36b are smoothly moved along the buttocks a.
The spring members 41a and 41b also rotate the lower arm members 36a and 36b to release the load so that the pressing-in of the lower treatment members 37a and 37b is not excessively strong, and the pressing-in is slightly weakened to suppress pain in the buttocks a. When a load equal to or greater than a predetermined value is applied, the spring members 41a and 41b also rotate the lower arm members 36a and 36b to release the load, thereby preventing damage to the lower arm members 36a and 36b.
In the lower massage section 26, the lower arm members 36a and 36b swing together with the horizontal massage member 10a (the inner massage member 6 a) in the seat 21 of the seat massage area, and the lower treatment tools 37a and 37b (the 2 nd treatment tool) perform massage by rubbing while pressing the buttocks a and the like (the 2 nd treatment section) of the user from below to above with finger pressure.
In the present embodiment, the lower arm member 36 is attached to the front edge (distal end side) of the horizontal massage member 10a, but the attachment position thereof can be appropriately changed. The lower arm member 36 is provided with two members in the front and rear (two members on the left and two members on the right), but may be provided with one member (one member on the left and one member on the right) as in the rear arm member 28 described above.
In the present embodiment, the lower treatment tool 37 is attached to the horizontal massage member 10a (massage member 6 a) via the lower arm members 36, but may be directly attached to the horizontal massage member 10a (massage member 6 a).
[ 2 nd embodiment ]
Next, a 2 nd embodiment of the massage machine according to the present invention will be described.
Fig. 9 to 11 are views showing a massage machine 1 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, the configuration of the massage machine 1 according to embodiment 2 is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1 (see fig. 1 to 8, etc.).

The same applies to the point where the lower arm member 36 is attached to the horizontal massage member 10a of the inner massage member 6a. The points of the front and rear lower arm members 36a and 36b are the same. That is, the same applies to the points where the lower treatment members 37a and the lower treatment members 37b are provided in the front and rear.
In addition, the following points are also the same: the seat massage area is formed in the front part of the backrest part 22 (partition plate), and includes the 2 nd treatment tools (rear treatment tools 29, side treatment tools 35, and lower treatment tools 37).
However, in embodiment 2, the configuration of the opening (insertion recess 4) of the lower limb massage area is greatly different from that of embodiment 1. That is, the opening (insertion recess 4) of the lower limb massage area is largely different from the opening formed in the forward opening shape so that the lower limb L of the user can be inserted from the front.
In detail, the insertion recess 4 (opening) of the present embodiment is formed on the front surface of the housing 2 so as to open forward and upward. The insertion recess 4 is an opening that is long in the vertical direction. A pair of insertion recesses 4) are provided in parallel at a left-right separation on the front side of the housing 2. A lining material (not shown) is provided inside the insertion recess 4. The left and right lower limbs L (calf C to foot F) can be fitted into the pair of left and right insertion recesses 4 from the front.
In embodiment 2, the arrangement of the rotary shaft 7 is greatly different from that of embodiment 1 in a side view.
As shown in fig. 11, the rotation shaft 7 is disposed rearward of the lower limb massage area (forward of the rear wall surface of the housing 2) in a side view. That is, the lower limb massage area is located forward of the rotation shaft 7, and the seat massage area is located forward of the lower limb massage area.
In addition, in embodiment 2, the method of attaching the rear arm member 28 and the lower arm member 36 is greatly different from that of embodiment 1. That is, the back arm member 28 is attached to the vertical massage member 11a (inner massage member 6 a) in a fixed state. The lower arm member 36 is attached to the horizontal massage member 10a in a fixed state.
However, the rear arm members 28 and the lower arm members 36 in the present embodiment are formed of elastic members that are slightly bent if a predetermined load is applied, instead of the spring members 33 and 41 in embodiment 1. In addition, similarly, the rear treatment members 29 and the lower treatment members 37 are also formed of slightly curved elastic members.
[ working forms ]
The operation of the massage machine 1 according to the present invention will be described below.
First, the operation mode of the lower limb massage mechanism 3 will be explained.
The user sits on a general chair or the like, and inserts the lower limbs L (the 1 st treatment site) into the insertion recess 4 (the opening of the lower limb massage area) of the massage machine 1 placed in front of the chair.
In the case of the massage machine 1 according to embodiment 1, the user inserts the lower limbs L into the insertion recess 4 from behind. In the case of the massage machine 1 according to embodiment 2, the user inserts the lower limbs L into the insertion recess 4 from the front.
Here, if the user turns ON the power supply of the massage machine 1, the lower limb massage mechanism 3 is activated. The drive motor 14 of the massage drive portion 8 outputs a rotational drive force to the gear box 15 via the rotational drive shaft 14 a. When the rotational driving force is input to the gear box 15, the rotational driving force is reduced to a predetermined speed by the plurality of gears 15a and transmitted to the rotating shaft 7.
If the rotary shaft 7 rotates, the conversion part 9 converts the rotary driving force into the swing motion of the massage member 6 (1 st treatment member) (the approaching and separating motion of the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11). By the rotation of the rotary shaft 7, the front ends of the pair of horizontal massage members 10a and 10b approach each other, and the toe T (toe tip) is sandwiched by being pushed in from the side. At this time, the longitudinal middle portions and the rear ends of the horizontal massage members 10a and 10b are separated from each other. That is, the heel H side is not pressed in.
On the other hand, the upper ends of the pair of vertical massage members 11a, 11b are slightly separated. That is, the pair of vertical massage members 11a and 11b are in a state before the calf C is sandwiched from the side.
Next, the pair of horizontal massage members 10a and 10b are brought close to each other at the longitudinal middle portions thereof, and the vicinity of the instep is sandwiched so as to be pushed in from the side. At this time, the top ends of the horizontal massage members 10a, 10b are gradually separated, and the rear ends are gradually approached. That is, the heel H side is gradually pushed in. On the other hand, the upper ends of the pair of vertical massage members 11a and 11b approach each other, and sandwich the calf C by pushing in from the side.
Then, the rear ends of the pair of horizontal massage members 10a and 10b approach each other, and the heel H side is sandwiched so as to be pushed in from the side. At this time, the horizontal massage members 10a and 10b are gradually separated at the middle portions in the longitudinal direction, and the distal ends are separated. On the other hand, the upper ends of the pair of vertical massage members 11a and 11b are further close to each other, and the calf C is sandwiched so as to be further pushed in from the side.
In the case of the massage machine 1 according to embodiment 2, if the rotation shaft 7 rotates, the rotary massage member 42 gives a massage action to the rear side of the calf C.
As described above, by repeating the approaching and separating operation of the pair of horizontal massage members 10a and 10b (the 1 st treatment device), the foot F (the 1 st treatment device) is sequentially sandwiched by press-fitting in the order from the toe T (toe tip) to the instep H, and the calf C (the 1 st treatment device) is sandwiched by the approaching and separating operation of the pair of vertical massage members 11a and 11b (the 1 st treatment device) from the lower side toward the upper side, and the blood flow can be pressed upward above the lower limb L (from the foot F (toe T) to the upper portion of the calf C). That is, the massage machine 1 of the present invention can provide an effective massage feeling of promoting the blood circulation of the lower limbs L.
Next, the operation mode of the seat massage mechanism 23 will be described.
The user sits on the seat 21 of the seat massage section and leans his/her upper body against the backrest 22. Here, if the user turns ON the power supply of the massage machine 1, the seat massage mechanism 23 is activated.
When the rotary shaft 7 rotates, the conversion unit 9 converts the rotational driving force into the oscillating motion of the massage member 6 (the approaching and separating motion of the horizontal massage member 10 and the vertical massage member 11). By the rotation of the rotary shaft 7, the front ends of the pair of vertical massage members 11a and 11b approach each other.
At this time, the rear massage part 24 (rear arm member 28) of the vertical massage member 11a (inner massage member 6 a) attached to the inner side swings in a substantially horizontal direction. That is, the left rear arm member 28 and the right rear arm member 28 swing outward in the left-right direction.
The left rear treatment members 29 (No. 2 treatment members) and the right rear treatment members 29 (No. 2 treatment members) are separated.
On the other hand, the side massage portions 25 (side arm members 34) of the outer vertical massage members 11b (outer massage members 6 b) swing in a substantially horizontal direction. That is, the left side arm member 34 and the right side arm member 34 swing inward in the left-right direction. The left side treatment member 35 (the 2 nd treatment member) and the right side treatment member 35 (the 2 nd treatment member) are close to each other.
When the distal ends of the pair of horizontal massage members 10a and 10b approach each other by the rotation of the rotary shaft 7, the lower massage part 26 (the lower arm members 36a and 36 b) of the horizontal massage member 10a (the inner massage member 6 a) attached to the inner side swings in a substantially horizontal direction. That is, the left lower arm members 36a and 36b and the right lower arm members 36a and 36b swing outward in the left-right direction. The left lower treatment members 37a, 37b (No. 2 treatment members) and the right lower treatment members 37a, 37b (No. 2 treatment members) are separated.
Next, if the front ends of the pair of vertical massage members 11a, 11b are separated, the left rear arm member 28 and the right rear arm member 28 swing inward in the left-right direction. The left rear treatment members 29 are close to the right rear treatment members 29. On the other hand, the left side arm member 34 and the right side arm member 34 swing outward in the left-right direction. The left side treatment members 35 are separated from the right side treatment members 35.
Further, if the front ends of the pair of horizontal massage members 10a, 10b are separated, the left lower arm members 36a, 36b and the right lower arm members 36a, 36b swing inward in the left-right direction.
