The preparation method of the ginseng freeze-dried powder sea-buckthorn seed oil soft capsule comprises the following steps:
i: preparing rubber sheets: mixing gelatin, glycerol, water and antiseptic, heating to 65 deg.C to obtain mixed solution, vacuumizing under 0.05Mpa to remove bubbles, and taking out the gelatin to obtain soft capsule shell;

The embodiment provides a ginseng freeze-dried powder sea buckthorn seed oil soft capsule, which is different from the embodiment 3 in the only difference that: the raw materials are different in proportion, and the ginseng freeze-dried powder sea-buckthorn seed oil soft capsule is prepared from the following raw materials: 10kg of ginseng freeze-dried powder, 5.6kg of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 2.9kg of lycopene and 92.7kg of sea buckthorn seed oil.

The embodiment provides a ginseng freeze-dried powder sea buckthorn seed oil soft capsule, which is different from the embodiment 3 in the only difference that: the raw materials are different in proportion, and the ginseng freeze-dried powder sea-buckthorn seed oil soft capsule is prepared from the following raw materials: 11.5kg of ginseng freeze-dried powder, 4.2kg of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 3.3kg of lycopene and 92.2kg of sea buckthorn seed oil.

12 parts of ginseng freeze-dried powder, 6.5 parts of royal jelly freeze-dried powder, 4 parts of lycopene and 77 parts of sea buckthorn seed oil.
3. The ginseng freeze-dried powder sea buckthorn seed oil soft capsule of claim 1, wherein the soft capsule shell comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of gelatin, 8-12 parts of glycerol, 26-32 parts of water and 0.01-0.02 part of preservative.

(1) Washing and soaking ginseng, removing dirt on the surface of the ginseng, draining, and selecting the ginseng with the diameter of more than 8 mm;
(2) Slicing the ginseng selected in the step (1) by a slicing machine to enable the thickness of the ginseng to be 1.5mm to 3mm, and forming ginseng slices;
(3) Putting the ginseng slices obtained in the step (2) into a drying bin, drying at the temperature of 55-40 ℃ below zero and under the vacuum degree of 5-15pa for the first stage to enable the ginseng slices to form a crystalline solid state for 5-6 hours, adjusting the temperature to 10-0 ℃ below zero and under the vacuum degree of 0pa for the second stage to dry for 1.5-2 hours to enable the moisture contained in the ginseng to be sublimated rapidly; adjusting vacuum degree to 5-15pa, increasing temperature to 15-30 deg.C, performing third stage drying for 4-7 hr to obtain Ginseng radix lyophilized tablet with water content of 3 wt%;
(4) And (4) crushing the ginseng freeze-dried tablets obtained in the step (3), and sieving the crushed ginseng freeze-dried tablets to obtain the ginseng freeze-dried powder.

The ginseng freeze-dried powder sea buckthorn seed oil soft capsule according to claim 1, wherein the royal jelly freeze-dried powder is prepared by the following method: placing the stored royal jelly into a processing box, flatly spreading, drying at the height of 2.5-6 cm, at the drying temperature of-40 to-30 ℃, the vacuum degree of 10-15pa for 4-5.5 hours to form the royal jelly into a crystalline solid state, heating to the temperature of-5 to 10 ℃ for 1.5-2 hours to sublimate the water in the royal jelly, adjusting the vacuum degree to 5-15pa, raising the temperature to 20-40 ℃, preserving the heat for 7-8 hours, and drying the royal jelly blocks to form the royal jelly freeze-dried powder; and (3) cutting the freeze-dried royal jelly into blocks, placing the blocks into a high-speed shearing grinder for carrying out superfine grinding for 2.2-5h, grinding, and sieving by a 300-mesh sieve to obtain the faint yellow freeze-dried royal jelly powder.

The ginseng freeze-dried powder sea buckthorn seed oil soft capsule according to claim 1, wherein the crushing treatment specifically comprises: placing the ginseng freeze-dried tablets into a vibrating screen for crushing for 0.5-1.5h, sieving by a 80-mesh sieve after crushing, then placing into a high-speed shearing crusher for crushing for 2-2.5h, carrying out superfine crushing treatment, sieving by a 300-mesh sieve after crushing, and finally carrying out superfine crushing treatment and sieving treatment on the materials which do not pass through the sieve again until the materials which do not pass through the sieve do not exceed 5 wt% of the total weight of the ginseng freeze-dried tablets.

i: preparing rubber sheets: mixing gelatin, glycerol, water and antiseptic, heating to 60-70 deg.C to obtain mixed solution, vacuumizing under 0.04-0.05Mpa to remove bubbles, and taking out to obtain soft capsule shell;
II: preparing the soft capsule: mixing Ginseng radix lyophilized powder, lac Regis Apis lyophilized powder, lycopene and oleum Hippophae to obtain filler, filling into soft capsule shell via conduit from filling pump, making into soft capsule, and drying to obtain the final product.

The preparation method of the ginseng freeze-dried powder sea buckthorn seed oil soft capsule according to claim 7, wherein in the step (2), the mixing is specifically as follows: mixing Ginseng radix lyophilized powder, lac Regis Apis lyophilized powder, lycopene and oleum Hippophae, and mixing the liquid mixture at normal temperature for 40-60min at a rotation speed of 600-800r/min; and centrifuging at low temperature and ultra high speed for 20-40min at below 10 deg.C at a rotation speed of 5000r/min to obtain yellowish brown liquid.
