Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pigments, in particular to a preparation process of transparent oil paint.
Background
The oil painting material is made up by using transparent vegetable oil and pigment and making them into artistic image on the cloth, paper, wood board, etc. material which is passed through the bottom. It originates and develops in europe and has become an important drawing material worldwide by the latest. Egg paintings in european paintings have been the precursor to oil painting materials since the 15 th century. While applying the egg-color method, many painters continue to search for more desirable blending agents.
Most oil painting pigments in the current market belong to coverage type, complete color coverage and cannot meet the current painting requirements. The covering pigment is used as a picture to influence the stereoscopic effect of the picture, and the transparent color is used in some works and sometimes does not influence the artistic expression.
The Chinese patent No. 103571332A discloses a transparent oil paint and its preparation method, the paint is composed of oil, dye powder and transparent material, and is composed of cold pressed raw and cooked walnut oil or raw and cooked linseed oil, dye powder and transparent medium material, the paint can be used in different occasions by matching with covering pigment and transparent pigment, so as to improve the artistic expression of oil painting works. However, lead monoxide is required to be added in the processing process of the pigment, belongs to heavy metals, and has great harm to human bodies. Therefore, it is necessary to research a preparation process of the environment-friendly and safe transparent oil paint.
