Description

High-saturation environment-friendly water-based red paste and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pigment preparations, in particular to high-saturation environment-friendly water-based red paste and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development and consumption upgrade of the automobile industry, the colors of the automobile body are diversified day by day, the fashion and individuation trend is highlighted, and the upgrade and innovation of the coating technology are shown behind the color change. Automotive coatings can directly affect the "color value" and image of an automobile. And even the visual appearance, mechanical properties, durability and environmental protection of the car body, and the hidden functions and development potentials thereof are not small and varied. In recent years, along with the improvement of physical life and the enrichment of spiritual culture of people, the aesthetic concept and the cultural taste of people are greatly improved, and the attention on the color of the automobile is higher and higher when the automobile is purchased. Red cars have received much attention from customers in recent years, second only to black and white.
The method for preparing the high-saturation environment-friendly water-based red paste comprises the following steps:
the first method, a multi-pigment blend-milling method. All the pigments used in the colored paint formulation are mixed together, ground and dispersed into a paint slurry by a sand mill or other grinding and dispersing equipment, and then the paint (resin), solvent and auxiliary agent are added to prepare the paint. The pigment produced by the method is only used for proportioning pigment by experience, and the pigment is designed for batch production, so that the pigment paint with accurate pigment color is difficult to obtain; meanwhile, due to the difference in structural characteristics of the various pigments, the adsorption capacity to the base material is different during the milling dispersion, so that the various pigments cannot be sufficiently dispersed in the paint base material, the optimum performance of the pigment cannot be exerted, and the dispersion efficiency is lowered. Even when the pigment dispersant was used, no good effect was obtained.
The second method, single pigment paste milling. And (2) grinding the pigment paint containing a plurality of pigments into slurry by adopting the same pigment, preparing monochromatic pigment slurry, and mixing various monochromatic color pastes according to a formula during toning and paint preparation, and then adding resin, solvent and various auxiliaries to prepare the pigment paint with the required pigment. In this method, since each pigment is separately ground and dispersed, an optimum grinding apparatus and process conditions can be selected according to the characteristics of each pigment, and different types of wetting agents and dispersing agents can be used separately, and these auxiliaries can sufficiently and stably disperse various pigments (including organic or inorganic pigments) in the same paint base to maximize the performance of each pigment. The accuracy of the colored paint prepared by the method is much higher than that of the first method, and the method is accepted by most manufacturers at home and abroad. However, each color paste produced by the method must be ground and dispersed by using the resin used for producing the color paint, so that the color paste is single in use and has no versatility. If there are dozens of hundreds of paint varieties of different resin bases in the same factory. Hundreds of different mill bases are needed (even if there are several resins and several mill bases of the same color are needed for the same pigment). The production complexity is increased, the inventory is increased, and the mobile capital is increased; and meanwhile, a large number of single pigment slurry storage tanks are required to be arranged, and the occupied amount of equipment and products is increased. The saturation of the color paste is not high, and the high-transparency requirement cannot be met.
