The automobile paint can directly influence the 'color value' and the image of the automobile. And even the visual appearance, mechanical properties, durability and environmental protection properties of the car body, the functions and development potential of the car body can not be quite varied. In recent years, along with the improvement of the material life and the enrichment of the mental culture of people, the aesthetic concept and the cultural grade of people are greatly improved, and the attention to the automobile color is also higher and higher when the automobile is purchased. In recent years, red cars have been very interesting to customers, with sales inferior to black and white.
The method for preparing the high-saturation environment-friendly water-based red paste comprises the following steps:
the first method, the mixed refining method of a plurality of pigment. The accuracy of the color paint prepared by the method is greatly improved compared with that of the first method, and the color paint is accepted by most manufacturers at home and abroad. However, each color paste produced by the method must be ground and dispersed by using the resin used for producing the color paint, so that the color paste is single in use and has no versatility. Hundreds of paint varieties if there are tens of different resin binders in the same plant. Several hundred different color pastes (even one pigment, several resins, and several color pastes of the same color) are required. Increased production complexity, increased inventory, increased mobile funds; at the same time, a large number of single pigment slurry tanks are required, and the occupation amount of equipment and products is increased.
