Description

Ore sorting device
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to the field of ore sorting, and more particularly to an ore sorting apparatus.
Background
Currently, valuable metals such as uranium, thorium, copper, iron, gold, aluminum, and the like are generally extracted from ores. The valuable metal content of different ores varies, and before the ores are refined, the ores with higher valuable metal content, namely concentrate, need to be sorted out, and the ores with lower valuable metal content, namely tailings, are usually selected to be discarded.
In conventional radioactive beneficiation schemes, the spectrometer detectors are often placed in a line directly below the radioactive ore channels. When the system works, radioactive ores sequentially pass through the spectrometer detectors, the radioactive counting of the ores is measured by the spectrometer detectors, the radioactive counting of the ores is compared with the background counting of the non-radioactive ores, the quality of the ores is estimated at the same time, the specific radioactivity level of the ores is further calculated, and therefore the sorting work of the radioactive ores is achieved. In order to reduce the mutual interference of adjacent ores on a conveying device, a proper shielding structure must be arranged, so that the measuring time utilization rate of the detector is low, and the time utilization rate of each detector does not exceed: the distance of visibility of the spectrometer to the transport device/sample spacing; this results in the need for more spectrometer detectors for a given amount of ore, which increases the cost of the equipment.
In the sorting scheme based on detection technologies such as XRF, (near) infrared, LIBS, raman, etc., a loading device, a conveying device, a light source and detector, a sorting module, a control module, and a storage bin are generally included. When the sample is sorted, target atoms or molecules in the sample can emit characteristic spectral lines under the excitation of a light source, the characteristic spectral lines reflect the components of the atoms or the molecules, and the intensity of the characteristic spectral lines is positively correlated with the content of substances. If the required measurement time may be extended to s-level or more due to the low content of the target substance, it may become impossible to perform the sorting of the sample on the conveyor in a pipeline, or the throughput may be insufficient.
On the other hand, in the beneficiation, since it is necessary to perform beneficiation according to the relative content of the target component of the ore, it is sometimes necessary to measure the quality of the ore sample. In conventional radioactive beneficiation schemes, a pressure sensor is mounted on the conveyor to measure mass or an optical camera is used to estimate volume and then mass from density. The errors of the two measurement methods are large, so that the error of the result of the selection is large, and the false positive rate-FPR (false positive rate-FPR) and the false negative rate-FNR (false negative rate-FNR) are increased during ore dressing.

Detailed Description
The present disclosure is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
The embodiment of the present disclosure provides an ore sorting device, including:
a detection platform 1 comprising a plurality of ore containers 4 arranged in-line, said ore containers 4 for containing ore 8 to be detected,
a detecting device which is arranged below or above the detecting platform 1 and is used for classifying ores into different grades through detection, and each ore container 4 is corresponding to the detecting device,
the material receiving devices are arranged on two sides of the detection platform 1 and comprise at least two accommodating parts for accommodating ores with different grades,
the ore container 4 can rotate towards the direction close to the containing part and is used for moving the ore 8 in the ore container 4 into the corresponding containing part;
the distributing device comprises a plurality of conveying devices 7, wherein the plurality of conveying devices 7 are arranged in a straight line and are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the ore containers 4.
According to the ore sorting device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, by arranging the plurality of ore containers in the in-line type on the detection platform, the ore sorting device can be suitable for ore sorting in various situations, such as a radioactive sorting mode, an infrared detection sorting mode and the like, and particularly, the detection of ores can be carried out by arranging different detection devices. In different situations, different types of detection devices are used for the detection of ore. For example, in the case of sorting uranium ores, a gamma ray detector may be used as the detection device. In addition, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of conveying devices 7 are provided as the distributing devices, the conveying devices 7 are also provided in an in-line arrangement manner, the conveying devices 7 correspond to the ore containers 4 one by one, the plurality of ore containers 4 can be distributed simultaneously, the distributing work of a row of ore containers can be completed at one time, and the efficiency is high.
According to the ore sorting device of the present disclosure, a plurality of ore containers 4 of an in-line type are provided on the detection platform 1, and the detection device is provided above or below the corresponding ore container 4, which can correspond to different detection modes of the ore 8. For example, the ore 8 may be placed in each ore container 4 at a time and then detected and sorted in batches. The solid angle between the detection device and the ore 8 is preferably as large as possible, so that the time efficiency of the ore sorting device is ensured, and the detection sorting of the ore 8 is more efficient. The space surrounded by one tapered surface is called a solid angle. For example, a sphere is formed by taking a detecting device arranged below the ore container 4 as a sphere center, the length between the detecting device and the ore is a radius, and the ratio of the area of a cone on the sphere surface to the square of the sphere radius is the current solid angle. In the ore sorting device of the present disclosure, the solid angle is pi/3 or more, preferably pi/2 or more, and more preferably pi or more.
In one embodiment, a plurality of ore containers 4 are arranged in an array on the detection platform 1, and the detection progress of each row or column of ore containers 4 may or may not be identical.
Further, the plurality of ore containers 4 arranged in-line in the present disclosure may comprise a plurality of ore containers 4 arranged in an array, wherein the array is embodied as a rectangular array, i.e. a linear planar array of rows and columns. Accordingly, the distribution device may be provided in an array type, but is preferably a movable distribution device that distributes the ore containers 4 arranged in an array in one row or one line. In other words, the distribution device can distribute only one line or row of ore containers at the same time, and after the distribution of the one line or row of ore containers is completed, the distribution of the next line or row of ore containers is performed, thereby sequentially completing the distribution of all the lines or rows of ore containers 4 arranged in an array.
In the present disclosure, in the process of detecting and sorting the ores 8, the ores 8 are firstly moved to the corresponding ore containers 4 through the distributing device, then the corresponding detection is performed in the ore containers 4, and finally the detected ores are moved to the corresponding receiving devices, so that at least three steps of distributing, detecting and sorting are included. The placement and detection of ore 8 is performed according to a plurality of ore containers 4 arranged in an array-type arrangement in the present disclosure, and the progress of ore detection performed by each ore container 4 may not be exactly the same as compared to the structure of the single-column arrangement of fig. 1-4, and preferably the ore containers 4 of each row or column may be arranged to perform the same operation, with the operation being different between different rows or columns. For example, in the case that five rows of ore containers 4 are arranged in an array, a group of movably arranged distributing devices sequentially distribute the ore containers 4 in each row, after the first row is distributed, the distributing devices move to the second row to perform a distributing operation, and at the same time, the detection of the ores in the first row of ore containers 4 is started, and then the distributing devices sequentially move to the third, fourth and fifth rows to perform a distributing operation, for example, when the distributing devices perform a distributing operation in the fifth row, the ores 8 in the first row of ore containers 4, which have been detected, are sorted, so that the distributing, detecting and sorting of the ore sorting device can be circulated, and the detection efficiency is higher. Another advantage is that the number of receiving devices can be significantly reduced, for example, one receiving device may be placed in each two rows of ore containers 4, that is, the number of receiving devices (number of columns) = number of columns in the placement area + 1.
Note that the number of rows and columns of the ore containers 4 arranged in an array may be appropriately selected according to the distribution, the required time for detection and/or sorting, and the like.
In one embodiment, a plurality of ore containers 4 arranged in-line are provided on a rotatable structure, such as a drum rotatable about an axis. The circumferential side wall of the drum may be formed by a plurality of axially extending support plates arranged at intervals, each support plate being provided with an array of ore containers 4. Every backup pad can the level setting, and from this when the cylinder is rotatory, the backup pad can not change its level setting's form yet, places the ore in corresponding backup pad, and the cylinder rotation drives the backup pad and rotates together with the ore structure of top. The support plate may be considered a probe platform. Furthermore, each support plate may be provided with a hook portion or a hinge portion, by means of which each ore container 4 is connected, when the drum is rotated, the ore container 4 is vertically suspended in the support plate by its own weight, i.e. the ore container 4 may remain horizontal all the time during the rotation of the drum. Here, the rotation of the ore container 4 when moving the ore to the receiving device can be performed by an auxiliary mechanism (e.g., a telescopic rod). The distributing device can be arranged above the roller so as to distribute the ore container located at the highest position, and the receiving device can be arranged below the roller so as to accommodate the ore located at the lowest position and completing detection. At ore sorting unit during operation, can carry out the cloth to ore container 4 on certain fagging, this ore container 4 leaves the distributing device and begins to survey afterwards, and next backup pad drives ore container 4 below to distributing device through the rotation in order to carry out the cloth, selects separately when ore container 4 rotates to the below of cylinder, falls into corresponding receiving device, so circulation. Therefore, the supporting plate on one roller can be used for detecting, distributing and sorting at the same time, and the detection efficiency is higher. The number of the supporting plates of the drum, the rotation speed, and the positions of the distributing device and the receiving device may be appropriately selected according to the distribution, the time required for detection and/or sorting, and the like.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a basic structure of a rotatable drum, wherein four support plates are provided on the drum. The inline ore containers 4 are placed perpendicular to the paper plane. In fig. 5, the material distribution device (for example, the conveying device) and the material receiving device are not illustrated, but as described above, the arrangement positions of the material distribution device and the material receiving device may be appropriately selected according to actual situations.
The ore sorting device is provided with the receiving device for accommodating ores of different grades, and comprises at least two accommodating parts for accommodating at least two ores of different grades, such as two grades of concentrate and lean ore. In one embodiment, the receiving device comprises a first bin 2 and a second bin 3, wherein the first bin 2 and the second bin 3 may be respectively disposed at both sides of the detection platform 1. In the present disclosure, the number of bins may be adjusted according to the grade of ore 8 that is actually to be distinguished. In the ore container that can overturn to the equidirectional not through the setting will be surveyed in corresponding feed bin, the direction and/or the angle of control ore container upset are different in this embodiment, can fall different ores in the feed bin of difference.
In one embodiment, the receiving device is a long strip shape and extends along the length direction or the width direction of the detection platform 1.
Since the ore containers 4 on the detection platform provided by the present disclosure are in an in-line type or an array type, after the ore containers 4 in each row or each column are detected, the sorted ores with different grades are also gathered together, preferably, strip-shaped material receiving devices are arranged on both sides of each row or each column of ore containers 4, and one material receiving device may be shared between ore containers 4 in adjacent rows or adjacent columns, or a plurality of material receiving devices may be arranged according to the situation.
Wherein, according to the ore sorting device that this disclosure provided, after carrying out the cloth of ore 8 and surveying the completion to ore container 4, ore container 4 can overturn easily, and the upset direction is for being close to the portion of holding, the direction of first feed bin 2 or the direction of being close to second feed bin 3 promptly. Taking fig. 2 and 4 as an example, the ore 8 is easily dropped to the left or right into the corresponding bin by turning over the ore container 4, and in this embodiment, a rotating shaft 5 (indicated by a dotted line) is preferably provided in the ore container 4 to rotate; in order to ensure the falling efficiency of the ore after turning, in this embodiment, it is preferably set that the angle of each turning of the ore container 4 is 60 to 90 degrees, the inclination angle of the two side walls of the ore container is 30 to 45 degrees (the inclination angle is the included angle between the side wall of the ore container 4 and the central axis of the container), the ore is smoothly turned into the corresponding bin through the side wall of the inclined ore container 4, and the ore container 4 can move without turning over an excessively large angle, thereby saving time.
In one embodiment, each ore container 4 is provided with a pressure sensor at its bottom for detecting the mass of the ore 8 to be detected.
Direct pressure sensor who will survey the ore quality in this embodiment installs in 4 bottoms of ore container, and when ore 8 was placed and is surveyed in ore container 4, there was not relative motion between ore 8 and the pressure sensor, and the quality detection is comparatively accurate, can reduce the misinformation rate and miss the report rate.
In one embodiment, a shielding partition 10 is provided between adjacent ore containers 4.
In this embodiment, to ensure the amount of ore 8 to be detected at a time and to increase the detection efficiency, the spacing between adjacent ore containers 4 can be set smaller, i.e. the number of ore containers 4 can be increased for the same size of detection platform. In addition, shielding partition plates 10 can be arranged between the adjacent ore containers 4, so that the adjacent detection devices and the adjacent ores 8 are not influenced with each other, and the adverse influence between the adjacent ores 8 during detection is reduced or eliminated. The shielding spacer 10 may be a lead plate, a steel plate, or the like. In another embodiment, the shielding partition 10 is movably and/or detachably arranged on the surface of the detection platform 1, whereby the size of each ore container 4 can be adjusted according to the actual requirements. Likewise, one or more detection devices arranged in correspondence with the ore container 4 may also be movably and/or detachably arranged.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides an in-line type detection platform 1, and a plurality of ore containers 4 are arranged on the detection platform 1 for detection, so that ore is transferred to a corresponding detection position for detection by arranging a conveyor 7, and preferably, a conveyor 7 is correspondingly arranged on each ore container 4, so that each ore container 4 has an independent conveyor for transferring ore 8, and there is no influence on each other, if a problem occurs in the detection of one ore container 4, the operation of the position and the conveyor corresponding to the position can be individually suspended for maintenance, and the detection of other ore containers 4 and the operation of the conveyor 7 do not have any influence.
Preferably, a main conveying device and a plurality of sub conveying devices can be further arranged, the plurality of sub conveying devices correspond to different ore containers 4, the main conveying device can be connected with the sub conveying devices, a steering mechanism is arranged at the connecting point, ores can be directly placed on the main conveying device without being distinguished, different ores are moved to different sub conveying devices through various steering mechanisms and then moved to corresponding ore containers 4 (the main conveying device in the structure is not shown in the figure), and therefore the movement of the ores to be detected is more convenient.
The ore containers 4 in the present disclosure may also be arranged in an array form, and the conveying device arranged above the ore containers 4 arranged in an array form may be arranged in a movable form, and the conveying device moves along the row direction or the column direction of the ore containers 4 to move above the corresponding ore containers 4, so as to realize distribution of the detection positions below.
Further, the transfer end of each conveyor 7 is arranged above the corresponding ore container 4.
In this embodiment, the respective ore 8 is transferred into the ore container 4 of the detection platform 1 by the conveyor 7, preferably with the end of the conveyor 7 disposed above the respective ore container 4, facilitating accurate dropping of the ore into the ore container 4, or with the end of the conveyor 7 disposed near above the ore container 4, depending on the speed of movement of the conveyor 7, as long as the ore 8 on the conveyor 7 can be transferred to the respective ore container 4.
In the present disclosure, the material distribution device may also take other forms, such as directly adopting a mechanical gripper to grab the corresponding ore, or adopting a movable string bag or other structures to move the ore, or adopting a plurality of pipelines to distribute the material, and different pipelines are connected to different ore containers 4.
When the ore sorting device in this embodiment is used, at first ore 8 on conveyer 7 falls into ore container 4, the pressure sensor 6 of container bottom carries out the survey of ore quality, and simultaneously, the detector that sets up near ore container 4 carries out the survey of ore, judges the condition of ore, for example judges according to the specific radioactivity activity of ore 8 that the ore is concentrate or non-concentrate, and then pours the ore to corresponding feed bin in through the upset of ore container 4, realizes the separation of different grades of ore.
The above embodiments provide various ore sorting apparatuses each having the pressure sensor 6 for detecting the quality of the ore, which can directly detect the quality of the ore 8. The pressure sensor 6 can be directly arranged below the ore container 4 of the detection platform 1, the ore 8 and the detection platform 1 do not move relatively, and the quality detection of the ore is more accurate. In addition, adopt the ore sorting device of inline type structure in this disclosure, can improve the detection efficiency of ore. For example, the detection judgment time of radioactive ore is 0.8s, the distribution and discharge time is about 0.1s, and under the condition that the ore sorting device is provided with 10 ore containers 4, the sorting of the ore 8 in the 10 ore containers 4 can be completed simultaneously, the distribution, detection, analysis and sorting operations of the ore can be performed circularly, meanwhile, the time utilization rate of the detection device can reach 80%, and the detection efficiency is greatly improved. When the array type ore container 4 is used, the operations of distributing, detecting, analyzing, and sorting the ores in the ore containers 4 in a plurality of rows can be performed in a batch manner, and the detection efficiency can be further improved. Note that in the present disclosure, in the case of having the pressure sensor 6, the term "detection" includes detection by the detection means and quality detection by the pressure sensor 6 unless otherwise specified.
