Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The invention provides a parking payment method, which is applied to a parking server to realize payment management of a parking lot by matching with a parking management system.
The execution main body of the method of the embodiment can be a local parking server, and can also be a cloud server in network communication with the parking management system.
The system architecture related to the method comprises an entrance barrier, a parking server and an exit barrier, wherein the entrance barrier and the exit barrier are both provided with a license plate identifier and a display device.
The main solution mainly includes 4 steps, specifically, please refer to fig. 1, which includes:
s100, receiving entrance information of the target vehicle, generating a prepayment bill of the target vehicle according to a preset prepayment rule and vehicle information of the target vehicle, and pushing the bill to a user.
The entrance information of the target vehicle is acquired by an entrance barrier when the target vehicle is monitored to arrive at the entrance barrier, and comprises vehicle information (including a license plate number), vehicle entrance time and other information.
The bill for prepayment is pushed to the user, the bill can be pushed through a display device of an entrance channel, can also be pushed through voice broadcasting, and can also be pushed to a user account through a user account bound by a license plate number in advance, and the like.
S200, inquiring a payment result, inquiring whether the target vehicle has an unpaid bill or not, and if so, waiting for the user to finish payment; if not, controlling the entrance barrier gate to open and release, and enabling the vehicle to enter the field.
And inquiring whether the target vehicle has the bill not paid comprises inquiring whether the user finishes the bill paid in advance of the target vehicle. That is, the non-paid bill in this embodiment includes the prepaid bill of the target vehicle, but in some particular embodiments it may be associated with other bills related to the user.
And S300, matching the departure information of the target vehicle, generating a compensation bill of the target vehicle according to a preset charging rule, the parking time of the target vehicle and the prepayment bill, and pushing the compensation bill to a user.
The departure information of the target vehicle is matched when a departure request of the target vehicle is received, and the departure request of the target vehicle is acquired by an exit barrier gate when the target vehicle is monitored to arrive at the exit barrier gate. The departure information of the target vehicle comprises information such as vehicle information (including license plate number), vehicle departure time, vehicle parking duration, prepayment bill and the like.
In this embodiment, the amount to be paid of the target vehicle can be calculated according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the charging rule and the parking duration of the target vehicle, and the compensation calculation is performed according to the amount to be paid, the amount to be paid and the multiple-return-less compensation principle of the target vehicle to obtain the compensation bill. It should be understood that the result of the difference-compensated bill includes the case where the difference-compensated bill is zero, the difference-compensated bill is positive (i.e. the prepaid fee is greater than the amount to be paid, and the user needs to be refunded), and the case where the difference-compensated bill is negative (i.e. the prepaid fee is less than the amount to be paid, and the user needs to make up the fee), wherein the case where the difference-compensated bill is negative requires the user to make up the fee, and the remaining difference-compensated bills do not need to be paid by the user, and the corresponding bills are not marked as unpaid bills.
The difference compensation bill is pushed to the user, the difference compensation bill can be pushed through a display device of an entrance channel, can also be pushed through voice broadcasting, and can also be pushed to a user account through a user account bound by a license plate number in advance, and the like.
S400, inquiring a payment result, inquiring whether a target vehicle has an unpaid bill, and if so, pushing the bill to a user and waiting for the user to finish payment; if not, controlling the exit barrier gate to open and release, and leaving the vehicle.
The step of inquiring whether the target vehicle has the unpaid bill comprises the step of inquiring whether the user finishes the compensation bill of the target vehicle. That is, the unpaid bill in this embodiment includes a difference compensation bill of the target vehicle, and more specifically, a difference compensation bill that the user should make up the fee. In particular embodiments, however, the outstanding bill may be associated with other bills associated with the user.
Therefore, through the mode of prepayment at the entrance barrier gate, vehicles which need to be scanned and settled at the exit barrier gate are reduced (namely, the amount of money to be paid is not more than the target vehicle with the prepayment amount, and the exit barrier gate can be directly opened for release), and through the mode of prepayment at the entrance barrier gate, the possibility of fee evasion with the vehicle is reduced (the vehicles entering the vehicle are all prepayed, the possibility that the user directly leaves the vehicle without settlement), or the loss caused by fee evasion can be reduced when the fee evasion with the vehicle occurs.
In an optional implementation mode, whether the target vehicle has a historical unpaid bill or not is inquired, and if yes, the historical unpaid bill is pushed to the user.
That is, in the present embodiment, it is possible to correlate whether or not there is a history of unpaid bills in the target vehicle.
Such as a fee evasion bill. And (4) recording historical fee evasion vehicles into a blacklist system by combining with a parking lot blacklist, and pushing corresponding historical unpaid bills to the user when the blacklist vehicles are identified.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 2, which shows an implementation manner of the method is: when a target vehicle is about to enter a field, receiving entrance information of the target vehicle, inquiring whether a historical unpaid bill exists according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, and if so, pushing the bill and the prepaid bill to a user; if not, pushing the bill for prepayment to the user.
Namely, at this time, the target vehicle corresponding to the blacklist can enter the fee evasion bill only after the fee evasion amount of the fee evasion bill is paid additionally.
Please refer to fig. 3, another implementation manner is: matching departure information of the target vehicle, judging whether a historical unpaid bill exists according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, and if so, pushing the bill and a compensation bill to a user; and if not, pushing the difference supplementing bill to the user.
That is, when the target vehicle is about to enter the parking lot, the historical unpaid bill can not be associated, and at the moment, the user can enter the parking lot after paying the pre-paid bill. However, when the target vehicle leaves the field, the amount of the fee evasion bill needs to be paid additionally in addition to the difference of the difference compensation bill, so that the target vehicle can leave the field.
In an optional implementation manner, the payment mode may be set for all channels of the parking lot, that is, all channels may be set as the entrance payment mode, or some channels may be set as the entrance payment mode, and the charging rule for entrance payment and the charging rule for exit payment are set.
At this time, referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, an entrance mark is given to a target vehicle driven through an entrance barrier according to whether the entrance barrier is in an entrance payment mode, and the target vehicle is correspondingly marked as an entrance payment vehicle or an exit payment vehicle.
Therefore, in the target vehicle entering through the entrance barrier gate in the entrance payment mode, the prepayment bill is not generated any more, the entrance barrier gate directly opens the gate to release the bill, and the target vehicle enters the field.
When the departure information of the target vehicle is matched, the departure information of the target vehicle also comprises an entrance mark. And generating a difference compensation bill of the target vehicle according to a preset charging rule, the parking time (calculated according to the entrance time and the current time) of the target vehicle and the pre-paid bill and pushing the difference compensation bill to the user for the target vehicle marked as the entrance payment vehicle. And for the target vehicle marked as the departure payment vehicle when the vehicle enters the parking lot, the prepayment bill is not inquired, and the payment bill of the target vehicle is generated directly according to the preset departure charging rule and the parking time of the target vehicle.
Referring to fig. 5, in an alternative embodiment, the type of the target vehicle may be determined to distinguish whether the target vehicle is a temporary vehicle or a long rental vehicle, so as to perform different payment processes, thereby further improving efficiency.
Specifically, when the entrance information of the target vehicle is received, a long-renting vehicle database of the server is inquired, the type of the target vehicle is judged, if the target vehicle is not in the long-renting vehicle database, the temporary vehicle is used, and the parking payment process of the entrance payment mode is executed; and if the target vehicle is a long rental vehicle, controlling the entrance barrier and the exit barrier to open and release within the rental period. If the target vehicle is a long rental vehicle but is not within the rental period, setting the pre-paid amount according to the minimum rental period or a certain rental period of the target vehicle when the vehicle enters the yard; when the target vehicle leaves the field, it is verified whether the target vehicle incurs an overdue fee.
In a further embodiment, the parking server executes a refund operation to refund the fee to the user if the benefit bill has a refund amount.
In this embodiment, there may be a plurality of fee refunding modes:
if the refund money is refunded through the payment channel, the scheme has high efficiency, but the customer can not select.
Or generating a refund voucher for the user to bind account information, wherein the refund voucher is presented in the form of a two-dimensional code and pushed on a display device of an exit barrier, and the user scans the refund voucher to refund the refund money into the account bound by the user. To improve the efficiency of this solution, the parking server may further perform the following operations: and opening an exit gate for releasing, and inquiring whether account information bound by the user is received, wherein if the account information bound by the user is not received when a departure request of a next target vehicle is received, at the moment, the refund voucher is invalid, and the refund money is returned through an original road of a payment channel.
In order to reduce the situation that the user needs to pay the amount in the exit barrier as much as possible, so as to improve the passing efficiency of the exit barrier, the advance payment amount is a feasible implementation mode, but the scheme is not easy to be accepted by the user, so that another implementation mode is to improve the accuracy of the advance payment amount as much as possible for the target vehicle, or to enable the advance payment amount to be suitable for the target vehicle as much as possible.
In this embodiment, the preset charging rule includes one or more of the following rules, which may be determined according to the characteristic attribute of the parking lot. It is easy to understand that different parking lots have different special attributes, such as office buildings, government affairs, banks and the like, and most of the users who are about to stop stay for a long time, usually 1-2 hours; for example, a station, an airport and the like have more receiving users, and the temporarily stopped users of the receiving users can stay for a short time, usually within half an hour, and most of the users do not exceed 1 hour; for example, in a shopping mall, the number of users who are temporarily stopped is more complicated, the staying time is typically irregular, and short shopping, long catering, viewing and the like are possible.
And setting the prepayment amount according to the meter-jumping amount of a certain grade of the parking lot. For example, the prepayment amount is set according to the amount of the lowest-grade skip list, and the prepayment amount can be matched with parking lots with short vehicle residence time and large mobility, such as stations and airports. Correspondingly, if the estimated stay time is matched with scenes such as office buildings, government affairs, banks and the like, the estimated stay time can be set as the skip list amount of the grade corresponding to the estimated stay time.
Or, the parking records of the target vehicle in the target parking lot within a certain period (such as one week, half month or one month) are obtained, and the parking time of the target vehicle is predicted according to the historical departure time of the target vehicle, so that the pre-payment amount is generated. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a historical parking record of a target vehicle in a parking lot, obtaining a parking rule of the target vehicle, predicting departure time of the target vehicle, and generating a corresponding prepayment bill.
Or acquiring the parking duration data of all vehicles in a target parking lot within a certain period (such as a week, a half month or a month), and generating the pre-paid amount according to the parking duration with the most distributed samples. Namely, the parking time with the most distributed samples is used as guidance, the skip list amount corresponding to the grade is set, and the stay of the target vehicle in the exit gate is reduced.
Or, acquiring the congestion time of the exit gate of the target parking lot within a certain period (such as one week, half month or one month), and calculating the parking time from the congestion time of the target vehicle according to the entry time of the target vehicle to generate the prepayment amount.
Referring to fig. 6 or fig. 7, the present invention further discloses a parking payment device applied to a parking server, which includes an acquisition module, a prepaid bill generation module, an entrance check module, a matching module, and an exit check module.
The acquisition module is used for acquiring the entrance information of the target vehicle from the entrance barrier.
