Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc-rich primer for a container, wherein the water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc-rich primer is prepared by mixing a water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc powder primer main agent and a water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc powder primer curing agent according to a mixing ratio of 4:1; the water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc powder primer main agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-15% of epoxy emulsion A, 0.5-1% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1% of propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1% of dipropylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1% of nonionic dispersant, 0.5-1% of organosilicon defoamer, 0.5-1% of bentonite and 80-85% of zinc powder; the water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc powder primer curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-15% of nonionic modified amine B, 0.5-1% of macromolecular acrylic defoaming agent, 0.5-1% of hydrophobic polymer wetting agent, 0.5-1% of bentonite, 2-4% of amine compound and 75-85% of water. The epoxy zinc-rich primer prepared by the invention is attached to the surface of steel, protects the surface of the steel through a sacrificial electrode, can effectively prevent the steel from rusting, and is a foundation stone with the anti-corrosion performance of the whole coating system.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of container coatings, in particular to a preparation method of a water-based epoxy self-emulsifying zinc-rich primer for a container.
Background
The traditional water-based epoxy zinc powder paint uses epoxy emulsion C which is emulsified epoxy emulsion, and the emulsion contains a large amount of water, so that the emulsion cannot be used in a zinc powder main agent. The film-forming material in the main agent can only use amine, the viscosity of the film-forming material is high, and a solvent is required to be added for production. The VOC in the coating is high.
The epoxy emulsion in the zinc powder primer main agent of the self-emulsifying system is anhydrous and can be used with zinc powder. The amine B in the curing agent is provided with an emulsifier, and the emulsion emulsification process is completed in the actual paint preparation. Because the viscosity of the epoxy emulsion is lower than that of the amine, the solvent is added in a smaller amount than the traditional model in actual production.
Therefore, the VOC of the zinc powder primer of the self-emulsifying system is much less than that of the traditional water-based epoxy zinc powder paint, and the pollution to the environment is much less.

the waterborne epoxy self-emulsifying zinc powder primer curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
10-15% of nonionic modified amine B, 0.5-1% of macromolecular acrylic defoaming agent, 0.5-1% of hydrophobic polymer wetting agent, 0.5-1% of bentonite, 2-4% of amine compound and 75-85% of water.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the epoxy emulsion A adopts epoxy emulsion E-20.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the epoxy zinc-rich primer prepared by the invention is attached to the surface of steel, protects the surface of the steel through the sacrificial electrode, can effectively prevent the steel from rusting, and is a foundation stone with the anticorrosion performance of the whole coating system.

Zinc powder is made of metallic zinc, and is one form of zinc.
The scheme has practical use cases on site. The VOC measured on site by the scheme is 50-60g/L. The VOC of the field of the traditional scheme is 100-120g/L. The VOC requirement for aqueous paints is typically 100g/L.

10-15% of epoxy emulsion A, 0.5-1% of ethylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1% of propylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1% of dipropylene glycol butyl ether, 0.5-1% of nonionic dispersant, 0.5-1% of organosilicon defoamer, 0.5-1% of bentonite and 80-85% of zinc powder;
the waterborne epoxy self-emulsifying zinc powder primer curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
10-15% of non-ionic modified amine B, 0.5-1% of high molecular acrylic defoaming agent, 0.5-1% of hydrophobic polymer wetting agent, 0.5-1% of bentonite, 2-4% of amine compound and 75-85% of water.
